With reaction temperature raised, CO2 conversion is increased continually, but CO and CH4 selectivity only fluctuate in a narrow range which is beneficial to the synthesis of C2+ hydrocarbons. Sodium 3,5-bis(hydroxyimino)-1-methyl-2,4,6-trioxocyclohexanide C7H5N2NaO5 (I) has been isolated as the only product of the reaction of nitrosation of methylphloroglucinol. The structure of the titled compound has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The hydrated C7H5N2NaO52.5H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a(?) 16.408(3);b(?) 12.446(3);c(?) 13.716(3);(o) 126.34(3). The planar organic anion exists in a triketo-dihydroxyimino form with the C–O and C–N distances from 1.220(2) to 1.271(2)?? and from 1.292(2) to 1.293?? respectively. In the IR spectrum of I, the sharp absorption band occurred at 1681 cm-1 due to C=O stretching indicating the strong H-interactions. The correlations of theoretical (DFT-B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ) and experimental UV-vis absorption spectra in neutral and alkaline ethanolic solutions showed the existence of hydroxyimino-nitroso tautomerism while ionization of I. 展开更多

A novel greener method to impregnate silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) into microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) by curry leaf (Murraya koenigii) extract mediated biological process is presented. The active reduction of silver ions by curry leaf extract was explored for the in situ impregnation AgNPs into MCC. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analyses of MCC coated with AgNPs showed the formation of silver particle sizes in the range of 10-25 nm and have a spherical shape. Further the, EDS analysis of MCC/Ag nanocomposite confirms the formation of Ag structure on microcrystalline cellulose. Solvent casting of poly(lactic-acid) was used to produce composite films containing silver impregnated MCC aiming for antimicrobial applications. 展开更多

Molecular Modeling, Docking and ADMET of Dimethylthiohydantoin Derivatives for Prostate Cancer Treatment 认领

Docking analysis of ... In silico technique was applied to screen potential of 16 compounds of 5,5-dimethylthiohydantoin derivatives as androgen antagonist. The 3D structure of the protein was obtained from PDB database. Docking analysis of the compounds was performed using hex docking. Molecular modeling analysis exhibits relatively low LUMO-HOMO energy gap of the studied molecules, indicating that it would be kinetically stable. None of the compounds violated Lipinski’s parameters, making them potentially promising agents for biological activities. The title compounds exhibited the lowest docking energy of protein-ligand complex. Finally, the results indicate that these compounds are potentially as an androgen antagonist, and expected to be effective in prostate cancer treatment. 展开更多

A New Schiff base ligand and its Pt (II) complex were synthesized. The ligand was prepared by condensation of 2-(4-isobutylphenyl)propanehydrazide with 2,3,4-trihydroxy benzaldehyde this novel ligand and its functional group was carefully designed and selected from well-known biological drugs. The structure of the ligand and its Pt-complex have been confirmed by spectroscopic data, i.e. elemental (CHN) analysis, FT-IR, electronic spectra, NMR spectra. The ligand and its Pt-complex were investigated for their in vitro anticancer potential using HeLa and PC3 cells. The Pt-complex showed a higher cytotoxic activity than the ligand towards Hela cells and PC3 cells. 展开更多

To enhance the electrochemical performances of LiMn2O4 at elevated temperature (55°C), we proposed a sol-gel method to synthesize LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 modified LiMn2O4. The physical and electrochemical performances of pristine and LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4-coated LiMn2O4 cathode materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical measurements, respectively. The results indicated that about 4-5 nm thick layer of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 was formed on the surface of the LiMn2O4 powders. The modified LiMn2O4 exhibited excellent storage performance at 55&degC compared to the pristine one, which was attributed to the suppression of electrolyte decomposition and the reduction of Mn dissolution. 展开更多

Preparation of conductive cotton fabrics, by polymerization of pyrrole in presence of FeCl3 as an oxidizing agent and tetraethylammonium p-toluene sulfonat (TEAp-TS) as a doping agent which in turn caused a reduction in the moisture regain of the substrate, resulted in production conductive cotton fabrics in laboratory scale. Factors affecting the properties of the fabrics were studied, such as ratio between FeCl3 and TEAp-TS and pyrrole concentration. Polypyrrole coated cotton fabrics were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. Resistivity, weight gain, color strength, tensile strength and elongation of the coated fabric with polypyrrol were monitored according to ASTM procedures. The results had shown that, the conductivity, weight gain, color strength, tensile strength and elongation increase by increasing FeCl3, TEAp-TS and pyrrole concentration. This is due to the increase of amount of the conductive polymer on the fabric surface. FeCl3 (0.25 M/L), TEAp-TS (0.125 M/L), pyrrole (0.3 M/L), temperature (25°C) and time (4 h) represented the most appropriate formulation for effecting polymerizing of pyrrole and anchoring on cotton fabrics. 展开更多

Sodium potassium niobate (KNN) (K0.5Na0.5NbO3) nanopowder with a mean particle size of about 20 - 30 nm was synthesized by wet chemical route using Nb2O5 as Nb source. A solution of K, Na and Nb cations was prepared, which resulted in a clear gel after the thermal treatment. Phase analysis, microstructure and morphology of the powder were determined by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM). The obtained gel was first analyzed by Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and then calcined at different temperatures of 400℃, 500℃, 600℃ and 700℃. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) patterns of the synthesized samples confirmed the formation of the orthorhombic crystal phase of K0.5Na0.5NbO3 at 500?C, a temperature significantly lower than that typically used in the conventional mixed oxide route. The process developed in this work is convenient to realize the mass production of KNN nanopowders at low cost and suitable for various industrial applications. 展开更多

The surface-modified zinc phosphate (Zn3(PO4)2) nanocrystals were synthesized by a facile and efficient one-step ultrasonic-template-microwave (UTM) assisted route. The crystal structure, optical properties and morphologies of zinc phosphate nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope. And the TEM image showed that the product had good dispersion with a particle size of 30 – 35 nm. The anti-corrosion function of anti-corrosive paint using zinc phosphate nanocrystals was researched and the experiment result showed that the salt atmosphere–resistant time was 158 h longer than that of zinc phosphate bulk materials on market. The performance of zinc phosphate nanocrystals with modified surface synthesized by one-step UTM assisted route was improved 63.2% compared with the bulk materials. 展开更多
