目的:应用Catquest-8SF量表研究PHACO+SIOL植入术患者主观报告的效果,评估Catquest-8SF量表在中国北方白内障人群的适用性及其对白内障手术的敏感性。方法:前瞻性临床病例随访研究。泰安市中心医院白内障患者术前和术后3mo完成面对面的C... 目的:应用Catquest-8SF量表研究PHACO+SIOL植入术患者主观报告的效果,评估Catquest-8SF量表在中国北方白内障人群的适用性及其对白内障手术的敏感性。方法:前瞻性临床病例随访研究。泰安市中心医院白内障患者术前和术后3mo完成面对面的Catquest-8SF量表填写。结果:术前共120例白内障患者完成了Catquest-8SF量表。术前Catquest-8SF量表得分与术前双眼加权logMAR视力及年龄呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与文化程度呈正相关(P<0.001),无全身合并症的患者量表得分高于有全身合并症的患者(P<0.05)。102名(85%)患者完成术后3mo量表,单眼手术组和双眼手术组比较,术后视力均显著提高(t=10.404,P<0.001),术后量表得分均明显提高(P<0.001)。两组在量表得分提高值上差异无统计学意义。92.2%的患者对手术效果满意。满意度与量表得分的提高值显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:中文版Catquest-8SF量表在我国北方ARC人群中适用性好,简短高效,可以作为白内障常规临床评估的一部分。 展开更多

【目的】双组分系统Rcs感受外界环境变化,并调控细菌的适应性及生存等。本文探讨Rcs双组分系统传感器激酶RcsC对禽致病性大肠杆菌(avian pathogenic Escherichia coli,APEC)相关生物学特性及致病性的影响。【方法】采用Red同源重组的方... 【目的】双组分系统Rcs感受外界环境变化,并调控细菌的适应性及生存等。本文探讨Rcs双组分系统传感器激酶RcsC对禽致病性大肠杆菌(avian pathogenic Escherichia coli,APEC)相关生物学特性及致病性的影响。【方法】采用Red同源重组的方法构建rcsC基因缺失株,并利用互补质粒构建互补株,然后比较野生株、基因缺失株与互补株的生长特性、运动性、生物被膜、凝集沉淀能力、致病力及毒力基因转录水平的差异。【结果】rcsC基因缺失不影响APEC的生长速度,然而,缺失RcsC导致APEC的运动能力升高、生物被膜形成能力降低和凝集能力增强。凝集试验结果显示rcsC基因有助于APEC的凝集沉降。细胞黏附入侵结果表明,rcsC在APEC侵袭DF-1细胞过程中发挥作用,而对黏附能力无影响。动物感染试验结果表明rcsC基因缺失能显著降低APEC的毒力。荧光定量PCR检测结果表明,rcsC基因缺失株中ompA、aatA、fyuA和luxS基因的转录水平均显著降低,而fimC和tsh基因的转录水平显著升高。【结论】RcsC参与调控APEC的运动性、生物被膜形成、凝集沉降和致病力。 展开更多

建立大鼠血浆中异绿原酸B的LC-MS/MS测定方法,研究大鼠口服异绿原酸B后的血浆药代动力学特征。血浆样品中加入内标白藜芦醇后经甲醇沉淀蛋白。HPLC分离采用Zorbax SB-C,8 (3.5 μm, 2.1 mmxlOO mm)柱,流动相为含0.1%甲酸的甲醇-水,流速... 建立大鼠血浆中异绿原酸B的LC-MS/MS测定方法,研究大鼠口服异绿原酸B后的血浆药代动力学特征。血浆样品中加入内标白藜芦醇后经甲醇沉淀蛋白。HPLC分离采用Zorbax SB-C,8 (3.5 μm, 2.1 mmxlOO mm)柱,流动相为含0.1%甲酸的甲醇-水,流速为0.2 mL/min.质谱检测釆用电喷雾离子源,负离子选择反应监测(SRM)模式检测巾4515.3—352.9 (异绿原酸B)和必227.1→143.1(白藜芦醇,内标)。标准曲线在5-2500 ng/mL范围内线性良好(r^2= 0.9982),日内、日间精密度(RSD)小于12.46%,准确度在±5.80%范围内,血浆样品稳定性好。该方法己成功应用于大鼠血浆异绿原酸B的药代动力学研究。结果表明,在5-20 mg/kg剂量范围内,异绿原酸B在大鼠体内呈非线性的药代动力学特征。 展开更多

