心肌磁共振延时强化成像在冠心病诊疗中的应用分析 预览

摘要 目的:探究心肌磁共振延时强化成像在冠心病临床诊疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年2月—2018年9月本院接收的80例患者开展本次研究,均经临床病史询问、心电图检查初步判定为冠心病患者。全部患者均进行心脏核磁共振成像检查,将冠脉造影的检查结果作为疾病确诊的金标准,分析心脏核磁共振成像的检查效果。结果:80例患者检出冠心病38例,其中前降支狭窄24支,回旋支狭窄22支,右冠状动脉狭窄10支;MRI检出延时强化35例,其中左前降支供血区病变24个,左回旋支供血区病变20个、右冠供血区病变9个,其符合率分别为92.11%、100.00%、91.00%、70.00%。结论:对冠心病患者进行心脏核磁共振成像检查,对其临床诊疗有着极强的指导意义。 Objective To explore the value of myocardial delayed-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study.All patients were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by clinical history and ECG.All patients underwent cardiac MRI examination,and the results of coronary imaging were used as the gold standard for disease diagnosis,and the effect of cardiac MRI was analyzed.Results 80 patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed with coronary artery disease,24 of left anterior descending artery stenosis,22 of patients with left circumflex artery stenosis,ten of right coronary artery stenosis.delayed-enhanced MRI detected 35 patients,including 24 patients with left anterior descending blood supply area disease,20 cases of left circumflex blood supply area lesions,and 9 cases of right coronary blood supply area lesions,the coincidence rates were 92.11%,90.00%,100.00%,90.00%.Conclusion Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging examination of patients with coronary heart disease has a strong guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
