Study on structure and property of speciality resin of BOPP film for cigarette packing

摘要 对气相法聚丙烯生产的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)烟用包装膜专用树脂F 1002进行了结构性能研究.研究结果表明,烟用包装膜专用树脂具有特征性分子量及其分布,即既含有较高的分子量组分,又含有适量低分子量组分,从而保证其在双向拉伸成型工艺中具有较高的熔体强度及熔体流动稳定性,使得制品厚度均匀性优异.同时,适宜的等规指数(96.5%~97.5%)及其等规序列分布特性,使采用均聚型烟用包装膜专用树脂加工成型的BOPP薄膜具有挺度高,满足烟用包装膜的特性要求. This paper studied the structure and properties of gas phase polymerized speciality resin, grade F 1002, of biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) resin used for cigarette packing film. The results show that the speciality resin possesses characteristic molecular weight and its distribution, which comprises fractions with high molecular weight and fractions with low molecular weight in appropriate amount, thereby the higher melt strength and flow stability is acquired in the fdm forming process under the condition of biaxial stretching. The BOPP film so prepared exhibits an outstanding homogeneity in thickness. The speciality resin having the proper isotactic degree (96.5% - 97.5%) and the feature of isotactic sequence distribution endows the BOPP film with high stiffness, which satisfies the requirement in performance of cigarette packing film.