Effects of Shikonin on the Proliferation and Activation of T Lymphocytes

Objective: To investigate the effects of Chinese herbal monomer shikonin which has the function of cooling blood and detoxification on abnormally activated T lymphocyte and its related signal pathways and to elucidate the role of shikonin in the pathological state of psoriasis and its mechanism of treating psoriasis. Materials and Methods: Jurkat E6?1 T lymphocytes were activated with phorbol ester and ionomycin. The shikonin concentration of 0.5–2 μg/mL was applied to the cells, and the proliferation of T lymphocytes was detected by Cell Counting Kit?8 assay. Flow cytometry was used to measure CD69 expression on the cell membrane and intracellular free calcium ion concentration([Ca2+]i); enzyme?linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of interleukin(IL)?2, interferon?γ(IFN?γ), and(TNF?α) released by activated T lymphocytes; quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot were used to observe the expression of nuclear transcription factor m RNA and protein, respectively. Results: Different concentrations of shikonin could significantly inhibit cell proliferation, CD69 expression, and secretion of Th1 cytokines. In addition, shikonin could effectively reduce the [Ca2+]i and protein kinase C phosphorylation proteins. Besides that, shikonin could significantly reduce the nuclear transcription factor nuclear factor of activated T lymphocytes mRNA expression, downregulate c?Jun mRNA and protein expression, and inhibit NF?κB protein expression. All the above indicators show a certain dose–effect relationship. Conclusions: Shikonin can exert immune regulation by inhibiting the function of overactivated T lymphocytes. Hence, this study provides experimental basis for the mechanism and application prospect of shikonin in the treatment of psoriasis. 展开更多

目的比较输尿管软镜(FURS)下钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗10-20 mm肾下盏结石的主观和客观效果。方法回顾性分析2013年9月-2016年9月该院就诊的FURS下钬激光碎石和ESWL治疗10-20 mm肾下盏结石112例,对比两组再次治疗率... 目的比较输尿管软镜(FURS)下钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗10-20 mm肾下盏结石的主观和客观效果。方法回顾性分析2013年9月-2016年9月该院就诊的FURS下钬激光碎石和ESWL治疗10-20 mm肾下盏结石112例,对比两组再次治疗率、并发症发生率、结石清除率,以及患者主观评分。结果 FURS组结石清除率明显高于ESWL组(86.1%vs 61.8%,P〈0.05),ESWL组再次治疗率明显高于FURS组(44.7%vs 8.3%,P〈0.05),并发症发生率FURS组高于ESWL组(11.1%vs 7.9%),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。患者总体满意评分[(2.92±1.24)vs(2.07±1.35)分,P〈0.05]和排尿症状评分[(3.87±0.64)vs(2.23±0.73)分,P〈0.05],FURS组均高于ESWL组,另有更多的人愿意再次接受FURS的治疗(83.3%vs 55.3%,P〈0.05)。结论 FURS因为更高的结石清除率和较低的再次手术率优于ESWL,并且FURS能获得更高的患者满意度。 展开更多

