目的:探讨翼状胬肉转位术与羊膜移植加绷带型角膜接触镜治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:本研究纳入观察对象为2014-12/2016-12于我院治疗的翼状胬肉患者72例80眼,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组35例39眼行翼状胬肉转位术联合羊膜移植治... 目的:探讨翼状胬肉转位术与羊膜移植加绷带型角膜接触镜治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:本研究纳入观察对象为2014-12/2016-12于我院治疗的翼状胬肉患者72例80眼,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组35例39眼行翼状胬肉转位术联合羊膜移植治疗,观察组37例41眼在此基础上加用绷带型角膜接触镜治疗;随访1a,观察术后视力变化,评价手术疗效,比较两组患者术后疗效、复发率以及角膜愈合天数,术前、术后1d,1、3、6、12mo采用非接触式眼压计检测眼压变化,记录术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后疗效Ⅰ级19眼、Ⅱ级11眼、Ⅲ级8眼、Ⅵ级3眼,对照组Ⅰ级16眼、Ⅱ级12眼、Ⅲ级8眼、Ⅵ级3眼,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组视力提升20眼、无变化17眼、视力下降4眼,对照组视力提升16眼、无变化17眼、视力下降6眼,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组角膜愈合时间为3.43±1.03d,对照组为5.13±1.16d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前和术后1d,1、3、6、12mo眼压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后对照组出现1眼角膜瘢痕,两组患者均未出现眼压升高、角膜散光等并发症。结论:采用翼状胬肉转位术联合羊膜移植加绷带型角膜接触镜能显著提高角膜愈合时间,疗效确切,安全有效。 展开更多

ZnSe is one of the important and excellent Ⅱ-Ⅵsemiconductor materials, which has direct transition band structure. In this paper, ZnSe thin films were prepared by an electrochemical deposition method, and the formation mechanism of ZnSe was studied systematically. Voltammetry and chronoamperometry combined with X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Raman techniques were used to analyze the deposition processes. It is found that the substrate and deposition potentials have a great influence on the phase composition of deposited thin film, and Zn substrate is beneficial to the preparation ZnSe films. Strong selenium-substrate interaction results in the formation of selenium compounds involving electrode materials. The addition of Zn(Ⅱ) source can affect the reduction potential of Se, and results in the change of reducing mechanism of Se(0) from Se(Ⅳ). Se(0) formed from H_2Se because the formation of H_2Se is more active than forming Se(0)directly from Se(Ⅳ), and H_2Se can recombine with the substrate material, forming selenium-substrate compounds more quickly. 展开更多

A series of high phase purity blue light excitable yellow-emitting La3_xSi6Nu:xCe~+ phosphors weresynthesized by the high temperature solid state reactions method. The structure and luminescentproperties were investigated. The phase structure was studied by means of X-ray diffraction, structuresrefinements and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The phosphors effectively excited by the light of450 nm and show intense yellow emission at 535 nm with FWHM of 115 nm corresponding to the5d → 2F5/2 and 5d → 2F7/2 transitions of Ce3+. In addition, the optimized La2.86Si6Nn :0.14Ce3+ exhibits aweak thermal quenching, which remains 98.2% of the initial emission intensity when heated to 200 ℃,the thermal quenching properties exhibit a modest decline when the temperature returned to roomtemperature. The above results indicate that La3Si6Nu:Ce3+ can be regarded as a high promisingphosphor for applications in high power white-light LED. 展开更多

Objective:To study the expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated protein 1(TRAP1)in gastric cancer tissue and its correlation with malignant biology.Methods:Gastric cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue were collected,and mRNA content and protein content of TRAP1 were detected;gastric cancer cell lines SGC7901,BGC823,AGS and MGC803 were cultured,and mRNA contents and protein contents of TRAP1,CyclinB1,CyclinD1,CyclinE,MMP-2 and VEGF were detected.Results:mRNA and protein expression levels of TRAP1 in gastric cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissue,and mRNA and protein expression levels of TRAP1 in gastric cancer tissue with muscularis and serosa infiltration,lymph node metastasis,distant organ metastasis and TNM Ⅲ/Ⅳ stage were significantly higher than those in gastric cancer tissue with mucosa and submucosa infiltration,non-lymph node metastasis,non-distant organ metastasis and TNM Ⅰ/Ⅱ stage.mRNA and protein expression levels of TRAP1,CyclinB1,CyclinD1,CyclinE,MMP-2 and VEGF in MGC803 were the highest,and mRNA and protein expression levels of TRAP1,CyclinB1,CyclinD1,CyclinE,MMP-2 and VEGF in SGC7901 were the lowest.mRNA and protein expression levels of TRAP1 in gastric cancer cell lines were positively correlated with mRNA and protein expression of CyclinB1,CyclinD1.CyclinE,MMP-2 and VEGF.Conclusions:The expression of TRAP1 significantly increases in gastric cancer tissue;TRAP1 may regulate the malignant biology of cells by increasing the expression of CyclinB1,CyclinD1,CyclinE,MMP-2 and VEGF,thereby resulting in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. 展开更多

