A new process for preparing high-purity iron(HPI)was proposed,and it was investigated by laboratory experiments and pilot tests.The results show that under conditions of a reduced temperature of 1075°C,reduced time of 5 h,and CaO content of 2.5wt%,a DRI with a metallization rate of 96.5%was obtained through coal-based direct reduction of ultra-high-grade iron concentrate.Then,an HPI with a Fe purity of 99.95%and C,Si,Mn,and P contents as low as 0.0008wt%,0.0006wt%,0.0014wt%,and 0.0015wt%,respectively,was prepared by smelting separation of the DRI using a smelting temperature of 1625°C,smelting time of 45 min,and CaO content of 9.3wt%.The product of the pilot test with a scale of 0.01 Mt/a had a lower impurity content than the Chinese industry standard.An HPI with a Fe purity of 99.98wt%can be produced through the direct reduction‒smelting separation of ultra-high-grade iron concentrate at relatively low cost.The proposed process shows a promising prospect for application in the future. 展开更多

Effects of calcium compounds on the carbothermic reduction of vanadium titanomagnetite concentrate(VTC) were investigated. It was found that calcium compounds had great effects on the metallization rate of the reduction product, the order of the metallization rate of reduction product being CaCO3 > no additive > CaSO4 > CaCl2, which indicated that the addition of CaCO3 was more conducive to promoting the reduction of iron than other calcium compounds. Gas analysis showed that there were mainly two processes in the carbothermic reduction of VTC, a solid–solid and a solid–gas reaction. The concentrations of CO and CO2 were highest when CaCO3 was added, while that in a roasting system decreased the most when CaCl2 was added. X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis showed that calcium compounds could change the reduction process of ilmenite in VTC. The phase compositions of the reduction products were changed from metallic iron(Fe) and anosovite(FeTi2O5) to metallic iron(Fe) and perovekite(CaTiO3) when calcium compounds were added. Additionally, CaSO4 and CaCl2 could significantly promote the growth of metallic iron particles, though the existence of Fe-bearing Mg2TiO4 in reduction products was not conducive to the reduction of iron. The formation of FeS would further hinder the reduction of iron after adding CaSO4. 展开更多

AIM: To describe using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography the regeneration of the foveal morphology after pars plana(re)vitrectomy surgery and gas tamponade combined with injection of autologous platelet concentrate to treat full-thickness macular holes, and to describe different anatomical outcome. METHODS: A retrospective case series of 8 eyes of 8 patients was described. RESULTS: In all cases investigated, the plateletassisted closure of macular holes was associated with a rapid resolution of cystic cavities in the foveal walls. In two patients, there was a regular regeneration of the foveal morphology after hole closure;the regenerated central fovea had a regular structure with a foveola and photoreceptors. In three other patients, there was an irregular regeneration of the fovea;a foveola was not formed, photoreceptor cells were absent from the foveal center, and the center was composed of Müller and retinal pigment epithelial(RPE) cells. The foveal regeneration after hole closure may proceed with or without a temporary detachment of the foveal center from the RPE, and with or without a direct contact between the central outer nuclear layer(ONL) and the RPE. Contacts between the ONL and RPE were observed only in patients with an irregular foveal regeneration after hole closure.CONCLUSION: The data show that there are different modes of foveal regeneration after closure of macular holes with(re)vitrectomy and platelet concentrate. It is suggested that the regular regeneration of the foveal morphology proceeds by Müller cell-mediated tissue movements without cell proliferation, whereas the irregular foveal regeneration proceeds in part by proliferation of Müller and RPE cells. 展开更多

