芳香族聚噁二唑薄膜共聚阻燃改性 预览

以硫酸肼(Hs)、对苯二甲酸(TPA)和5-溴间苯二甲酸为单体,发烟硫酸为溶剂和脱水剂,改变5-溴间苯二甲酸与对苯二甲酸的比例合成出了一系列的溴改性聚噁二唑(Br—POD)。并通过湿法流延成型制备了相应的Br.POD薄膜,研究了5-溴间... 以硫酸肼(Hs)、对苯二甲酸(TPA)和5-溴间苯二甲酸为单体,发烟硫酸为溶剂和脱水剂,改变5-溴间苯二甲酸与对苯二甲酸的比例合成出了一系列的溴改性聚噁二唑(Br—POD)。并通过湿法流延成型制备了相应的Br.POD薄膜,研究了5-溴间苯二甲酸的引入对薄膜的热性能、阻燃性的影响以及相应的阻燃机理。结果表明,随着5-溴间苯二甲酸单体的引入,POD的起始分解温度与最大分解温度略有下降,但仍有优异的热性能;阻燃性能随着阻燃单体含量的增加而增加,但当5-溴间苯二甲酸含量占整个二元酸单体的摩尔分数超过8%时,Br-POD薄膜阻燃性不再显著提高;Br-POD受热会产生HBr气体,捕获传递燃烧链式反应的活性自由基,生成活性较低的溴自由基致使燃烧减缓,起到气相阻燃作用。 展开更多

Two new isostructure nickel(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, [Ni_2(5-Me-ip)(1,2-Bie)(H_2O)_2]_n(1) and [Ni2(5-Br-ip)(1,2-Bie)(H_2O)_2]n(2)(5-Me-H2 ip = 5-methylisophthalic acid, 5-Br-H2 ip = 5-mromoisophthalic acid, 1,2-Bie... Two new isostructure nickel(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, [Ni_2(5-Me-ip)(1,2-Bie)(H_2O)_2]_n(1) and [Ni2(5-Br-ip)(1,2-Bie)(H_2O)_2]n(2)(5-Me-H2 ip = 5-methylisophthalic acid, 5-Br-H2 ip = 5-mromoisophthalic acid, 1,2-Bie = 1,2-bis(imidazole)ethane), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The result shows that complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with a = 16.3602(13), b = 10.1465(8), c = 21.8803(17) ?, V = 3632.1(5) ?3, Z = 4, D3 c = 1.525 g/cm, F(000) = 1728, R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0668 for 6646 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)) for complex 1 and a = 16.409(3), b = 10.1625(17), c = 21.918(4) ?, V = 3654.9(11) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.752 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1936, R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0600 for 6809 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)) for complex 2. They both feature zigzag 2D layer structures, which are further staked along the a-axis through π···π and hydrogen interactions to form 3D supramolecular structures. 展开更多

The self-assembly of 5-bromoisophthalic acid (H2BIPA) with Tb(NO3)3·6H2O under hydrothermal conditions gives rise to a 3D coordination polymer, [Tb2(BIPA)3(CH3CH2OH)]n (1), which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.2591(17), b = 8.2537(7), c = 18.5663(17), β = 104.4720(10)°, V = 2857.6(4)3, C26H15Br3O13Tb2, Mr = 1092.95, Dc = 2.540 g/cm3, F(000) = 2040, μ = 9.173 mm-1 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0767 for 5299 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 1 displays an unusual three-dimensional (4,6)-connected network with (48.66.8)2(44.62)2(42.84) topology, which is different from [Tb(HBDC)(BDC)(H2O)4]·3.3H2O (BDC = isophthalate) because the -Br substituent of isophthalate results in different electronic effect and steric hindrance to change the coordination modes of carboxylate groups in the assembly process. A novel coordination polymer,[Pr2(BIPA)3(H2O)2].2H2O(1)(H2BIPA=5-bromoisophthalic acid),was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal was of monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with a=1.98037(14),b=1.44189(14),c=2.15281(18) nm,β=95.220(2)°,V=6.1218(9) nm3,C24H17Br3O16Pr2,Mr=1082.93,Dc= 2.350 g/cm3,F(000)=4096,μ=7.136 mm-1 and Z=8.The final R1=0.0608 and wR2=0.1371 for 5624 observed reflections(I>2σ(I)).Complex 1 featured an interesting 2D layer containing {Pr2(CO2)3}n right-handed and left-handed helical chains.Furthermore,hydrogen bonds linked the adjacent 2D layers to form a 3D supramolecular framework.Moreover,the near-infrared luminescent properties of 1 were also investigated in the solid state. 展开更多

The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=1.002 0(4) nm,b=1.754 4(7) nm,c=1.208 8(5) nm,β=94.271(5),V=2.119 1(15) nm3,Dc=1.861 g.cm-3,Z= 4,F(000)=1 168,Goof=1.085,R1=0.045 0,wR2=0.093 1.
