Cache-Enabled in Cooperative Cognitive Radio Networks for Transmission Performance

The proliferation of mobile devices that support the acceleration of data services(especially smartphones)has resulted in a dramatic increase in mobile traffic. Mobile data also increased exponentially, already exceeding the throughput of the backhaul. To improve spectrum utilization and increase mobile network traffic, in combination with content caching, we study the cooperation between primary and secondary networks via content caching. We consider that the secondary base station assists the primary user by pre-caching some popular primary contents.Thus, the secondary base station can obtain more licensed bandwidth to serve its own user. We mainly focus on the time delay from the backhaul link to the secondary base station. First, in terms of the content caching and the transmission strategies, we provide a cooperation scheme to maximize the secondary user’s effective data transmission rates under the constraint of the primary users target rate. Then, we investigate the impact of the caching allocation and prove that the formulated problem is a concave problem with regard to the caching capacity allocation for any given power allocation. Furthermore, we obtain the joint caching and power allocation by an effective bisection search algorithm. Finally, our results show that the content caching cooperation scheme can achieve significant performance gain for the primary and secondary systems over the traditional two-hop relay cooperation without caching. 展开更多

This paper investigates subcarrier and power allocation in a multi-UAV OFDM system.The study considers a practical scenario,where certain subcarriers are unavailable for dynamic subcarrier allocation,on account of pre-allocation for burst transmissions.We first propose a novel iterative algorithm to jointly optimize subcarrier and power allocation,so as to maximize the sum rate of the uplink transmission in the multi-UAV OFDM system.The key idea behind our solution is converting the nontrivial allocation problem into a weighted mean square error(MSE)problem.By this means,the allocation problem can be solved by the alternating optimization method.Besides,aiming at a lower-complexity solution,we propose a heuristic allocation scheme,where subcarrier allocation and transmit power allocation are separately optimized.In the heuristic scheme,closedform solution can be obtained for power allocation.Simulation results demonstrate that in the presence of stretched subcarrier resource,the proposed iterative joint optimization algorithm can significantly outperform the heuristic scheme,offering a higher sum rate. 展开更多

In today’s society, the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence are being integrated and the mechanisms of resource allocations are also evolving, mainly because of the changes in background factors, means, and processes that influence resource allocation. To analyze and study this evolution, we need to combine resource allocation, industrial organization, and industrial regulation theories to determine the driving and restricting factors new technologies bring to business-to-business and business-to-consumer interactions and how the combination of internet, big data and AI will impact productivity and pricing. We must also analyze the differences between today’s supply-demand and pricing processes and those of the industrial age to discover whether there are special resource allocation mechanisms in this era and how to summarize them theoretically. This paper reviews the evolved resource allocation mechanisms at the present stage of the integration of the Internet, big data and AI based on resource allocation theories from classical Marxian, neoclassical, and modern western economics. 展开更多

To reduce the scale of the problem, the formation progress is divided into three phases. For the task clustering phase, the geographical position of tasks is taken into consideration and a cluster method is proposed. For the UAV allocation phase, the UAV requirement for both constrained and unconstrained resources is introduced, and a multi-objective optimal algorithm is proposed to solve the allocation problem. For the MAV allocation phase, the optimal model is firstly constructed and it is decomposed according to the ideal of greed to reduce the time complexity of the algorithm. Based on the above phases, the MAV/UAV task coalition formation method is proposed and the effectiveness and practicability are demonstrated by simulation examples. 展开更多

目的:探讨贵州省卫生人力资源配置的公平性,为卫生行政部门决策提供依据。方法:采用基尼系数和泰尔指数分析贵州省卫生人力资源配置的公平性。结果:贵阳市每千人口和每平方千米的卫生资源除了乡村医生和卫生员外,其余指标明显高于其他市... 目的:探讨贵州省卫生人力资源配置的公平性,为卫生行政部门决策提供依据。方法:采用基尼系数和泰尔指数分析贵州省卫生人力资源配置的公平性。结果:贵阳市每千人口和每平方千米的卫生资源除了乡村医生和卫生员外,其余指标明显高于其他市(州)。2011-2016年各类卫生资源按人口配置的基尼系数处于0.3以下,为相对平均(或高度平均);按地理配置的基尼系数均在0.4以下,配置相对合理(或相对平均);6年期间卫生资源的基尼系数基本处于下降趋势。卫生人力资源的泰尔指数在0.010-0.047之间,卫生人力资源的不公平性主要来自于区域间。结论:贵州省卫生资源总体缺口明显,应继续加大投入,引进卫生人才。卫生资源按人口配置的公平性优于按地理分布的公平性,基尼系数基本处于下降趋势;区域间的差异是卫生人力资源不公平的主要原因,应对少数民族地区进行倾斜,逐渐缩小地区间的差距。 展开更多

