基于外延异质结构的有机-无机杂化钙钛矿/二维纳米片复合材料在光电领域具有很好的应用前景,但目前使用的固相制备方法大大限制了这一目标的实现.我们通过精细调节溶剂环境,成功利用外延沉积的方式实现了在三角/六方相MoS2纳米片表面生... 基于外延异质结构的有机-无机杂化钙钛矿/二维纳米片复合材料在光电领域具有很好的应用前景,但目前使用的固相制备方法大大限制了这一目标的实现.我们通过精细调节溶剂环境,成功利用外延沉积的方式实现了在三角/六方相MoS2纳米片表面生长立方相MAPbBr3(MA=CH3NH+3)钙钛矿纳米晶.虽然MAPbBr3与MoS2存在较大的晶格不匹配度,但是由于MoS2纳米片性质柔软且表面缺失悬挂键,可以在两条不同方向上观察到较高容忍度(~1%错位)的外延生长关系.这种外延界面的形成有利于MAPbBr3与MoS2之间有效的能量转移,因此基于MAPbBr3/MoS2异质结的纸质器件与MAPbBr3或MoS2器件相比具有更优异的光电性能.此外,除了提高光吸收能力和能量传递, MoS2纳米片的存在还为离散的MAPbBr3纳米晶提供柔性和连续的基底,从而改善了MAPbBr3纳米晶粒的成膜能力.这种液相外延法可用于高性能的有机无机杂化钙钛矿与二维材料的异质结构材料的大规模制备,将推动异质结构材料在光电领域的广泛使用. 展开更多

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) have been of health concern due to its carcinogenesis and mutagenesis. In this study, we aimed to assess the variations, sources, and lifetime excessive cancer risk(ECR) attributable to PAHs bound to ambient particulate matters with aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5 μm(PM2.5) in metropolitan Beijing, China. We collected24-hour integrated PM2.5 samples on daily basis between November 2014 and June 2015 across both central heating(cold months) and non-heating(warm months) seasons, and further analyzed the PAH components in these daily PM2.5 samples. Our results showed that total concentrations of PM2.5-bound PAHs varied between(88.6 ± 75.4) ng/m3 in the cold months and(11.0 ± 5.9) ng/m3 in the warm months. Benzo[a]pyrene(Ba P), the carcinogenic marker of PAHs,averaged at 5.7 and 0.4 ng/m3 in the cold and warm months, respectively. Source apportionment analyses illustrated that gasoline, biomass burning, diesel, coal combustion and cooking were the major contributors, accounting for 12.9%, 17.8%, 24.7%, 24.3% and 6.4% of PM2.5-bound PAHs, respectively. The BaP equivalent lifetime ECR from inhalation of PM2.5-bound PAHs was 16.2 cases per million habitants. Our results suggested that ambient particulate reduction from energy reconstruction and adaption of clean fuels would result in reductions PM2.5-bound PAHs and its associated cancer risks. However, as only particulate phased PAHs was analyzed in the present study, the concentration of ambient PAHs could be underestimated. 展开更多

This paper reports the sensitive effect of photoluminescence peak intensity and transmittance affected by B, Al, and N dopants in fluorescent 4H-SiC single crystals. The crystalline type, doping concentration, photoluminescence spectra,and transmission spectra were characterized at room temperature. It is found that the doped 4H-SiC single crystal emits a warm white light covering a wide range from 460 nm to 720 nm, and the transmittance increases from 10% to 60%with the fluctuation of B, Al, and N ternary dopants. With a parameter of CD-A, defined by B, Al, and N concentration, the photoluminescence and transmittance properties can be adjusted by optimal doping regulation. 展开更多

The spin-polarized photocurrent is used to study the in-plane electric field dependent spin transport in undoped InGaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells. In the temperature range of 77–297 K, the spin-polarized photocurrent shows an anisotropic spin transport under different oriented in-plane electric fields. We ascribe this characteristic to two dominant mechanisms: the hot phonon effect and the Rashba spin-orbit effect which is influenced by the in-plane electric fields with different orientations. The formulas are proposed to fit our experiments, suggesting a guide of potential applications and devices. 展开更多

