高校教学改革的反思——对近两届高等教育国家级教学成果奖获奖项目的实证研究 被引量:2

Reflection on Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities: An Empirical Study on the Winning Projects of the Last Two State-level Teaching Awards in Higher Education

摘要 高等教育国家级教学成果奖是我国高等教育领域的最高奖项,对推动高校教学改革、提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。对近两届高等教育国家级教学成果奖获奖项目进行分析发现:获奖项目区域分布不平衡;高水平大学获奖项目居多;完成单位合作有待加强;第一完成人中高校行政领导占比较高;学科分布存在重理轻文倾向;研究主题与教育热点基本一致,但对一些重要领域的关注仍显不足。基于此,高等教育国家级教学成果奖的培育和评选应适当增强对薄弱地区的政策倾斜,鼓励特色办学,完善多方合作机制,引导一线教师积极参与,优化学科整体布局,坚持问题导向,最大限度发挥获奖项目的实践效益和价值。 The state-level teaching award in higher education is the highest award of higher education in China. It is significant to promote teaching reform and improve the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the winning projects of the last two state-level teaching awards in higher education, we found that the regional distribution of the winning projects is unbalanced;high-level universities get most of the winning projects;multi-unit cooperation needs to be strengthened;the great majority of the first award winner is the administrative leadership of university;there is a tendency to lay stress on science rather than literature;and the research themes are basically consistent with the educational Hots, but the attention to some important areas is still insufficient. Based on this, the cultivation and selection of the state-level teaching award in higher education should properly strengthen policy inclination to weak areas, encourage characteristic education, improve multi-party cooperation mechanism, guide front-line teachers to participate actively, optimize the overall layout of disciplines, adhere to problem-oriented and maximize the practical benefits and value of the winning projects.