目的探讨柴朴汤是否通过调控T细胞成熟相关蛋白(MAL)/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)/细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)通路对哮喘大鼠发挥治疗作用。方法健康SD大鼠40只,随机分为4组,哮喘组、柴朴汤组、使用柴朴汤+MAPK/ERK通路抑制剂(PD98059)(柴抑... 目的探讨柴朴汤是否通过调控T细胞成熟相关蛋白(MAL)/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)/细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)通路对哮喘大鼠发挥治疗作用。方法健康SD大鼠40只,随机分为4组,哮喘组、柴朴汤组、使用柴朴汤+MAPK/ERK通路抑制剂(PD98059)(柴抑组)、对照组,每组10只。按照文献复制哮喘大鼠模型,使用柴朴汤及PD98059进行干预,采用RT-PCR检测肺组织中MALmRNA的表达情况,免疫组织化学检测肺组织中MAL、p-ERK1/2、IL-4蛋白的表达。结果哮喘组MALmRNA和蛋白表达水平最低,p-ERK1/2及IL-4的蛋白表达水平最高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与哮喘组比较,柴朴汤组、柴抑组MALmRNA和蛋白表达水平增高,p-ERK1/2及IL-4蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.05)。但柴朴汤组和柴抑组MALmRNA和蛋白比较无差异(P>0.05),而柴抑组的p-ERK1/2及IL-4的蛋白表达低于柴朴汤组(P<0.05)。结论①MAL/MAPK/ERK通路参与了哮喘病理发展过程。②柴朴汤可通过上调MAL的表达,抑制MAPK/ERK通路,减少炎症反应,进而延缓哮喘病变。 展开更多

目的:比较应用微创玻璃体切割系统(25G/23G)经角巩膜缘切口或睫状体扁平部切口行先天性白内障切除术后并发症再手术的情况。方法:回顾性系列病例研究。选择2009 年3 月至2013 年12 月期间于复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院眼科就诊,并... 目的:比较应用微创玻璃体切割系统(25G/23G)经角巩膜缘切口或睫状体扁平部切口行先天性白内障切除术后并发症再手术的情况。方法:回顾性系列病例研究。选择2009 年3 月至2013 年12 月期间于复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院眼科就诊,并由同一手术医师完成经角巩膜缘切口或扁平部切口行先天性白内障切除术的患儿,1 岁以上患儿同时行一期人工晶状体(IOL)植入术,1 岁以下患儿在随访期内行二期IOL植入术。随访并记录术后并发症与再手术情况。使用Logistic回归分析不同因素对术后并发症发生率的影响;Fisher精确概率法用于计算不同手术入路对术后并发症发生率的影响。结果:共纳入先天性白内障患儿67例(99眼),随访4.4(0.9~8.3)年。发生需再次手术的术后并发症者11眼(15眼次),包括视轴区混浊5眼(5眼次)、IOL虹膜夹持3眼(4眼次)、IOL玻璃体腔脱位1眼(1眼次)、晶状体皮质残留2眼(2眼次)、瞳孔机化膜2眼(2眼次)与视网膜脱离1眼(1眼次)。首次手术年龄小于1岁(OR=17.9,P=0.009)、经角巩膜缘切口手术(OR=7.9,P=0.041)是先天性白内障术后发生需再次手术并发症的危险因素。经角巩膜缘切口与经扁平部切口2 种入路并发症类型的差异无统计学意义(P 〉 0.05)。结论:首次手术年龄小于1 岁或经角巩膜缘切口手术是先天性白内障术后发生需再次手术并发症的危险因素。不同手术入路的并发症类型无差异。 展开更多

In order to study the effects of seed soaking with Paclobutrazol( PP333) on the tillering and physiological characteristics of sugarcane seedlings,sugar cane variety ROC22 was used as experimental material. The effects of seed soaking with different concentrations of PP333 were studied. The tiller number and growth of sugarcane were surveyed at the 6-leaf stage,the physiological indicators such as chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,proline content and peroxidase activity were measured at the 2-leaf,4-leaf,and 6-leaf stages. The results showed that the seed soaking with PP333 can effectively improve the tillering of sugarcane seedlings. The suitable concentration for the tillering of sugarcane and the growth and development of sugarcane was of 50 mg/L; the seed soaking with PP333 significantly increased the chlorophyll,soluble protein,proline,and peroxidase activity of leaves of sugarcane seedlings; the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in leaves of sugarcane seedlings treated with 90 mg/L PP333 was the highest,and the proline content and peroxidase activity of sugarcane treated with 50 mg/L PP333 were the highest. 展开更多