天然苯甲醛是一类重要的食品添加剂.在温和液相反应条件下催化氧化肉桂醛制天然苯甲醛是一个有效的手段,但该过程需要活性高、选择性好和易循环利用的高效催化剂.环糊精(CD)一般是由6–8个D-吡喃葡萄糖单元构成,具有“内疏水、外亲水... 天然苯甲醛是一类重要的食品添加剂.在温和液相反应条件下催化氧化肉桂醛制天然苯甲醛是一个有效的手段,但该过程需要活性高、选择性好和易循环利用的高效催化剂.环糊精(CD)一般是由6–8个D-吡喃葡萄糖单元构成,具有“内疏水、外亲水”的特殊结构,能够与尺寸和形状相近的分子通过分子间的非共价键作用力(如氢键、范德华力及疏水性作用力)形成主客体分子包结物.利用环糊精模拟天然酶来提高反应活性和产物选择性一直是研究者追求的目标,并已被广泛用于调控不同的有机反应过程,如氧化、还原、水解和开环等反应.然而,由于β-环糊精易溶于水,需要将其固载至合适的载体上才能实现其循环重复利用.近年,文献中报道了将β-环糊精固定至纤维素或壳聚糖用于催化肉桂油制天然苯甲醛,结果表明,环糊精与载体的功能基团通过弱相互作用的协同能明显提高肉桂醛氧化性能.然而,从实际应用角度看,这些催化剂的循环使用性能和机械强度还需进一步增强.碳纳米管具有良好的化学稳定性、较强的机械性能和环境兼容性,广泛应用于液相吸附或反应系统.例如,碳纳米管作为一种无金属催化剂被成功用于芳族烃和烷烃的氧化脱氢、氧还原反应、烃或酚的氧化和氨分解以及催化苯甲醇制备苯甲醛等反应体系中.基于环糊精能通过形成主客体包结物的形式明显提高反应选择性,以及多壁碳纳米管能通过形成共轭配合物的形式对溶液中芳香化合物具有良好的吸附能力,本文制备了一种β-环糊精功能化多壁碳纳米管,并将其成功用于溶液中肉桂油催化氧化制天然苯甲醛的反应.β-环糊精功能化碳纳米管表现出比环糊精聚合物催化剂更优异的催化性能,在10 min内,肉桂醛转化率和天然苯甲醛选择性能分别达到95%和85%,并且反应体系的活化能从45.66 k J/mol降至1 展开更多

The study on the agricultural energy consumption not only has a positive significance to agricultural energy saving,emission reduction and ecological environment protection,but also can greatly reduce the cost of agricultural production and improve the economic benefit of farmers. Through the analysis of the national statistical data about energy consumption for agriculture production from 2005 to 2012 year,the results show that the amount of energy consumption for agricultural production in China has increased year by year since 2005. Because of the continued growth of the total energy consumption in China,the proportion of energy consumption for agricultural production to the total energy consumption of China has declined slightly since 2005. At present,the energy consumption structure for agricultural production in China is diesel fuel,coal,electric power,gasoline,and indirect energy consumption. With the rapid development of the agricultural technology in recent years,the total agricultural output value in China has increased greatly,the direct and indirect agricultural energy consumption per unit of agricultural output value in China has decreased year by year,and the efficiency of energy consumption for agricultural production has increased consequently. 展开更多

