Investigation results show that five Pythium, four Fusarium and two Rhizoctonia are main pathogenic species from cool-season grasses in our college in 1997 and 1998. Pythium is main pathogeny by causing damping off and rot of stem and leaf in new seedlingr. There is a closer relation betwee harm of Pythium rapid increased as put off of sowing time, from the first ten-day period of March to the first ten -day period June. The harm can be markedly reduced by sowing in the last ten-day period of October to the prist ten-day period of March. Fusarium and Rhizoctnic are main pathogenic species in cool-season grasses which sowing of year before and last year.