【目的】在通过概略养分或可消化养分建立肉用绵羊常用精饲料可代谢蛋白质(metabolic protein, MP)的预测模型,为动物日粮的科学配置提供依据。【方法】试验选用14月龄,平均体重为(49.27±3.12)kg的安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的杜寒杂交... 【目的】在通过概略养分或可消化养分建立肉用绵羊常用精饲料可代谢蛋白质(metabolic protein, MP)的预测模型,为动物日粮的科学配置提供依据。【方法】试验选用14月龄,平均体重为(49.27±3.12)kg的安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的杜寒杂交1代肉用羯羊6只,采用尼龙袋法和改进三步体外法测定10种精饲料的瘤胃有效降解率、瘤胃非降解蛋白质(undegraded dietary protein, UDP)及UDP小肠消化率;另外选用10只体况健康、平均体重(47.43±4.41)kg的杜寒杂交成年公羊分11期进行消化代谢试验,设11个处理组,其中1个基础饲粮组和10个试验饲粮组,试验组饲粮分别由高粱、玉米、大麦、小麦、燕麦、菜籽粕、花生粕、棉籽粕、豆粕及玉米酒糟(distillers dried grains with solubles, DDGS)等替换基础饲粮中羊草、玉米和豆粕,每个处理10个重复,每个重复1只羊,每期饲喂20 d,其中预试期15 d,正试期5 d。试验羊提前打好耳号,使用伊维菌素进行驱虫,单栏饲养。由于各组饲粮营养成分存在差异造成采食量不同,在预饲期观察并确定最低组的采食量作为限喂量,每天饲喂两次,分别于8:00、16:30饲喂,每次饲喂600 g,自由饮水。采用全收粪尿法测定养分表观消化率和尿嘌呤衍生物法(purine derivative,PD)测定微生物合成蛋白质(microbial synthetic protein,MCP),通过养分含量或可消化养分建立MP的预测模型。试验数据采用SAS 9.1中的NLIN程序计算a、b、c值和直线回归与多元回归程序分析建立MP估测模型,单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA, LSD)进行显著性检验。【结果】饲料的粗蛋白质(CP)瘤胃降解率和UDP小肠消化率均因饲料种类不同而异,高蛋白饲料的CP瘤胃降解率和UDP小肠消化率较高,10种精饲料的CP瘤胃有效降解率的范围在43.71%—60.87%之间,UDP小肠消化率的范围在80.10%—92.86%之间,其中燕麦饲料的瘤胃有效降解率显著高于其他9种饲料(P<0.001 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the antiplatelet aggregation effect of water-soluble tomato concentrate(WSTC)and explore the underlying molecular mechanisms.Materials and Methods:Platelet aggregometry was used to quantify rat platelet aggregation with the maximum aggregation rate in vitro and ex vivo.Then,the fibrinogen(FIB)binding assay was employed to detect the effect of WSTC on the activation of platelet integrinαIIβ3(GP IIb/IIIa).Furthermore,Western blot was performed to assess the platelet protein levels of phosphoinositide 3-kinase 110β(PI3 K110β),protein disulfide isomerase(PDI),platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1(PECAM-1),andβ1-Tubulin.Results:WSTC inhibited adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and collagen-induced platelet aggregation in a concentration-dependent manner in vitro,at IC50 values of 3.05 g/L and 8.03 g/L,respectively.Significantly reduced ex vivo ADP induced platelet aggregation was observed after oral consumption of WSTC for 4 weeks in rats;average inhibition rates were 24.42%,21.48%,and 20.87%for 25 mg/Kg,75 mg/Kg,and 150 mg/Kg WSTC,respectively.It appeared that WSTC had no influence on coagulation function in rats.Incubation with WSTC decreased FIB binding to GP IIb/IIIa by 17.47%and 32.29%at the concentrations of 0.6 and 6 g/L,respectively.WSTC at 0.6 and 6 g/L markedly downregulated PI3 K110β,PDI,and PECAM-1 in platelets,and upregulatedβ1-Tubulin,in a concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion:WSTC inhibits platelet activation through modulation of platelet skeletal stability and suppresses GP IIb/IIIa receptor-mediated platelet aggregation,likely via the PI3 K signaling pathway and PDI inhibition. 展开更多

采用正渗透(FO)技术对离子膜法制烧碱中产生的阳极淡盐水进行浓缩,开发阳极淡盐水浓缩新工艺.以脱氯后的淡盐水为原料,饱和盐水为汲取液,研究了膜活性层朝向、膜面流速及原料液温度对FO过程纯水透过通量的影响,并对FO过程的淡盐水浓缩... 采用正渗透(FO)技术对离子膜法制烧碱中产生的阳极淡盐水进行浓缩,开发阳极淡盐水浓缩新工艺.以脱氯后的淡盐水为原料,饱和盐水为汲取液,研究了膜活性层朝向、膜面流速及原料液温度对FO过程纯水透过通量的影响,并对FO过程的淡盐水浓缩效果和膜污染情况进行了研究,验证了该浓缩工艺的可行性.结果表明,压力延迟渗透(PRO)模式水通量要高于FO模式,在处理高浓度料液时,外浓差极化和内浓差极化均对水通量有较明显的影响;提高进料膜面错流流速,水通量增加,且对PRO模式比对FO模式影响更明显;进料温度升高,膜的水通量提高.两种运行模式下均能将淡盐水浓缩至300g/L以上,满足盐水循环使用要求.浓缩过程中未见明显盐结晶导致的膜污染发生.用工艺液体饱和盐水作汲取液,避免了稀释后汲取液的回收问题,实现了FO过程中真正的低能耗,为FO过程在工业中的大规模推广应用提供了新思路. 展开更多