Considering the interaction between the berth and the yard,this paper studies the collaborative optimization problem of berth allocation and yard storage from the point of the ships over a certain planning period.This collaborative optimization problem is formulated as the integer programming,which aims at minimizing the total truck travel distance.And decision variables are the berthing positions for visiting ships and the storage positions for export containers.Meanwhile,this paper demonstrates the complexity of the problem in theory.And the hybrid tabu genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem to obtain the optimal berth allocation position and export container storage position.For this algorithm,the rule is applied to generate the initial feasible solutions,and the crossover and mutation operation are simultaneously applied to optimize the initial solutions.Finally,this paper discusses two different scenes:the same berth scene and the same ship scene.The influence of two different scenes on truck travel distance is analyzed by different numerical examples.Numerical examples’results show that the collaborative optimization of berth allocation and yard storage can effectively shorten the truck travel distance and improve the efficiency of terminal operation,which provides the decision support for terminal operators. 展开更多

The spectral efficiency(SE)and energy efficiency(EE)tradeoff while ensuring rate fairness among users in non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)systems is investigated.In order to characterize the SE-EE tradeoff with rate fairness,a multi-objective optimization(MOO)problem is first formulated,where the rate fairness is represented with theα-fair utility function.Then,the MOO problem is converted into a single-objective optimization(SOO)problem by the weighted sum method.To solve the converted non-convex SOO problem,we apply sequential convex programming,which helps to propose a general power allocation algorithm to realize the SE-EE tradeoff with rate fairness.We prove the convergence of the proposed algorithm and the convergent solution satisfies the KKT conditions.Simulation results demonstrate the proposed power allocation algorithm can achieve various levels of rate fairness,and higher fairness results in degraded performance of SE-EE tradeoff.A pivotal conclusion is reached that NOMA systems significantly outperform orthogonal multiple access systems in terms of SE-EE tradeoff with the same level of rate fairness. 展开更多

公平视角下中国地区碳排放权分配研究

在国际碳博弈中,碳排放权的主流分配原则有10余种之多,应用不同分配原则的分配结果差别迥异,地区对不同原则的偏好或排斥也较为悬殊。为寻求分配协商共识,要求必须建立以公平为基础的分配方案。本文首先基于2017年全球碳浓度变化测算出... 在国际碳博弈中,碳排放权的主流分配原则有10余种之多,应用不同分配原则的分配结果差别迥异,地区对不同原则的偏好或排斥也较为悬殊。为寻求分配协商共识,要求必须建立以公平为基础的分配方案。本文首先基于2017年全球碳浓度变化测算出全球排放空间和中国的排放总额,进而利用等人均、等产出、等空间、历史排放以及地区碳汇5个单一原则实现从全国总额到地方配额的分配。根据单一原则下各地区的分配数据计算各原则对应的相对剥夺系数,并以相对剥夺系数为基础的公平感受评价构建权重,最终形成多原则综合加权的分配方案。通过对2017年为例的碳排放权分配研究,得出如下结论:①基于单一原则的配额分配结果表明,历史排放原则是最有利于中国排放权配额获取以及最能体现地区分配公平的原则。②五大原则的综合加权分配结果表明,获得配额最大的3个地区分别为:山东、江苏、广东;获得配额最小的3个地区分别为:海南、宁夏、甘肃。各省配额汇总的全国碳排放权总额为603464.5万t,与当前实际排放存在数200000万~300000万t的差距之差,与中国国际减排责任分担较为一致。③基于个体感受公平的加权分配方案具有良好的操作性、稳健性和兼容性。为切实推动全国碳排放权分配工作实施开展及更好的实现地区生态资源配置公平,主要建议如下:碳排放权配额分配要求科学合理的制定全国分配总额,使地区和企业形成稳定的配额预期;有效设计分配原则方案,兼顾公平性和可操作性,地区减排责任分担不搞"一刀切"。 展开更多

Through integrating advanced communication and data processing technologies into smart vehicles and roadside infrastructures,the Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)has evolved as a promising paradigm for improving safety,efficiency of the transportation system.However,the strict delay requirement of the safety-related applications is still a great challenge for the ITS,especially in dense traffic environment.In this paper,we introduce the metric called Perception-Reaction Time(PRT),which reflects the time consumption of safety-related applications and is closely related to road efficiency and security.With the integration of the incorporating information-centric networking technology and the fog virtualization approach,we propose a novel fog resource scheduling mechanism to minimize the PRT.Furthermore,we adopt a deep reinforcement learning approach to design an on-line optimal resource allocation scheme.Numerical results demonstrate that our proposed schemes is able to reduce about 70%of the RPT compared with the traditional approach. 展开更多

