肝纤维化发病机制与防治研究进展

Progress in pathogenesis and prevention of hepatic fibrosis

摘要 肝纤维化会导致多种慢性肝病的发生与发展,给人类健康造成严重的危害,是一个多因子、多途径参与的复杂病理过程,肝纤维化与肝星状细胞、转化生长因子、血小板衍生生长因子、血管内皮细胞生长因子及趋化因子有关;不同病因导致肝纤维化的机制不同,本文归纳和总结近几年国内外相关文献,综述肝纤维化发病机制与防治研究进展,为肝纤维化的防治提供参考。 [Objective]Hepatic fibrosis can lead to the occurrence and development of various chronic liver diseases and cause serious harm to human health. It is a complex pathological process involving multiple factors and pathways. Hepatic fibrosis is associated with hepatic stellate cells,transforming growth factor,platelet-derived growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor and chemotaxis. Different etiologies lead to different mechanisms of liver fibrosis. This paper summarizes the related literature at home and abroad in recent years,reviews the pathogenesis and prevention of liver fibrosis research progress,and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis.
