Linguistic single-valued neutrosophic set(LSVNS)is a more reliable tool,which is designed to handle the uncertainties of the situations involving the qualitative data.In the present manuscript,we introduce some power aggregation operators(AOs)for the LSVNSs,whose purpose is to diminish the influence of inevitable arguments about the decision-making process.For it,first we develop some averaging power operators,namely,linguistic single-valued neutrosophic(LSVN)power averaging,weighted average,ordered weighted average,and hybrid averaging AOs along with their desirable properties.Further,we extend it to the geometric power AOs for LSVNSs.Based on the proposed work;an approach to solve the group decision-making problems is given along with the numerical example.Finally,a comparative study and the validity tests are present to discuss the reliability of the proposed operators. 展开更多

基于2013~2018年淘宝村数据,从全国层面分析淘宝村发展状况、集聚特征,对淘宝村的影响因素进行探究。结果表明:①淘宝村在东部地区扩张迅速,中西部和东北地区规模小且发展速度慢。淘宝村在扩张的同时,也开始产生局部淘汰现象。研究期内... 基于2013~2018年淘宝村数据,从全国层面分析淘宝村发展状况、集聚特征,对淘宝村的影响因素进行探究。结果表明:①淘宝村在东部地区扩张迅速,中西部和东北地区规模小且发展速度慢。淘宝村在扩张的同时,也开始产生局部淘汰现象。研究期内淘宝村分布的重心和方向发生较大偏移,2015年后淘宝村重心和方向均趋于稳定。②2015年以前淘宝村分布存在随机性,之后呈现集聚特征,并先后形成了长三角和珠三角2个H-H(高-高)集聚区,淘宝村的高速增长区出现区域固定的倾向。③淘宝村空间分布是多种因素综合作用的结果,集聚效应、政府政策、信息通信和人口等是主要的影响因素,GDP与淘宝村发展为负向关系,道路与淘宝村关系不稳健。 展开更多

Super high molecular weight copolymers of AM/NaA/AMPS were prepared by oxidation–reduction[OR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS)]and controlled radical polymerization[CR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS)].The resulting copolymers were fully characterized,and the reaction conditions for their preparation were optimized.OR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS),CR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS),and conventional partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)in brine solution were comprehensively characterized by thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,and dynamic light scattering.ORP(AM/NaA/AMPS)and CR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS)containing AMPS monomer showed better salt resistance,temperature tolerance,and viscosification property than the conventional HPAM polymer,making them more promising for enhanced oil recovery.Through comprehensive comparison and analysis,it was found that OR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS)was more conducive for high-temperature condition due to the existence of xanthone in OR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS).On the other hand,CR-P(AM/NaA/AMPS)was more suitable for high-mineral atmosphere,which could be attributed to its higher intrinsic viscosity. 展开更多

Multicolor emissive carbon dots(M-CDs)have tremendous potential applications in manifold fields of bioimaging,biomedicine and light-emitting devices.Until now,it is still difficult to produce fluorescence tunable CDs with high quantum yield across the entire visible spectra.In this work,a type of M-CDs with concentration-tunable fluorescence and solvent-affected aggregation states was synthesized by solvothermal treatment of citric acid(CA)and 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(PAN)and the formation mechanism was monitored by different reaction time and raw material ratio.The fluorescence spectra of M-CDs in organic solvents can range from 350 to 750 nm by adjusting the concentration.M-CDs possess different aggregation states in water and organic solvents,accompanied by different fluorescence emission,which is attributed to the different surface states of various component CDs in M-CDs.Moreover,the obtained products can be uniformly dispersed into polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)solutions as well as epoxy resins to fabricate transparent CDs/PMMA films and CDs/epoxy composites,which can effectively prevent the aggregation and produce multicolor and white light-emitting diodes(WLED).In addition,the prepared WLED with Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage(CIE)of(0.29,0.31)by using M-CDs/epoxy resin as packages,demonstrating the M-CDs exhibit potential applications for light-emitting devices. 展开更多

