连续重整再生系统氯吸附技术运用中出现的问题与对策 预览

摘要 介绍了连续重整再生系统氯吸附(Chlorsorb)工艺的原理和流程。该工艺在实际运行过程中存在以下问题:催化剂比表面积下降,催化剂持氯能力下降;分离料斗D303、吸附区冷却器E304及相关管线低温腐蚀;D303尾气中非甲烷总烃的质量浓度(为3 500 mg/m~3)严重超标,氯化氢质量浓度(为50 mg/m~3)略微超标。对上述问题进行了分析并指出再生放空气中水含量高是产生问题的根本原因。从催化剂水氯平衡的角度出发,在微观上阐明了水氯平衡的重要性,针对问题提出相应的对策。最后介绍了两种固体脱氯工艺技术的工艺流程和特点,并对其优缺点进行了分析,提出解决上述问题的关键是尽可能降低再生放空气中的水含量。 The principles and flow of Chlorsorb process are introduced. The main problems in the actualoperation are: The specific area of the catalysts is decreased,the chlorine holding capacity of the catalyst isreduced;There are the low-temperature corrosion problems in the separation hopper D303,E304 and relativepipelines;The total hydrocarbon content of non-methane in the tail gas of D303 is 3 500 mg/m3 which exceedsthe standard specifications. The mass concentration of hydrogen chloride is 50 mg/m3,which is a little bithigher than the standard specification. The above problems are analyzed and root causes are found out to bethe higher water in the regeneration gas. On the basis of chlorine balance of catalyst,the importance of waterand chlorine balances is microscopically described,and corresponding measures are recommended. Theprocess flows and characteristics of two dechlorination processes are introduced,and their advantages and dis-advantages are analyzed. It is pointed out that the key to solve the problem of off-specification of non-methanehydrocarbon is to remove the water in the regeneration air before it enters the adsorption zone.
