With the integration of distributed generation and the construction of cross-regional long-distance power grids, power systems become larger and more complex.They require faster computing speed and better scalability for power flow calculations to support unit dispatch.Based on the analysis of a variety of parallelization methods, this paper deploys the large-scale power flow calculation task on a cloud computing platform using resilient distributed datasets(RDDs).It optimizes a directed acyclic graph that is stored in the RDDs to solve the low performance problem of the MapReduce model.This paper constructs and simulates a power flow calculation on a large-scale power system based on standard IEEE test data.Experiments are conducted on Spark cluster which is deployed as a cloud computing platform.They show that the advantages of this method are not obvious at small scale, but the performance is superior to the stand-alone model and the MapReduce model for large-scale calculations.In addition, running time will be reduced when adding cluster nodes.Although not tested under practical conditions, this paper provides a new way of thinking about parallel power flow calculations in large-scale power systems. 展开更多

SDN (Software Defined Network) has many security problems, and DDoS attack is undoubtedly the most serious harm to SDN architecture network. How to accurately and effectively detect DDoS attacks has always been a difficult point and focus of SDN security research. Based on the characteristics of SDN, a DDoS attack detection method combining generalized entropy and PSOBP neural network is proposed. The traffic is pre-detected by the generalized entropy method deployed on the switch, and the detection result is divided into normal and abnormal. Locate the switch that issued the abnormal alarm. The controller uses the PSO-BP neural network to detect whether a DDoS attack occurs by further extracting the flow features of the abnormal switch. Experiments show that compared with other methods, the detection accurate rate is guaranteed while the CPU load of the controller is reduced, and the detection capability is better. 展开更多

Suppose that states of agents can not be obtained directly. Several estimators are designed to observe states of agents and the unknown disturbances. A protocol is proposed to drive all agents achieve consensus. Based on the method of model transforniation and the property of permutation matrix, sufficient conditions for consensus are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. 传统方法实现过程复杂、历史复杂时态数据的片面性,导致其无法全面地描述时态数据;且相似性计算无法准确匹配具有动态性与复杂性的时态数据,造成提取精度低。为此,提出一种新的分布式多空间数据库复杂时态数据提取技术。设计动态RBF神... 传统方法实现过程复杂、历史复杂时态数据的片面性,导致其无法全面地描述时态数据;且相似性计算无法准确匹配具有动态性与复杂性的时态数据,造成提取精度低。为此,提出一种新的分布式多空间数据库复杂时态数据提取技术。设计动态RBF神经网络,对分布式多空间数据库中未知动态进行识别和建模;通过建模结果完成对复杂时态数据的描述。依据加权关联规则与时态关联规则对支持度和置信度的定义,获取T-FS-tree加权时态关联规则中支持度和置信度。将复杂时态数据描述序列、最小支持度、最小置信度作为输入,将加权时态关联规则作为输出,建立T-FS-tree加权时态关联规则挖掘算法。按照向量计算获取加权时态频繁1项集以及频繁2项集,依据获取的加权时态频繁项集建立初始频繁项集树;依据初始频繁项集树获取全部时态频繁项集;通过获取的频繁项集产生加权时态关联规则。从所有关联规则中选择优先度高的规则,构建的复杂时态数据提取器,实现复杂时态数据提取。实验结果表明,所提方法复杂性低,提取结果更加全面、可靠,有很高的准确性。 展开更多

浅谈县域综合能源系统的构建

综合能源系统的四大特征是以客户为中心、供需相协调、以技术为驱动、以改革为契机。以安徽省大别山区某县为例,提出构建县域综合能源系统的设想。在分析县域资源禀赋和用能特点的基础上,按照分布式供能、多能互补、绿色用能、智慧用能... 综合能源系统的四大特征是以客户为中心、供需相协调、以技术为驱动、以改革为契机。以安徽省大别山区某县为例,提出构建县域综合能源系统的设想。在分析县域资源禀赋和用能特点的基础上,按照分布式供能、多能互补、绿色用能、智慧用能的原则,以最大程度提高区域能源利用效率和可再生能源利用率为目的,分区域制定供用能方案。其中,将县城区域(含经济开发区)列为能源利用核心区,它是主要的工业聚集区和用能负荷区,该区域的供用能策略是以分布式能源为基础,打造多能互补综合能源系统。将核心区以外的其他县域列为在拓展区,该区面积较大,用能密度较低,可再生能源较丰富。该区域的供用能策略是积极推广可再生能源,并配以能源小镇和能源民生工程建设,最终实现全县域绿色用能。经测算,核心区多能互补综合能源系统建成后,从用能侧考虑,综合能效可达到80.7%,提高约30个百分点;从供能侧考虑,综合能效可达到63.2%。区域绿色用能比例大幅提升,近期目标实现后,可再生能源渗透率有望超过40%,绿色电能本地消费占比不低于80%;远期目标基本形成以绿色能源为主的现代能源体系,区域可再生能源渗透率超过50%,绿色电能本地消费占比100%。 展开更多