目的:探讨不同年龄患者飞秒激光辅助白内障手术(FLACS)中瞳孔直径变化的相关因素及其对患者接口(PI)操作时间和手术疗效的影响。方法:选取2017-03/2018-06在我院行FLACS手术的白内障患者101例101眼,按照年龄分为中青年组(46例)和老年组... 目的:探讨不同年龄患者飞秒激光辅助白内障手术(FLACS)中瞳孔直径变化的相关因素及其对患者接口(PI)操作时间和手术疗效的影响。方法:选取2017-03/2018-06在我院行FLACS手术的白内障患者101例101眼,按照年龄分为中青年组(46例)和老年组(55例)。术前常规散瞳,记录PI操作时间、对接时间、劈核半径及PI操作前、中、后的瞳孔直径。术后采用状态焦虑问卷(SAI)评定患者PI操作中的状态焦虑症状,并评估临床疗效。结果:本组患者年龄与PI操作前、中、后瞳孔直径、劈核半径、SAI评分均呈负相关;PI操作时间与SAI评分呈负相关。中青年组患者PI操作前、中、后瞳孔直径(8.89±0.57、7.52±0.52、8.96±0.54mm)均显著大于老年组(8.43±0.73、7.14±0.55、8.44±0.75mm),SAI得分(42.19±9.27分)显著高于老年组(39.80±9.15分)(均P<0.01),但两组患者PI操作时间、对接时间和治疗总有效率均无差异(P>0.05)。结论:FLACS术中中青年患者瞳孔变化较为敏感,且焦虑情绪较为突出,对手术进程有一定影响。 展开更多

血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平与甲状腺相关眼病的相关性分析 预览

目的:分析血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)水平与甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)病情严重程度的相关性。方法:选取我院2016-08/2018-03收治的TAO患者120例,依据临床活动性评分(CAS)标准(活动期组、非活动期... 目的:分析血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)水平与甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)病情严重程度的相关性。方法:选取我院2016-08/2018-03收治的TAO患者120例,依据临床活动性评分(CAS)标准(活动期组、非活动期组)和病情严重程度(轻度组、中重度组、极重度组)分组,并取同期健康体检者90例纳入对照组,比较各组受检者临床基本资料及血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平,并分析血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平与TAO病情严重程度的相关性。结果:不同临床活性分期组与对照组受检者,不同病情严重程度组与对照组受检者临床基本资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。活动期组患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平均明显高于非活动期组和对照组受检者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同病情严重程度组活动期患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平明显高于非活动期和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同病情严重程度组非活动期患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平无明显差异,不同病情严重程度组活动期患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平随病情加重逐渐升高。非活动期患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平与其病情严重程度无明显相关性(r=0.102、0.095,P=0.135、0.167);活动期患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平与其病情严重程度呈正相关(r=0.695、0.824,P=0.005、0.002)。结论:非活动期患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平不会随病情加重而升高,活动期患者血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平随病情加重明显升高,可用于TAO的临床诊断、分期分级及预后监测。 展开更多

目的研究采用神经内镜手术清除高血压脑出血合并脑疝患者的颅内血肿同时保留骨瓣的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析该科2015年1月-2017年6月行手术治疗的高血压脑出血合并一侧瞳孔散大的患者,共计54例。排除双侧瞳孔散大,术前行床边CT血... 目的研究采用神经内镜手术清除高血压脑出血合并脑疝患者的颅内血肿同时保留骨瓣的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析该科2015年1月-2017年6月行手术治疗的高血压脑出血合并一侧瞳孔散大的患者,共计54例。排除双侧瞳孔散大,术前行床边CT血管造影(CTA)排除合并动脉瘤、动静畸形和烟雾病等。其中神经内镜手术组23例,开颅手术组31例。比较两组病例的手术时间、术中出血量、血肿清除率,术后再出血、脑梗死和死亡的发生率。术后3个月行格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)。结果神经内镜治疗组在手术时间、术中出血量上均优于开颅组,两组间差异有统计学意义;而两组间血肿清除率、术后再出血和脑梗死的发生率差异无统计学意义。尽管术后3个月GOS评分总体上内镜组与开颅组无显著差异,但内镜组植物生存率与重残率较开颅组有下降,而轻残率明显增加。结论神经内镜手术治疗脑出血合并脑疝患者手术安全,同时损伤小、降低了植物生存率与重残率。 展开更多

