不同种源多穗柯叶表型与叶脉特征差异分析 预览

On Leaf Morphological and Venation of Lithocarpus polystachyus from Different Provenances

摘要 为探讨不同种源多穗柯叶表型性状变异规律,提高优异多穗柯资源的利用率,以11个不同种源30个多穗柯无性系为研究对象,分析6个叶表型特征和3个叶脉特征.结果表明:除叶长外,8个性状指标变异系数皆达到10%以上,且无性系间皆达到差异极显著,可见多穗柯叶表型特征和叶脉结构变异极丰富;性状指标与地理因子相关性分析表明,叶面积和叶宽由北向南逐渐减小,叶脉密度较稀,由东北向西南叶形逐渐狭长.平均气温越高,降水量越低,叶面积越小,叶脉密度越大.叶形偏长椭圆形;采用聚类分析可将30个无性系分为4类,其中ZJ5的叶面积和叶宽最大,长宽比和叶片厚度最小,且与其他无性系差异较大,在系统聚类分析中单独分为1类.TL3,TL5,JYS7和DB6的叶长较长,长宽比皆在4.00以上,为第2类.YJ3,YJ4,TL6和TL8叶面积较小,长宽比皆在4.00以上,为第3类.其余21个无性系为第4类. To investigate the variation pattern of leaf morphological and improve the utilization rate of excellent resource of Lithocarpus polystachyus,6 leaf morphology traits and 3 leaf vein characteristics from 30 clones of 11 different provenances were analyzed.The results showed that the variation coefficients of 8 character indexes were more than 10%,except leaf length.In addition,there were significant differences of all indexes among the clones.The correlation analysis show that the leaf area and leaf width gradually decreased from north to south,and vein density became sparse.The leaf shape became narrow and long gradually from northeast to southwest.On the other hand,the leaf area and vein density increased with the air temperature risen and rainfall reduced. By systematic cluster analysis,the 30 clones could be divided into 4 categories.ZJ5 was the first category separately because of the great difference from other clones with the largest leaf area and leaf width,the smallest ratio of length to width and leaf thickness.TL3,TL5,JYS7 and DB6 were the second category with the longest leaves.YJ3,YJ4,TL6 and TL8 were the third category with the smallest leaf area,other 21 clones was the fourth category.
