Objective: To study the financing, distribution and use of funds for curative care of non-communicable chronic diseases(NCDs) in Anhui, and provide references for the adjustment and formulation of relevant health policies in the future. Methods:Based on the theory and method of the 'System of Health Accounts 2011 Edition'(SHA 2011), the curative care expenditure of NCDs in Anhui was calculated and analyzed. Results: The curative care expenditure of NCDs in Anhui in 2016 was 53.64 billion yuan,accounting for 62.68% of the curative care expenditure in Anhui. The curative care expenditure of NCDs was mainly from regular health financing schemes(66.55%) and out-of-pocket(27.85%). It mainly occurred in hospitals(84.51%), only 11.83% occurred in primary health care institutions, generally around the 40-84 year old age group. The consumption of medical resources were mainly in the circulatory system diseases, tumors, diseases of the digestive system. Conclusion: The financing structure was more reasonable and the medical institution configuration was 'inverted triangle'. It was proposed to reasonably optimize the financing structure, improve primary medical service capacity, focus on key age groups and diseases and carry out prevention work.
