不同海拔地区人群血脂参数的相关分析 预览

Correlation Analysis of Blood Lipid Parameters in Populations at Different Altitudes

摘要 目的 分析不同海拔地区人群血脂参数甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的差异性及变化趋势。方法 回顾性分析上海地区(海拔4m)、维西地区(海拔2300m)、香格里拉地区(海拔3280m)和德钦地区(海拔4000m)共1577例体检者血脂数据,按年龄分为两组:21-40岁组(青年组)和41-60岁组(中年组),比较不同性别、不同年龄、不同海拔高度血脂参数的差异性及变化趋势。结果 青年男性人群血脂四项(除HDL-C)均显著高于同地区同年龄女性(P<0.05),上海地区中年男性人群TG显著高于同地区同年龄女性(P<0.05),HDL-C显著低于同地区同年龄女性(P<0.05),其他中年人群男女无统计学差异;HDL-C没有明显年龄差异性,上海地区和高海拔地区女性人群,中年组的TG、TC、LDL-C显著高于青年组(P<0.05);上海地区与维西地区除LDL-C外,其余血脂项目无统计学差异(P>0.05),上海地区与香格里拉地区、德钦地区存在统计学差异(P<0.05),后两者有统计学差异(P<0.05),德钦地区与维西地区无统计学差异(P>0.05)。TG水平随海拔逐渐上升,至3280m后达到峰值并开始下降(R=0.176,P=0.001);TC、HDL-C则相反,随海拔逐渐下降,至3280m到达最低点,并开始回升(R=0.333和R=0.357,P=0.001);LDL-C自海拔4m开始下降后,则趋势逐渐平缓(R=0.253,P=0.001)。结论 高海拔地区缺氧干寒环境致使血脂指标普遍高于低海拔地区,提示高海拔地区人群应尽早做好相应措施,预防冠心病等相关疾病的发生与发展。 Objective To analyze the differences and trends of blood lipid parameters such as triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in different altitudes.Methods The blood lipid data of 1577 cases of physical examination in Shanghai(4 meters above sea level),Weixi(2300 meters above sea level),Shangri-La(3280 meters above sea level)and Deqin(4000 meters above sea level)were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to age:21-40 years old group(youth group)and 41-60 years old group(middle age group).The differences of blood lipid parameters between different genders,ages and altitudes were compared.Sex and trend of change.Results Four items of blood lipid(except HDL-C)in young male population were significantly higher than those in women of the same age in the same area(P<0.05).TG in middle-aged male population in Shanghai was significantly higher than that in women of the same age in the same area(P<0.05).HDL-C was significantly lower than that in women of the same age in the same area(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL-C between men and women in other middle-aged groups.Group,TG,TC and LDL-C in middle-aged group were significantly higher than those in young group(P<0.05);except LDL-C,there was no significant difference between Shanghai area and West area(P<0.05),but there was significant difference between Shanghai area and Shangri-La area and Deqin area(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between Deqin area and West area(P>0.05).The level of TG increased gradually with altitude,reached its peak after 3280 meters and began to decline(R=0.176,P=0.001);TC and HDL-C decreased gradually with altitude,reached the lowest point at 3280 meters,and began to rise(R=0.333 and R=0.357,P=0.001);LDL-C gradually flattened after 4 meters of altitude began to decline(R=0.253,P=0.001).Conclusion The hypoxic and cold environment in high altitude areas makes the blood lipid index generally higher than that