Spatial distribution is fundamental for understanding species coexistence mechanisms in forest communities.Here we comprehensively explored fine-scale spatial patterns of tree species in a secondary warm-temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest community in north China.Aggregated distribution patterns were predominant.Species functional traits had no significant effects on their spatial patterns.The aggregation intensity decreased with increasing DBH and abundance.The multivariate linear stepwise regression showed that abundance and maximum DBH were correlated with the aggregation intensity.Our results partially confirm that species attributes(abundance,DBH)and habitat heterogeneity may primarily contribute to spatial patterns and species coexistence in this secondary forest. 展开更多

目的:探索针对易发生聚集的重组HBcAg病毒样颗粒(VLP)的有效纯化方案。方法:培养的大肠杆菌经IPTG诱导重组HBcAg蛋白的表达,菌体超声破碎后的离心沉淀用含有不同浓度尿素的PBS缓冲液重悬溶解,经密度梯度离心并结合电镜观察对VLPs行为进... 目的:探索针对易发生聚集的重组HBcAg病毒样颗粒(VLP)的有效纯化方案。方法:培养的大肠杆菌经IPTG诱导重组HBcAg蛋白的表达,菌体超声破碎后的离心沉淀用含有不同浓度尿素的PBS缓冲液重悬溶解,经密度梯度离心并结合电镜观察对VLPs行为进行分析鉴定。以Sepharose 4 FF凝胶过滤层析在选定的尿素条件下纯化沉淀溶解液,纯化获得的目的蛋白进一步在含30%山梨醇的PBS中脱盐去除尿素。整个过程以SDS-PAGE及电镜进行各步骤样品中目的蛋白的分析。结果:含有1mol/L尿素的PBS缓冲溶液重悬超声沉淀,可有效溶解聚集的VLPs,在蔗糖密度梯度离心中显示典型HBcAg VLPs的行为,且电镜观察颗粒形态结构完整。经1mol/L尿素下凝胶过滤,VLPs进一步获得纯化。在脱尿素过程中流动相采用含30%山梨醇的PBS,有效避免了VLPs在尿素去除后重新聚集。结论:尿素与山梨醇的联合应用,为具有聚集现象的VLPs纯化制备提供了一种有效解决方案。 展开更多

Parkinson's disease(PD)was first formally described by James Parkinson in 1817,but the shaking of limbs was described in the literature of several ancient civilizations,such as ancient Chinese civilization and ancient Indian civilization.Historically,botanical drugs were used as the main source for the treatment of such kind of disorders.In Western countries,plant extracts also occupied an important place in the earlier medications of PD.With the adventure of synthetic drugs,the role of plant-derived drugs in management of PD has been diminished.Nowadays,there is still no cure for PD,dopaminergic(DA)medication is the treatment of choice,which is just designed to ameliorate symptoms of PD,and long-term use of DA medication will result in reduced efficacy and severe adverse reactions.It is necessary to explore new methods for the treatment of PD.Chinese medicine(CM)developed a holistic and unique theoretical system,and botanical drugs are widely used in practice for more than two millennia.Modern pharmacological studies have proved that Chinese herbs have potential therapeutic effects on PD,such as enhancing neurotrophic activity,clearing protein aggregates,regulating neuroinflammation,etc.All the advances provide us with hope for developing CM as a mainstream medication for treating PD. 展开更多

These applications can further include wireless sensor networks. One of the critical problems in sensor-equipped IoT networks is to design energy efficient data aggregation algorithms that address the issues of maximum value and distinct set query. In this paper, we propose an algorithm based on uniform sampling and Bernoulli sampling to address these issues. We have provided logical proofs to show that the proposed algorithms return accurate results with a given probability. Simulation results show that these algorithms have high performance compared with a simple distributed algorithm in terms of energy consumption. 展开更多

