Objective To analyze the effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on severe pneumonia in children and heart failure. Methods 60 children with severe pneumonia and heart failure treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Children in the control group were treated with conventional methods and treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the observation group. Comparing the therapeutic effects of the two groups of children. Results After observation in treatment group, the observation group could correctly reflect the therapeutic effect of clinical NIPPV on pneumonia in children.
