In this paper,we report on the identification and modeling of unknown and higher order processes into first order plus dead time(FOPDT)plants based on the limit cycle information obtained from a single relay feedback test with an online fractional order proportional integral(FOPI)controller.The parameters of the test processes are accurately determined by the state space method while the FOPI controller settings are re-tuned to achieve enhanced performance based on the identified model parameters based on the balancedtuning method.A new performance index,integral time fractional order absolute error(ITFIAE)is introduced in this paper for balanced tuning of fractional order(FO)controllers.It requires minimum design specifications without a-priori knowledge of gain and phase crossover frequencies and is done non-iteratively without disrupting the closed loop.Four test processes and experimental analysis on a coupled tank system(CTS)validate the theory proposed. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel adaptive sliding mode control(SMC) method for synchronization of non-identical fractional-order(FO) chaotic and hyper-chaotic systems. Under the existence of system uncertainties and external disturbances,finite-time synchronization between two FO chaotic and hyperchaotic systems is achieved by introducing a novel adaptive sliding mode controller(ASMC). Here in this paper, a fractional sliding surface is proposed. A stability criterion for FO nonlinear dynamic systems is introduced. Sufficient conditions to guarantee stable synchronization are given in the sense of the Lyapunov stability theorem. To tackle the uncertainties and external disturbances, appropriate adaptation laws are introduced. Particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used for estimating the controller parameters. Finally, finite-time synchronization of the FO chaotic and hyper-chaotic systems is applied to secure communication. 展开更多

This paper addresses the obstacle avoidance problem of formation control for the multi-agent systems modeled by double integrator dynamics under a directed interconnection topology. The control task is finished by a leader-follower formation scheme combined with an artificial potential field(APF) method.The leader-follower scheme is carried out by taking the desired trajectory with the desired velocity as virtual leader, while the APF method is carried out by dealing with the obstacles as the high potential points. When the obstacle avoidance tasks are finished, the artificial potential forces degrade the formation performance, so their undesired effects are treated as disturbances, which is analyzed by the robust H∞performance. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it is proved that the proposed formation approach can realize the control objective. The result is also extended to the switching multi-agent formation. The effectiveness of the proposed formation scheme is further confirmed by simulation studies. 展开更多

Active splitting control utilizes real-time decision and system-level splitting to prevent cascading blackouts and to maintain power supply under severe disturbances. Splitting strategy searching(SSS) is one of the most crucial issues in active splitting control for deciding‘‘where to split’’. SSS determines the splitting surface in real time to properly divide the asynchronous generators into isolated islands with an optimal control effect. In this paper, an SSS approach that focuses on island stability is presented. The proposed SSS approach is designed to ensure a rational stability margin and regulation ability on each island during and after the transient process of system splitting. This method includes the active/reactive power flow feasibility constraints and voltage/angle stability constraints in the steady state as well as the frequencyresponse capability constraints in the transient process. By considering the island stability constraints in the SSS, the proposed approach can avoid the splitting strategies with poor stability performance. Therefore, the major advantage of the proposed approach is that it can ensure better island static and transient stability during and after the splitting control. In addition, the entire model is formulated as a mixed-integer second-order cone programming(MISOCP)model. Thus, it can be rapidly solved by using commercial optimization solvers. Numerical simulations of a realistic provincial power system in central China demonstrate thevalidity of the proposed approach and the necessity of considering the island stability issues. 展开更多

水资源调控是各行政区、各行业之间有效公平分配水资源的重要途径。本文针对克拉玛依市不太合理的用水结构,以克拉玛依市为研究对象,运用多维临界调控技术对克拉玛依市水资源进行行业间配置。研究结果表明:采取污水资源化和增加外流域... 水资源调控是各行政区、各行业之间有效公平分配水资源的重要途径。本文针对克拉玛依市不太合理的用水结构,以克拉玛依市为研究对象,运用多维临界调控技术对克拉玛依市水资源进行行业间配置。研究结果表明:采取污水资源化和增加外流域调水相结合的措施,可使2020年和2030年的缺水量分别降低至2562.64×10^4m^3和2550.38×10^4m^3,且缺水量较初始方案分别减少21065.72×10^4m^3和27002.42×10^4m^3;各子系统的有序度经多次调控趋于稳定,2020年和2030年克拉玛依市水资源系统熵逐渐降低并稳定于0.0076和0.0072,说明水资源各子系统之间的协调程度最优,水资源系统向有序协调的方向发展。研究成果对解决克拉玛依市水资源供需矛盾、促进水资源的可持续发展具有重要意义。 展开更多

This work studies the leader-following consensus problem of second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems with aperiodically intermittent position measurements. Through the filter-based method, a novel intermittent consensus protocol without velocity measurements is designed for each follower exclusively based on the relative position measurements of neighboring agents. Under the common assumption that only relative position measurements between the neighboring agents are intermittently used, some consensus conditions are derived for second-order leader-following multi-agent systems with inherent delayed nonlinear dynamics. Moreover, for multi-agent systems without inherent delayed nonlinear dynamics, some simpler consensus conditions are presented. Finally, some simulation examples are presented to verify and illustrate the theoretical results. 展开更多