Nitrate explosive is hard to detect due to lack of aromatic ring and weak interaction with fluorescence probe.More challenging is even to differentiate the dinitrates with multiple nitrate explosives based on photo induced electron transfer or aggregation caused fluorescence change mechanism.A highly selective dinitrate explosive probe was designed based on a new strategy-stepwise aggregation of multiple anchored fluorene dimer 8Py-2 F.Compared with its monomer counterpart 2Py-F,8Py-2 F showed a selective and stepwise fluorescence quenching to dinitrate explosives-ethylene glycol(EGDN)and triethylene glycol dinitrate(TEGDN).The limits of detection(LODs)are 2.72μM for TEGDN and 0.46μM for EGDN,which is three orders of magnitude lower than those of 2Py-F.The stepwise quenching process is well matched with the stepwise aggregation process as evidence by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and quantum chemical calculation proved the interaction force between the dinitrate and 8Py-2 F is hydron bonding interaction,and interaction distance is far less than that of the multiple nitrates coming from the flexibility of the chain and steric hinderance,which resulted in a self-adaptive interaction and higher selectivity.The new strategy is beneficial for the differentiation of the chemicals with similar energy level which is difficult to realize via other method,and the new method provides fluorometric probe for dinitrate explosive detection and makes it an ideal candidate for chemical detection and analysis in public safety and environmental monitoring. 展开更多

Recently,the application of Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)has been increasing rapidly.It requires privacy preserving data aggregation protocols to secure the data from compromises.Preserving privacy of the sensor data is a challenging task.This paper presents a non-linear regression-based data aggregation protocol for preserving privacy of the sensor data.The proposed protocol uses non-linear regression functions to represent the sensor data collected from the sensor nodes.Instead of sending the complete data to the cluster head,the sensor nodes only send the coefficients of the non-linear function.This will reduce the communication overhead of the network.The data aggregation is performed on the masked coefficients and the sink node is able to retrieve the approximated results over the aggregated data.The analysis of experiment results shows that the proposed protocol is able to minimize communication overhead,enhance data aggregation accuracy,and preserve data privacy. 展开更多

The selective identification and removal of senescent cells including senescent cancer cells are very important to prolong life and improve the treatment efficacy of cancer therapy.In this study,we integrated the high selectivity of enzyme-instructed selfassembly(EISA)and efficient reactive oxygen species(ROS)generating property of a novel luminogen with aggregationinduced emission(AIE)character to selectively identify and remove senescent He La(s-He La)cells.The s-He La cells expressed high levels ofβ-galactosidase(β-Gal),which led to the selective accumulation and formation of nanomaterials of Comp.1 in the cells.Upon white light irradiation,the nanomaterials efficiently produced ROS and therefore killed s-He La cells.Our study demonstrated a promising strategy to selectively remove senescent cells and improve the treatment efficacy of cancer therapy. 展开更多

The effects of shear strength on aggregation flotation processes for fine spodumene(particle size less than 19μm)were investigated in this study.Sodium oleate was used as a surfactant and collector.The shear strength was controlled by varying the agitation speed of a selfmade stirring apparatus.The aggregation process was studied by measuring the continuous transformations in the size distribution and shape of flocs.The results showed that as the shear strength increased,the distribution of fine spodumene transformed from bimodal to unimodal mode.The flocs tended to bridge more branches with a high shear strength and form globule-like flocs with very high strengths.The parameter"aggregation degree"was introduced to evaluate the aggregation process as a function of shear strength.The flotation rate of flocs formed with different shear strengths was also studied.These results demonstrated that the flotation rate was closely related to shear strength and that there was a close correlation between this and aggregation degree.These results could be used to guide the actual production of fine particles via shear aggregation flotation. 展开更多