The multicore evolution has stimulated renewed interests in scaling up applications on shared-memory multiprocessors,significantly improving the scalability of many applications.But the scalability is limited within a single node;therefore programmers still have to redesign applications to scale out over multiple nodes.This paper revisits the design and implementation of distributed shared memory (DSM)as a way to scale out applications optimized for non-uniform memory access (NUMA)architecture over a well-connected cluster.This paper presents MAGI,an efficient DSM system that provides a transparent shared address space with scalable performance on a cluster with fast network interfaces.MAGI is unique in that it presents a NUMA abstraction to fully harness the multicore resources in each node through hierarchical synchronization and memory management.MAGI also exploits the memory access patterns of big-data applications and leverages a set of optimizations for remote direct memory access (RDMA)to reduce the number of page faults and the cost of the coherence protocol.MAGI has been implemented as a user-space library with pthread-compatible interfaces and can run existing multithreaded applications with minimized modifications.We deployed MAGI over an 8-node RDMA-enabled cluster.Experimental evaluation shows that MAGI achieves up to 9.25:4 speedup compared with an unoptimized implementation,leading to a sealable performance for large-scale data-intensive applications. 展开更多

LCCFS: a lightweight distributed file system for cloud computing without journaling and metadata services

The major usage of a file system integrated with a cloud computing platform is to provide the storage for VM(virtual machine) instances. Distributed file systems, especially those implemented on top of object storage have many potential advantages over traditional local file systems for VM instance storage. In this paper, we make an investigation in the requirements imposed on a file system in cloud computing scenario,and claim that the implementation of a file system for VM instance storage could be reasonably simplified. We demonstrate that on top of an object storage with simple object-granularity transaction support, a lightweight distributed file system, which requires neither journaling nor dedicated metadata services, can be developed for cloud computing. We have implemented such a distributed file system, called LCCFS(lightweight cloud computing file system), based on the RADOS(reliable autonomic distributed object storage) object storage.Our experimental results show that for the main workloads in cloud computing, LCCFS achieves almost the same or slightly higher performance than CephFS(ceph filesystem), another published distributed file system based on RADOS. Compared to CephFS, LCCFS has only one tenth of its LOCs(lines of code). This theoretical simplicity makes it easy to implement LCCFS correctly and stably by avoiding the sheer design and implementation complexity behind CephFS, thereby making LCCFS a promising candidate in the cloud computing production environment. 展开更多

On Maximum Elastic Scheduling in Cloud-Based Data Center Networks for Virtual Machines with the Hose Model

With the growing popularity of cloud-based data center networks (DCNs),task resource allocation has become more and more important to the efficient use of resource in DCNs.This paper considers provisioning the maximum admissible load (MAL)of virtual machines (VMs)in physical machines (PMs)with underlying tree-structured DCNs using the hose model for communication.The limitation of static load distribution is that it assigns tasks to nodes in a once-and-for-all manner,and thus requires a priori knowledge of program behavior.To avoid load redistribution during runtime when the load grows,we introduce maximum elasticity scheduling,which has the maximum growth potential subject to the node and link capacities.This paper aims to find the schedule with the maximum elasticity across nodes and links.We first propose a distributed linear solution based on message passing,and we discuss several properties and extensions of the model.Based on the assumptions and conclusions,we extend it to the multiple paths case with a fat tree DCN,and discuss the optimal solution for computing the MAL with both computation and communication constraints.After that,we present the provision scheme with the maximum elasticity for the VMs,which comes with provable optimality guarantee for a fixed flow scheduling strategy in a fat tree DCN.We conduct the evaluations on our testbed and present various simulation results by comparing the proposed maximum elastic scheduling schemes with other methods.Extensive simulations validate the effectiveness of the proposed policies,and the results are shown from different perspectives to provide solutions based on our research. 展开更多

As a fundamental operation in LBS(location-based services),the trajectory similarity of moving objects has been extensively studied in recent years.However,due to the increasing volume of moving object trajectories and the demand of interactive query performance,the trajectory similarity queries are now required to be processed on massive datasets in a real-time manner.Existing work has proposed distributed or parallel solutions to enable large-scale trajectory similarity processing.However,those techniques cannot be directly adapted to the real-time scenario as it is likely to generate poor balancing performance when workload variance occurs on the incoming trajectory stream.In this paper,we propose a new workload partitioning framework,ART(Adaptive Framework for Real-Time Trajectory Similarity),which introduces practical algorithms to support dynamic workload assignment for RTTS(real-time trajectory similarity).Our proposal includes a processing model tailored for the RTTS scenario,a load balancing framework to maximize throughput,and an adaptive data partition manner designed to cut off unnecessary network cost.Based on this,our model can handle the large-scale trajectory similarity in an on-line scenario,which achieves scalability,effectiveness,and efficiency by a single shot.Empirical studies on synthetic data and real-world stream applications validate the usefulness of our proposal and prove the huge advantage of our approach over state-of-the-art solutions in the literature. 展开更多

The control problem of a class of parabolic distributed parameter systems (DPSs) is investigated by using mobile agents with capabilities of sensing and actuating. The guidance strategies of mobile agents based on coverage optimization methods are proposed to improve the control performance of the system and make the state norm of the system converge to zero faster. The coverage optimization problems are constructed based on the measurement of each agent. By solving the coverage optimization problems, the local optimal moving direction of each agent can be obtained. Then the gradient-based agent motion control laws are established. With the indicator function and the surface delta function, this method is generalized to n-dimensional space, and suitable for any sensing region with piecewise smooth boundaries. Traditional scheduling algorithms for avionics communication have the shortcoming of messages accumulation,the efficiency and reliability of the service can be improved by combining the distributed integrated modular avionics(DIMA)system with a time trigger mechanism.To further improve the utilization of system resources,the static scheduling algorithm of time triggered service is studied.By making the time trigger message schedule dispersedly,the stabilities of both the available time slots for the event triggered messages and the system will be improved.An improved two-dimensional bin packing algorithm is also presented to achieve the above-mentioned purpose with an extra benefit of better delay performance. 展开更多
