采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺铝氧化锌/还原氧化石墨烯(AZO/rGO)薄膜,研究了不同还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)的添加量对薄膜结构和光电性能的影响。采用四探针方块电阻仪测量样品的电学性能,XRD检测薄膜晶体结构,SEM研究薄膜表面形貌,U4100分光光... 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺铝氧化锌/还原氧化石墨烯(AZO/rGO)薄膜,研究了不同还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)的添加量对薄膜结构和光电性能的影响。采用四探针方块电阻仪测量样品的电学性能,XRD检测薄膜晶体结构,SEM研究薄膜表面形貌,U4100分光光度计检测光学透过率。研究发现,热处理温度为500℃时,AZO/rGO薄膜样品的电阻率随着rGO含量的上升,先减小后增大;当添加量为0.04%(wt,质量分数)时,电学性能最优,样品(002)衍射峰强度最大。光学透过率随着rGO增多而减小,但幅度很小。而热处理温度为530℃时,随着rGO含量的增大,薄膜样品的电阻率逐渐增大,可见光透过率同样有所下降。 展开更多

A new optical system for an augmented reality(AR) display is proposed in this paper.The optical system mainly includes a ray deflector, coupling input grating, optical waveguide, and coupling output grating.Both the ray deflector and the coupling input grating are designed based on the diffraction characteristics of the polarization grating, and the coupling output grating is the Bragg reflection grating.Compared with other AR schemes, this AR optical system not only reduces the number of projections from two to one, but also improves the efficiency of light coupling into the optical waveguides.The energy loss is reduced by utilizing the single-order diffraction characteristics of the polarization grating in its coupling input structure.The light deflector uses the polarization selectivity of the polarization grating and the characteristics of the rotating light of the twisted nematic liquid crystal layer to realize beam deflection.The working principle of the optical system is experimentally and theoretically demonstrated. 展开更多

We also obtained the highest efficiency(3.21%) in an AZO/p-Cu2O heterojunction solar cell prepared with optimized pre-sputtering conditions using our newly developed multi-chamber sputtering system. This value achieves the same or higher characteristics than AZO/Cu2O solar cells with a similar structure prepared by the pulse laser deposition method. 展开更多

A new colorimetric sensor based-azo dye for Cu^2+ detection was synthesized and characterized by FTIR and NMR spectroscopies. The results showed that the azo dye had a high selective and sensitive recognition toward Cu^2+. The solution containing the sensor changed color from pink to pale yellow with a hypsochromic shift in the presence of Cu^2+. The sensor selectivity and sensitivity toward Cu^2+ ions were investigated by colorimetry and UV-Vis spectroscopy. For practical applications, a cellulosic textile test strip for high-selectivity detection of Cu^2+ ions in aqueous solution was developed using the synthesized azo dye as chromogenic chemosensor molecule, while using a solid cellulose textile as a substrate. As a result, a spectacular color change of the test strip was observed do pending on the amount of copper ions in contact with the strip, which allows an estimation of Cu^2+ concentration by naked eye. 展开更多

Because of the potential carcinogenic effects and difficult degradation of azo dyes,their degradation has been a longstanding problem.The degradation of azo dye Direct Blue 6(DB6)using ball-milled(BM)high-entropy alloy(HEA)powders was characterized in this work.Newly designed AlFeMnTiM(M=Cr,Co,Ni)HEAs synthesized by mechanical alloying(MA)showed excellent performance in the degradation of azo dye DB6.The degradation efficiency of AlFeMnTiCr is approximately 19 times greater than that of the widely used commercial Fe–Si–B amorphous alloy ribbons and more than 100 times greater than that of the widely used commercial zero-valent iron(ZVI)powders.The galvanic-cell effect and the unique crystal structure are responsible for the good degradation performance of the BM HEAs.This study indicates that BM HEAs are attractive,valuable,and promising environmental catalysts for wastewater contaminated by azo dyes. 展开更多

In this study,a series of epoxy-based azo molecular glasses with four-arm architecture was synthesized based on an intermediate(MDGA-AN),which was obtained from ring-opening reaction between 4,4'-methylene-bis(N,N’-diglycidylaniline)and N-methylaniline.The azo compounds were then synthesized through azo-coupling reaction between MDGA-AN and diazonium salts of 4-nitroaniline,4-aminobenzonitrile,4-aminobenzoic acid,4-fluoroaniline and 4-methoxyaniline,respectively.The azo compounds were thoroughly characterized and the photoresponsive properties of their solid films were investigated at three different wavelengths(λex=488,532 and 589 nm).The results show that the electron-withdrawing groups on the azo chromophores can significantly affect the absorption band positions in visible light range,which shift to the longer wavelength with the enhanced push-pull effect.Both photoinduced birefringence and surface-relief-grating formation are closely related to the electronwithdrawing groups and excitation wavelengths of the actinic light,which show significant influences on the growth rates and saturated values of the photoinduced variations.In this series,the azo molecular glasses containing cyano and carboxyl groups as the electron-withdrawing groups show the significantly higher efficiency for both the photoinduced birefringence growth and the SRG formation compared with others under the same light irradiation conditions.The capability of the materials as a photo-storage medium is demonstrated by holographic recording. 展开更多

This article presents a brief overview of recent advances in azo-containing supramolecular systems.In literature,it has been shown that azo supramolecular polymers and their composite materials exhibit fast and intelligent responses to various external stimuli,such as temperature,pH change,redox reagents,ligands,coupling reagents,etc.In applications,these systems are widely used for molecular motors,shape memory,liquid crystal,solar thermal energy storage,signal transmission,intelligent encryption,and other purposes.Furthermore,these systems can function as key components for device upgrade processing.However,the design and rules of azo supramolecular polymers are still not supported by an exact theory.Information about the relationship between the spatial structure and behavior is lacking,and new supramolecular materials cannot be designed by adding functional moieties to known azo polymers.Based on the current research status,this review mainly summarizes the structural design principles as well as structures and applications of known azo supramolecules;meanwhile,it highlights the emerging development fields,recent advances,and prospects in fabricating sei住assembling intelligent supramolecular systems with azo supramolecular polymers as responsive units.The goal of this review is to bring new inspiration to researchers who want to optimize the chemical structure,steric conformation,electrostatic environment,and specific molecular functionalization. 展开更多

Excessive consumption of electrical energy has hampered the widespread application of electrochemical technology for degradation of various contaminants.In this paper,a Fe-based metallic glass (MG)was demonstrated as a new type ofelectrocatalyst to effectively and economically degrade an azo dye.In comparison to other typical electrodes,Fe-based MG electrodes exhibit a minimized degradation time,and the specific energy is 4-6 orders of magnitude lower than that of dimensionally stable anode (DSA),metal-like boron-doped diamond (BDD)and other electrodes.As sacrificial electrode materials,Fe-based MGs have less specific electrode mass consumption than iron electrodes.The use of Fe-based MGs will promote the practical application of electrochemical technology and the use of MGs as functional materials. 展开更多