Serving multiple cell-edge mobile terminals poses multifaceted challenges due to the increased transmission power and interferences, which could be overcome by relay communications. With the recent advancement of 5G technologies, non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) has been used at relay node to transmit multiple messages simultaneously to multiple cell-edge users. In this paper, a Collaborative NOMA Assisted Relaying(CNAR) system for 5G is proposed by enabling the collaboration of source-relay(S-R) and relay-destination(R-D) NOMA links. The relay node of the CNAR decodes the message for itself from S-R NOMA signal and transmits the remaining messages to the multiple cell-edge users in R-D link. A simplified-CNAR(S-CNAR) system is then developed to reduce the relay complexity. The outage probabilities for both systems are analyzed by considering outage behaviors in S-R and R-D links separately. To guarantee the data rate, the optimal power allocation among NOMA users is achieved by minimizing the outage probability. The ergodic sum capacity in high SNR regime is also approximated. Our mathematical analysis and simulation results show that CNAR system outperforms existing transmission strategies and S-CNAR reaches similar performance with much lower complexity. 展开更多

The research aimed to develop and validate an ion chromatography method for the simultaneous analysis of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ)from pumpkin. A new analytical method based on ion chromatography techniques was developed by the Cr(Ⅲ) pre-column derivatization and Cr(Ⅵ) post-column derivatization. The ion chromatography condition was optimized and the detection sensitivity was improved. Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) were determined by 365 and 530 nm,respectively. The temperature of water bath,the heating time for pre-column derivatization,and the flow rate of post-column derivative liquid were screened on the basis of single factor experiment,the effects of various factors were determined by the method of L16( 43) orthogonal experiment design. Considering the results of orthogonal experiments and the variation tendency of peak area under different factors,the optimum derivatization conditions were chose as follows: the flow rate of post-column derivative liquid is0. 5 m L/min,the temperature of water bath for pre-column derivatization is 100 ℃ and the heating time is 5 min. The conditions were optimized by means of orthogonal experiments under the p H of leacheate ranged from 6. 5 to 6. 8 and the I-concentration of 5 mmol/L. Under optimized derivatization conditions,the detection limits for Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) were 0. 17 and 0. 019 mg,respectively. And the average recoveries of Cr(Ⅲ) in pumpkin were in the range of 82%-85%. Results indicated that pumpkin does not contain Cr(Ⅵ) according to this ion chromatography method of simultaneously determination for Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ). 展开更多

In this study, two types of reinforcing steels (conventional low-carbon steel and a novel duplex alloy steel with Cr and Mo) were exposed to chloride-contaminated extract solutions (ordinary Portland cement (OPC) extract and alkali-activated slag (AAS) extract) to investigate their pitting corrosion resistance. The results confirm that the pitting corrosion resistance of the alloy steel is much higher than that of the low-carbon steel in both extract solutions with various NaCl concentrations. Moreover, for each type of steel, the AAS extract contributes to a higher pitting corrosion resistance compared with the OPC extract in the presence of chloride ions, likely because of the formation of flocculent precipitates on the steel surface. 展开更多