目的分析青海首起新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎(NCP)家族聚集性疫情。方法分析4例COVID-19患者及1例密切接触者的流行病学史及临床特征。结果患者A、B、C、D、E系一家人,有长期武汉(疫区)居留史,密切接触者F长期在该家庭居住,集体于2020... 目的分析青海首起新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎(NCP)家族聚集性疫情。方法分析4例COVID-19患者及1例密切接触者的流行病学史及临床特征。结果患者A、B、C、D、E系一家人,有长期武汉(疫区)居留史,密切接触者F长期在该家庭居住,集体于2020年1月24日由武汉返回西宁检查。A、B、C无症状,于26日确诊为NCP普通型病例;D于27日确诊;E有呼吸道症状,但PCR连续检测阴性;F无症状,于27日确诊。5例患者经过积极救治,病情均得到有效控制,连续两次病毒核酸检测为阴性后出院。结论无症状者可能是控制此次疫情的关键节点,鼻咽拭子核酸检测对病例早发现至关重要;对无症状人群通过CT筛查及诊断简单易行,可早期发现病例。 展开更多

Abnormal protein aggregation has been linked to many neurodegenerative diseases,including Parkinson’s disease(PD).The main pathological hallmark of PD is the formation of Lewy bodies(LBs)and Lewy neurites,both of which contain the presynaptic protein alpha-synuclein(α-syn).Under normal conditions,nativeα-syn exists in a soluble unfolded state but undergoes misfolding and aggregation into toxic aggregates under pathological conditions.Toxicα-syn species,especially oligomers,can cause oxidative stress,membrane penetration,synaptic and mitochondrial dysfunction,as well as other damage,leading to neuronal death and eventually neurodegeneration.Early diagnosis and treatments targeting PD pathogenesis are urgently needed.Given its critical role in PD,α-syn is an attractive target for the development of both diagnostic tools and effective therapeutics.This review summarizes the progress toward discovering imaging probes and aggregation inhibitors forα-syn.Relevant strategies and techniques in the discovery ofα-syn-targeted drugs are also discussed. 展开更多

在构建包含农田水利基础设施投资在内的农业超越对数随机前沿生产函数的基础上,利用随机前沿法测算我国31个省(市、自治区)1996—2015年农业全要素生产率,对测算的结果通过空间计量方法分析农业全要素生产率的空间特征及农田水利投资对... 在构建包含农田水利基础设施投资在内的农业超越对数随机前沿生产函数的基础上,利用随机前沿法测算我国31个省(市、自治区)1996—2015年农业全要素生产率,对测算的结果通过空间计量方法分析农业全要素生产率的空间特征及农田水利投资对其产生的影响。结果表明:我国各省(市、自治区)农业全要素生产率整体增长呈现上升趋势;横向和纵向的分析结果显示其增长具有一定的区域性和地域集聚性;农田水利投资对农业全要素生产率的影响为正,且具有较弱的溢出效应,其中直接效应值为0.2865,间接效应值为0.0574,总效应值为0.3439。 展开更多

对安徽省产业集聚和新型城镇化建设现状分析的基础上,以区位熵测度生产性服务业集聚水平,从人口、经济、空间、生活、生态环境等方面衡量安徽省新型城镇化水平,采集历年安徽省各地级城市面板数据,构建计量模型进行实证研究。结果显示:... 对安徽省产业集聚和新型城镇化建设现状分析的基础上,以区位熵测度生产性服务业集聚水平,从人口、经济、空间、生活、生态环境等方面衡量安徽省新型城镇化水平,采集历年安徽省各地级城市面板数据,构建计量模型进行实证研究。结果显示:区域经济中服务业集聚对新型城镇化水平呈显著正面促进作用,城镇化水平的提升也有利于生产性服务业的集聚发展。根据计量研究结果提出政府应加大引导服务业有效集聚力,完善配套政策加快农村剩余劳动力向城镇转移,提高产业从业人员职业技能和引进高科技人才提升创新能力等政策建议。 展开更多