Based on the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS),the optimal allocation model of water resources in sewage irrigation areas was established,which provided new ideas and application value for the rational utilization of agricultural production and waste water resources.The results demonstrated that the difference of crop energy capture mainly depended on the development stage.Waste water with a certain concentration was able to promote crop growth,while excessive concentration inhibited crop growth.The correlation between water absorption rate and leaf area index was close(R=0.9498,p<0.01).The amount of bad seeds increased at a speed of 34.7·d^-1,when system irrigated randomly in the seedling stage,while it tended to remain stable at a speed of 0.3·d^-1 after plants entering the mature stage which impacted the total yields of crops. 展开更多

针对自然-社会水循环系统特点以及水资源管理实践需求,建立一种断面流量过程、断面特征频率径流总量、区域水资源配置总量多指标模型校验方法,并以甘肃省庆阳市为例开展WAS模型(Water Allocation and Simu?lation Model)构建与应用。模... 针对自然-社会水循环系统特点以及水资源管理实践需求,建立一种断面流量过程、断面特征频率径流总量、区域水资源配置总量多指标模型校验方法,并以甘肃省庆阳市为例开展WAS模型(Water Allocation and Simu?lation Model)构建与应用。模型在雨落坪站水文断面调参期(1967—1985年)年径流模拟的相关系数R2为0.89,Nash系数为0.79,校验期(1986—2000年)年径流模拟的相关系数R2为0.88,Nash系数为0.76;区域多年平均水资源总量模拟与实测误差为4.1%,25%、50%、75%和90%频率年误差分别为5.0%、1.1%、5.9%和4.2%;全市水资源配置总量误差为0.35%。在此基础上,提出庆阳市各水资源分区和行政分区的水资源配置方案以及全市自然-人工水资源循环转化图;分析表明,WAS模型在描述自然-社会水循环系统动态反馈方面具有一定优势,模型可以支撑水资源精细化评价和管理需求。 展开更多

In this paper,we propose cooperative relay networks with non-orthogonal multiple access in order to design a near-optimal power allocation strategy.Like other next generation wireless technologies,spatially multiplexed transmissions are achieved by relay nodes which enables decode-and-forward relaying of a new superposition code after reception from the source.It is worth noting that,since it is hard to exactly prove the proposed PA scheme,due the fact that it is one kind of the approximate conjectures.Therefore,mathematical and numerical methods have been used to clarify the feasibility of the proposal.Numerical results indicate that it is able to asymptotically achieve the optimal sum rate at the higher signal-to-noise ratio region with the proposed strategy applied instead of negligible performance loss. 展开更多

This paper makes an investigation of a secure unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-aided communication network based on directional modulation(DM). In this network, ground base station(GBS) acts as a control center to transmit confidential message and artificial noise(AN). The UAV user, moving along a linear flight trajectory, is intended to receive the useful information from GBS. At the same time, it also sends AN signals to further interference eavesdropper’s channel. Aiming at maximizing secrecy rate during the UAV flight process, a joint optimization problem is formulated with respect to power allocation(PA)factors, beamforming vector and AN projection matrices. For simplicity, maximum rate transmission, nullspace projection and the leakage-based method are applied to form the transmit beamforming vector, AN projection matrix at GBS, and AN projection vector at UAV user, respectively. Following this, the optimization problem reduces to a bivariate optimization programme with two PA factors. An alternating iterative algorithm(AIA) is proposed to optimize the two PA factors. 目的探究2012-2016年中国专业公共卫生机构卫生资源配置的公平性,为合理配置专业公共卫生机构卫生资源提供参考依据。方法采用基尼系数和泰尔指数对2012-2016年我国专业公共卫生机构卫生资源配置的公平性进行分析评价。结果2012-2016年... 目的探究2012-2016年中国专业公共卫生机构卫生资源配置的公平性,为合理配置专业公共卫生机构卫生资源提供参考依据。方法采用基尼系数和泰尔指数对2012-2016年我国专业公共卫生机构卫生资源配置的公平性进行分析评价。结果2012-2016年中国专业公共卫生机构数、床位数、执业(助理)医师、注册护士资源的年均增长率分别为15.36%、1.20%、0.98%、3.19%,医护比大致呈逐年上升的趋势,按人口分布的基尼系数在0.0928~0.3869之间,公平性较好;按地理分布的基尼系数在0.5314~0.6836之间,公平性较差。公共卫生资源配置的总体泰尔指数在0.0078~0.0588之间,区域内的泰尔指数大于区域间,尤其以东部地区最为不公平。结论中国专业公共卫生机构在数量、配置公平性上仍存在不足;仍需不断提高公共卫生资源的数量,尤其是解决护士资源配备不足的问题。政府在制定卫生规划时,应重点加大对西部公共卫生资源的投入,同时在优化东、中、西部区域间公共卫生资源配置时,也要注重区域内部公平性的改善,特别是东部地区。 展开更多