Rare earth doping has been widely applied in many functional nanomaterials with desirable properties and functions,which would have a significant effect on the growth process of the materials.However,the controlling strategy is limited into high concentration of lanthanide doping,which produces concentration quenching of the lanthanide ion luminescence with an increase in the Ln~(3+)concentration,resulting in lowering the fluorescence quantum yield of lanthanide ion.Herein,for the first time,we demonstrate simultaneous control of the structures and luminescence properties of BaCO_3nanocrystals via a small amount of Tb~(3+)doping strategy.In fact,Tb~(3+)would partially occupy Ba~(2+)sites,resulting in the changes to the structures of the BaCO_3nanocrystals,which is primarily determined by charge modulation,including the contributions from the surfaces of crystal nuclei and building blocks.These structurally modified nanocrystals exhibit tunable luminescence properties,thus emerging as potential candidates for photonic devices such as light-emitting diodes and color displays. 展开更多

The morphology effect of Zr-doped CeO2 was studied in terms of their activities in the selective oxidation of styrene to styrene oxide using tert-butyl hydroperoxide as the oxidant. In the present work, Zrdoped CeO2 nanorods exhibited the highest catalytic performance(yield of styrene oxide and TOF value)followed by nanoparticles and nanocubes. For the Zr-doped CeO2 nanorods, the apparent activation energy is 56.3 k J/mol, which is much lower than the values of catalysts supported on nanoparticles and nanocubes(73.3 and 93.4 k J/mol). The high resolution transmission electron microscopy results indicated that(100) and(110) crystal planes are predominantly exposed for Zr-doped CeO2 nanorods while(100)and(111) for nanocubes,(111) for nanoparticles. The remarkably increased catalytic activity of the Zrdoped CeO2 nanorods is mainly attributed to the higher percentage of Ce3+species and more oxygen vacancies, which are associated with their exposed(100) and(110) crystal planes. Furthermore, recycling studies proved that the heterogeneous Zr-doped CeO2 nanorods did not lose its initial high catalytic activity after five successive recycles. 展开更多

Therefore, vertebrae number in pigs is an economically important trait. To examine the genetic basis of this trait, we genotyped 578 F2 Large White ?Minzhu pigs using the Porcine SNP60K Bead Chip. A genome-wide association study(GWAS) identified 36 significant single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) on the chromosomes SSC1(294.28–300.32 Mb) and SSC7(102.22–109.39 Mb). A 6.04-Mb region that contained all 13 significant SNPs on SSC1 also contained the gene NR6A1, previously reported to influence the number of vertebrae in pigs. However, the reported putative casual mutation of NR6A1 c.748 C > T showed no genome-wide significant association with the trait, suggesting it was not a causal mutation in our population. The remaining 23 significant SNPs on SSC7 were concentrated in a 7.17-Mb region, which was within a quantitative trait locus interval for number of vertebrae. TMED10 was the closest gene to the most significant SNP and might be a candidate.Haplotype sharing and block analysis refined the QTL to an interval of about 3 Mb containing 29 candidate genes.Of these 29 genes, the previously reported possible casual mutation of VRTN g.19034 A > C was not found to be a causal mutation in our population. Exploration of these genes via additional genetic and functional studies in mammals revealed that TGFβ3 could be a good candidate on SSC7. A mutation of TGFβ3 c.1749 G > A was detected by GWAS and could be proposed as a candidate causal mutation, or as closely linked to a causal mutation, for the number of vertebrae in pigs. 展开更多

It integratesa guiding cognitive reappraisal strategy intothe HMM (Hidden Markov Model) emotionalinteractive model for empathizing between ro-bot and person. The emotion is considered as asource in the 3D space (Arousal, Valence, andStance). State transition and emotion intensitycan be quantitatively analyzed in the continu-ous space. This cognition-emotion interactivemodel have been verified by the expressionand behavior robot. Empathizing is the maindistinguishing feature of our work, and it isrealized by the emotional regulation whichoperated in a continuous 3D emotional spaceenabling a wide range of intermediate emo-tions. The experiment results provide evidencewith acceptability, accuracy, richness, fluency,interestingness, friendliness and exaggerationthat the robot with cognition and emotionalcontrol ability could be better accepted in thehuman-robot interaction (HRI). 展开更多