Cells usually undergo a long journey of evolution during the progression from normal to precancerous cells and finally to full-fledged cancer cells. Multiple genomic aberrations are acquired during this journey that could either act as drivers to confer significant growth advantages or act as passengers with little effect on the tumor growth. Recent advances in sequencing technology have made it feasible to decipher the evolutionary course of a cancer cell on a genome-wide level by evaluating the relative number of mutated alleles. Novel terms such as chromothripsis and chromoplexy have been introduced to describe the newly identified patterns of cancer genome evolution. These new insights have greatly expanded our understanding of the initiation and progression of cancers,which should aid in improving the efficiency of cancer management and treatment. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of okra extract on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) rats and its probable molecular mechanism.Methods:A total of 30 female SD rats were caged with male rats for pregnancy,27 pregnant rats were obtained and weighed.The pregnant rats were equally randomized into the control group,GDM group and intervention group.Once the pregnancy was verified,GDM group and intervention group were given 45 mg/kg streptozotocin by peritoneal injection for inducing GDM,control group was given equal volume of citrate buffer.Once the model was established successfully,intervention group was administered orally the solution containing 200 mg/kg/d okra extract,the other groups were given the diet and water only.On the 19 th day of pregnancy,the blood samples and fetal rats of all groups were collected,fetal rats weight and placental weight was recorded and the serum glucose,lipids,serum insulin and C-peptide of pregnant rats before the delivery were determined.Results:The pregnant rats weight before the delivery,fetal rats weight and placental weight of GDM group were lower than control group and intervention group(P<0.05).After the treatment of okra extract,serum glucose and lipids levels of intervention group were both improved significantly(P<0.05),especially,the FBG,HDL,FINS,serum m insulin and hepatic glycogen levels were equivalent to control group(P>0.05).Antioxidant enzymes levels of GDM group in liver and pancreas tissues were lower than the other groups,and after treatment of okra extract,antioxidant enzymes levels in liver and pancreas tissues were equivalent to control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Okra extract,rich in antioxidant substances,could avoid the excessive consuming of antioxidant enzymes,then,suppresses the oxidative stress and insulin resistance,thereby improving blood glucose level of GDM rats. 展开更多

We fabricate a Ga As-based In Ga As/In Ga As P multiple quantum wells(MQWs) laser at 1.55 μm. Using two-step growth method and thermal cyclic annealing, a thin low-temperature In P layer and a thick In P buffer layer are grown on Ga As substrates by low-pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition technology. Then, highquality MQWs laser structures are grown on the In P buffer layer. Under quasi-continuous wave(QCW) condition, a threshold current of 476 m A and slope efficiency of 0.15 m W/m A are achieved for a broad area device with 50 μm wide strip and 500 μm long cavity at room-temperature. The peak wavelength of emission spectrum is1549.5 nm at 700 m A. The device is operating for more than 2000 h at room-temperature and 600 mA. 展开更多

目的:探讨连续性血液净化(continuous blood purification,CBP)对急性重症胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)患者早期诱导的肠黏膜屏障功能障碍的改善作用.方法:比较河南省人民医院重症医学科收治的52例SAP患者(实验组)经... 目的:探讨连续性血液净化(continuous blood purification,CBP)对急性重症胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)患者早期诱导的肠黏膜屏障功能障碍的改善作用.方法:比较河南省人民医院重症医学科收治的52例SAP患者(实验组)经CBP治疗前后急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ,A PA C H EⅡ)、血清淀粉酶、二胺氧化酶(diamine oxidase,DAO)、血浆D-乳酸、内毒素(endotoxin,ET)、血清肿瘤坏死因子?(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-?)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)及尿乳果糖/甘露醇(urinary lactulose/mannitol,L/M)水平变化情况,并与40例健康志愿者(对照组)相关指标进行比较.结果:实验组患者治疗后APACHEⅡ评分和血清淀粉酶水平与治疗前比较均明显下降(8.11分±2.66分vs 14.59分±4.67分)、(519.33 U/L±52.06 U/L v s 837.58 U/L±52.14 U/L),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组患者治疗后DAO、D-乳酸、ET、T N F-?、N O及L/M水平与治疗前比较均明显下降(5.83 U/L±1.33 U/L vs 7.99 U/L±1.03 U/L、0.91 m g/L±0.47 m g/L v s 1.63mg/L±0.55 mg/L、0.20 EU/L±0.04 EU/L v s 0.38 E U/L±0.06 E U/L、0.97 n g/m L±0.31 ng/m L vs 1.97 ng/m L±0.35 ng/m L、87.26?mol/m L±18.75?mol/m L vs 140.02?mol/m L±26.48?mol/m L、0.04±0.02 vs0.09±0.03),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组患者治疗后DAO、D-乳酸、ET、T N F-?、N O及L/M水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:CBP能够有效改善肠黏膜屏障功能相关指标、改善SAP临床症状,对保护肠黏膜屏障功能具有重要意义. 展开更多