Astigmatism is inevitable and inherent to progressive addition lenses (PALs), which are typically distributed in the lateral areas on both sides of the progressive corridor. In this study, we took into account the spectacle frame for the customized freeform PAL design with the variational-diffcrence numerical approach. The PAL surface with minimized astigmatism, approximately equal to 84% of the added power, was numerically resolved without expending the zone for clear vision. We validated our approach by experimentally demonstrating the procedure from tool path generation to surface power measurement, thus providing an efficient solution to the personalization of astigmatism-minimized PAL design and manufacture. 展开更多

Preparation of erbium ion-doped TiO2 films and the study of their photocatalytic activity under simulated solar light

A series of erbium ion-doped TiO_2(Er~(3+)-TiO_2) films were prepared by a sol-gel dip/spin coating method, and the effect of the dosage of erbium ion(0–2.0 mol%), the films coating layers(1–5 layers), and calcination temperature(400–700 °C) on the film structure and photocatalytic activity were investigated in detail. The films were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermal analysis(TG-DTG) and UV–Vis diffusive reflectance spectra(DRS). The results showed that the films were composed of anatase, and no other TiO_2 phases(rutile and brookite). With the increase of the erbium ion dosage, the crystal size decreased. Erbium ion doping could enhance the thermal stability of TiO_2 and inhibit the increase of the crystallite size. Meanwhile doping of erbium ions gave rise to three typical absorption peaks within the range of visible light(400–700 nm), locating at 490, 523, and 654 nm, attributed to the transition of 4 f electrons. The higher calcination temperature led to higher crystallinity and bigger crystal grains. The photocatalytic performance of the films was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange solution under simulated solar light. The highest quality film we prepared was with 4 layers, 1.0 mol% dosage of erbium ion, and the calcination temperature of 500 °C. With this film,the degradation percentage of 7.8 mg/L methyl orange solution was up to 53.3% under simulated solar light after 6 h photoreaction. 展开更多

As an integrated application of advanced technologies such as information technology, system control technology, and artificial intelligence in the transportation field, the intelligent transportation system(ITS) has been regarded as an efficient and effective solution for alleviating transportation issues that are encountered in several countries around the world. In this paper, the development history of the ITS in China is presented, and the problems and challenges faced by the ITS in China in the new normal state are clearly laid out. Three new ITS development requirements in China are then identified, and six development trends and directions are proposed.Through the successful application of the above guidelines, next generation innovation and development of ITS is expected to be realized in China, promoting and supporting the trends of urbanization, motorization, and informationization, which are resulting in fundamental changes in the development of the Chinese society and economy. 展开更多

Monitoring mitochondrial derived copper(Ⅱ) in live cells is highly demanded, but accurately detecting is unmet due to the interference with cytoplasmic copper(Ⅱ). Herein, we have reported the design,synthesis and characterization of photocontrollable fluorogenic probe, M_(Cu)~(-3), which is equipped with a photo-labile group(nitrobenzyl group) and mitochondria targeting unit(triphenylphosphonium salt).This novel probe showed an intense fluorescence enhancement in response to copper(Ⅱ) without interference from other metal cations in the biological condition(p H 6–9). The detection limit is 1.7 ×10~(-7) mol/L in HEPES buffer. The confocal fluorescence imaging results demonstrated M_(Cu)~(-3) can visualize mitochondrial copper(Ⅱ) in live mammalian cells. The clear advantage of our photocontrollable method is successful to avoid the influence of cytoplasmic copper(Ⅱ) during mitochondria specific detection. 展开更多

A three-dimensional(3 D) metal-organic framework(MOF) ZnL·0.5 H_2O·0.75 DMF(H_2L=9-(pyridin-4-yl)-9 H-carbazole-3,6-dicarboxylic acid, DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide) has been synthesized under solvothermal condition. Crystal structure analysis shows that, in ZnL, each dinuclear Zn_2(COO)_2 unit is doubly-bridged to the other two by the carbazole moieties to form the 1 D chains, which are further connected together by pyridine moieties to lead to the 3 D framework. ZnL exhibits both high structural stability and good luminescent stability in water with the pH range of 4–10. ZnL displays the luminescent quenching response for Fe~(3+) in water with good linear correlation between the quenching efficiency and the concentration with K_(sv) of 10800 M~(-1) in the low concentration range of 0–0.1 mM. Interestingly, it is observed that the sensing performance for Fe~(3+) is stable in the pH range of 4–9, enabling ZnL to detect Fe~(3+) ions in weak acidic and weak basic solutions. 展开更多