补饲精料对乌珠穆沁羊生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 预览

试验旨在研究草颗粒和草颗粒补饲精料对乌珠穆沁羊生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选取20只6月龄体重为(28.83±0.19) kg乌珠穆沁羊,采用随机区组设计,随机分为2组,每组10只。设计2种日粮饲喂乌珠穆沁羊,分别为草颗粒(对照组)... 试验旨在研究草颗粒和草颗粒补饲精料对乌珠穆沁羊生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选取20只6月龄体重为(28.83±0.19) kg乌珠穆沁羊,采用随机区组设计,随机分为2组,每组10只。设计2种日粮饲喂乌珠穆沁羊,分别为草颗粒(对照组)和草颗粒补饲精料(试验组)。结果表明:补饲精料未能显著影响羊的日增重(P>0.05),日增重分别为56.33和60.00 g。对照组和试验组的3项屠宰性能指标(宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率)、6项化学成分指标(粗蛋白、粗脂肪、有机物、干物质、钙、磷)、6项肉品质指标(pH1、pH24、大理石纹、亮度、熟肉率、剪切力)、16项脂肪酸指标和15项氨基酸指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验组羊4项屠宰性能指标(净肉重、净肉率、眼肌面积、GR值)、4项肉品质指标(红度、黄度、胆固醇、失水率)、6项脂肪酸指标(十三碳酸、肉豆蔻酸、珍珠酸、γ-亚麻酸、α-亚麻酸、花生酸)和3项氨基酸指标(异亮氨酸、酪氨酸、精氨酸)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组7项主要脂肪酸(丁酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻烯酸、十五碳酸、十五碳烯酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、n-6/n-3)、苏氨酸和谷氨酸显著高于试验组(P<0.05)。饲喂草颗粒补饲精料对乌珠穆沁羊生长性能影响不大;天然草地草颗粒饲喂能满足家畜营养需求,在促进乌珠穆沁羊生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质方面具有重大潜力。 展开更多

The magnetic hysteresis loop was measured to know the magnetic property of molybdenite concentrate.In order to evaluate its microwave absorption capacity, the dielectric properties of molybdenite concentrate was investigated using cavity perturbation method at 915 MHz dependent on densities and temperatures.The parameter data were fitted using regression fit and a model related to the same density and temperature ranges was developed.A nonlinear surface fitting was used to present visually the effect of dielectric parameters on the microwave penetrate depth of molybdnite concentrate.The crystal products of MoO 3 obtained from microwave roasting at different temperatures were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show both the dielectric constants and loss factors increase in the increase of apparent densities and temperatures with different growth rates in the experimental range.Due to the distinguished trend of dielectric performance dependent on temperatures, two parts in the heating scenario for the molybdenite concentrate samples were divided.The microwave penetration depth is inversely proportional to both apparent densities and temperatures.The nonlinear fitting surfaces indicate the increase of dielectric loss provides an enough decrease in microwave penetration depth.In contrast, the dielectric constant has a positive effect for it.Pure MoO 3 was produced at 800 ℃ by using microwave energy.This work can be helpful to design and simulate microwave system for efficient beneficiation of molybdenite concentrate and to prepare molybdenum products from this concentrate. 展开更多

A novel process of calcification-leaching for bastnaesite concentrate(REFCO3) was proposed. The prior calcification was carried out in the system of NaOH-CaO-H2O and the lgC-pH pattern for Ce-F-Ca-C-H2O system was drawn. The thermodynamics result indicates that decomposition for bastnaesite requires certain alkaline condition, but excessive alkalinity also causes decomposition of CaF2. XRD and SEM-EDS analyses on the calcification-leaching process reveal that bastnaesite first decomposes into RE(OH)3 and CaF2. Then, by HCl leaching rare earths were extracted,while CaF2 was left in the leaching residue. In addition, effects of temperature, time, NaOH and CaO on the calcification were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of rare earths(REs)reaches 72.5 wt%, at the same time 99.2 wt% of F is left in leaching residue with 20 wt% NaOH and 38 wt% CaO at 493 K for 180 min. 展开更多

为了探讨玉米芯与苜蓿、精料间不同配比对饲粮组合效应(associative effects, AE)的影响。采用体外产气法测定在精粗比40∶60和30∶70时,精料∶玉米芯∶苜蓿分别为40∶60∶0、40∶45∶15、40∶30∶30、40∶15∶45、40∶0∶60和30∶70∶0... 为了探讨玉米芯与苜蓿、精料间不同配比对饲粮组合效应(associative effects, AE)的影响。采用体外产气法测定在精粗比40∶60和30∶70时,精料∶玉米芯∶苜蓿分别为40∶60∶0、40∶45∶15、40∶30∶30、40∶15∶45、40∶0∶60和30∶70∶0、30∶55∶15、30∶40∶30、30∶25∶45、30∶10∶60、30∶0∶70时各饲料组合及各种单独原料分别培养2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48 h的产气量(gas production, GP),培养结束后的上清液及残渣用以测定pH、挥发性脂肪酸(volatile fatty acids,VFA)、氨态氮(NH_3-N)、干物质降解率(dry matter digestibility, DMD)和有机物降解率(organic matter digestibility, OMD),并通过各组合的加权估算值计算出各指标的单项组合效应指数(single factor AE indexes, SFAEI)和综合组合效应指数(multiple-factors AE index, MFAEI)。结果表明:当精粗比为40∶60和30∶70时,玉米芯比例为30、15和10、25、40、55的组在GP、DMD、OMD、NH_3-N、TVFA上显著高于其他组,且有较高的SFAEI (P<0.05,P<0.01),30和10组的MFAEI极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。结论:当精料∶玉米芯∶苜蓿为40∶30∶30、30∶10∶60时,饲粮的综合组合效应值最大。 展开更多