In this paper, the auto-tuning of a fractional order proportional and integral(FOPI) controller is proposed and experimentally validated for two-input two-output(TITO) processes. The proposed method first identifies an unknown TITO plant into fractional order TITO model with time delay. Furthermore, decoupling the TITO process into two fractional order single-input single-output(SISO) transfer function models makes it easier for designing the decentralized FOPI controllers. The proposed control method is a generalization of both integer order and fractional order TITO systems depending on the value of the order of the model. One advantage of this method is the non-requirement of a-priori information of gain and phase crossover frequencies of the system while tuning the controllers. The proposed algorithm is validated both by simulation of a class of TITO process models as well as by experimental analysis of a coupled tank system(CTS). 展开更多

In this paper,a simplest fractional-order hyperchaotic(SFOH)system is obtained when the fractional calculus is applied to the piecewise-linear hyperchaotic system,which possesses seven terms without any quadratic or higher-order polynomials.The numerical solution of the SFOH system is investigated based on the Adomian decomposition method(ADM).The methods of segmentation and replacement function are proposed to solve this system and analyze the dynamics.Dynamics of this system are demonstrated by means of phase portraits,bifurcation diagrams,Lyapunov exponent spectrum(LEs)and Poincarésection.The results show that the system has a wide chaotic range with order change,and large Lyapunov exponent when the order is very small,which indicates that the system has a good application prospect.Besides,the parameter a is a partial amplitude controller for the SFOH system.Finally,the system is successfully implemented by digital signal processor(DSP).It lays a foundation for the application of the SFOH system. 展开更多

An Inner Product Encryption Scheme Based on Dual Systems

The inner product encryption scheme can achieve fine-grained access control on ciphertext. For the problem that the existing inner product encryption scheme has poor security and low decryption efficiency, this paper proposes an inner product encryption scheme with adaptive security based on the dual system encryption method. The scheme is based on bilinear mapping on prime order groups. In the secret key generation algorithm of the scheme, we propose a sharing technique of random vectors and generate a secret key for each component of the attribute vector. And an encryption algorithm with a constant size ciphertext is designed. Under the k-Lin assumption, the method of the experimental sequence is used to prove that the scheme is adaptively secure. The decryption algorithm of the scheme requires only six bilinear pairs. Compared with the existing schemes, the decryption efficiency has been greatly improved. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of bifurcation control approaches for a fractional-order delayed predator-prey system.The state feedback schemes with and without time delay are dexterously designed during the bifurcation control for the proposed system,and the comparative study is elaborately performed on bifurcation control theoretically.The salient feature of the current paper is that the analysis of time of bifurcation control for the proposed system is investigated based on various state feedback control strategies.Analysis reveals that the feedback control approach without time delay overly outmatches the one with time delay for bifurcation control in the considered systems so long as the uniform feedback gain is selected.It consumes less time to control bifurcation while utilizing the first controller in comparison with the second one.Numerical examples are ultimately employed to confirm the correctness of the theoretical results. 展开更多

阿查亚所著的《美国世界秩序的终结》一书,引发了笔者不少思考。他认为,美国的自由主义秩序不是一个世界秩序而是国际秩序;美国已经衰落,进而是美国自由主义秩序的终结,代之而起的不是多极化,也不是新兴大国塑造的秩序,而是一个"复合... 阿查亚所著的《美国世界秩序的终结》一书,引发了笔者不少思考。他认为,美国的自由主义秩序不是一个世界秩序而是国际秩序;美国已经衰落,进而是美国自由主义秩序的终结,代之而起的不是多极化,也不是新兴大国塑造的秩序,而是一个"复合的世界"。客观地说,阿查亚这本书并不是一部具有严密逻辑性的理论著作,只是提出了一些观点,并没有进行学理性的论证。也正因为如此,给读者留下了不少思考的空间。虽然有的观点笔者并不赞同,但接受"复合的世界"这个概念,不赞同"复合的世界"是美国秩序的替代物,也不赞同有一个所谓的"美国的自由主义秩序"。一方面,根据雅尔塔体系建立起来的世界秩序迄今为止乃至未来相当长一段时期内都依然是规约世界秩序的基本架构;另一方面,美国在"复合的世界"中仍然是非常重要的力量。因此,"复合的世界"彰显的并非是一个替代"美国自由主义秩序"一种新的秩序,而是一个早就存在的一个多层次的全球治理的现实和未来趋势。 展开更多

This paper addresses the problem on sensor fault estimation and fault-tolerant control for a class of Takagi-Sugeno Markovian jump systems,which are subjected to sensor faults and partially unknown transition rates.First,the original plant is extended to a descriptor system,where the original states and the sensor faults are assembled into the new state vector.Then,a novel reduced- order observer is designed for the extended system to simultaneously estimate the immeasurable states and sensor faults.Second,by using the estimated states obtained from the designed observer,a state- feedback fault-tolerant control strategy is developed to make the resulting closed-loop control system stochastically stable.Based on linear matrix inequality technique,algorithms are presented to compute the observer gains and control gains.The effectiveness of the proposed observer and controller are validated by a numerical example and a compared study,respectively,and the simulation results reveal that the proposed method can successfully estimate the sensor faults and guarantee the stochastic stability of the resulting closed-loop system. 展开更多
