2017年3月-2018年2月期间,对某南方城市的城郊区域大气中PM2.5和PM10进行同步采样,研究PM2.5和PM10中总铝和4种形态铝的分布特征并对其健康风险进行评估。结果表明:PM2.5、PM10中总铝的季节分布与PM2.5、PM10质量浓度的季节分布相似,冬&... 2017年3月-2018年2月期间,对某南方城市的城郊区域大气中PM2.5和PM10进行同步采样,研究PM2.5和PM10中总铝和4种形态铝的分布特征并对其健康风险进行评估。结果表明:PM2.5、PM10中总铝的季节分布与PM2.5、PM10质量浓度的季节分布相似,冬>春>秋>夏;PM2.5中Al的分布表明颗粒铝来源不限于土壤扬尘贡献;PM2.5及PM10中4种形态铝占提取铝的比值呈w(Al(OH)0/3)>w(Al^3+)>w(Al-HA)(腐殖酸铝)>w(羟基态铝)的规律;PM2.5、PM10中Al^3+和羟基态铝2种致毒形态铝占提取铝的比值分别为21%、28%,比值差异不大;致毒形态铝在细颗粒和粗颗粒中的富集程度相当;成人PM2.5中铝日均暴露质量浓度为212 ng·m^-3,铝慢性非致癌健康风险系数为0.042 4,颗粒铝经呼吸进入成人体内的健康风险尚小。 展开更多

目的了解乌鲁木齐市大气细颗粒物中铝的含量,分析铝污染现状及其可能对人体健康产生的危害。方法 2016—2017年期间,采用大流量采样器采集大气细颗粒物样品,并对样品中铝的质量浓度进行相关分析。结果大气细颗粒物中铝的平均质量浓度为1... 目的了解乌鲁木齐市大气细颗粒物中铝的含量,分析铝污染现状及其可能对人体健康产生的危害。方法 2016—2017年期间,采用大流量采样器采集大气细颗粒物样品,并对样品中铝的质量浓度进行相关分析。结果大气细颗粒物中铝的平均质量浓度为172.83 ng/m3。乌鲁木齐市城北监测区2016与2017年铝的质量浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大气细颗粒物中铝的地积累指数值>4。铝的质量浓度与气压、温度的相关系数分别为0.346、-0.417。大气细颗粒物中铝的非致癌风险系数HQ值在1.36×10-4~3.62×10-4之间。结论乌鲁木齐市城北监测区大气细颗粒物中铝浓度呈上升趋势。铝的地积累指数评价为强-极严重污染。铝的质量浓度与气压、温度等因素有关联。铝的非致癌风险系数低于EPA限值1,处于可接受水平。 展开更多

确定宁夏农村饮用水中的铝元素污染情况,指导饮用水的安全食用。采用ICP-AES法对宁夏4个村镇饮用水中铝元素含量进行测定,以我国GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》为依据(0.2mg/L)进行超标率计算,进一步通过健康风险评估理论对饮用水... 确定宁夏农村饮用水中的铝元素污染情况,指导饮用水的安全食用。采用ICP-AES法对宁夏4个村镇饮用水中铝元素含量进行测定,以我国GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》为依据(0.2mg/L)进行超标率计算,进一步通过健康风险评估理论对饮用水中铝引起的健康风险进行评估,使用蒙特卡洛模拟进行概率评估。4个村镇饮用水均存在超标现象,并且有3个村镇超标率较高(>70%)。结果显示4个样点铝通过饮水途径均不产生非致癌风险。农村饮用水铝元素超标现象严重,但是并不会对居民产生非致癌风险,概率评估结果显示<10%的人群会有非致癌风险,同样显示Al引起的非致癌风险较小。 展开更多

High strength aluminum alloys(series 2XXX and 7XXX)are kinds of precipitation-hardening alloys,which have been widely applied in manufacturing of fuselage for their high strength-to-weight ratio,good fatigue performance and damage tolerance[1-2].These structures mostly adopt lap joint.The traditional joining methods include riveting and bolting,which cost weight-increase and inefficiency.These disadvantages could be overcome by a new joining technique—friction stir spot welding(FSSW)developed from friction stir welding(FSW).However,after wel-ding,FSSW normally leaves the workpiece with a keyhole,which decreases mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the joint.To fill the keyhole,refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW,Refill-FSSW)was invented by GKSS in 1999.GKSS designs a special welding tool for RFSSW,consisting of pin,sleeve and clamping ring,which are precisely assembled with indepen-dent driving systems[3].In a typical RFSSW process,the pin and sleeve move in opposite direction at a given speed ratio.Approximately,the speeds are set inverse proportional to their cross-sectional area.In 2011,GKSS performed RFSSW on aluminum alloy and obtained the joint with good strength.Thereafter,RFSSW was highlighted in research,which was expected to apply in fuselage manufacturing and to replace the traditional joining methods. 展开更多

With the aim of reducing series resistance and increasing dye loading,novel dye-sensitized solar cell architecture was designed with TiO2 nanoparticle-coated Ag nanowires array as the photoanode.Ag nanowire array was prepared by anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templateassisted electrochemical deposition route.Then,Ag nanowires were coated by TiO2 nanoparticles in hydrothermal process.The structures of the photoanode were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM).Ag nanowires are covered by a layer of very fine nanoparticles with a diameter of less than 5 nm.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) show that Ag nanowires have a strong preferred orientation in (220) direction and the TiO2 coating layer is a polycrystalline structure.With this photoanode,3.2 % conversion efficiency is achieved for the cell sensitized with N3 dye. 展开更多

It has been reported that the element scandium (Sc) is the most effective modificator which can significantly refine the grain size,prohibit recrystallization process and increase the strength.Adding trace of Sc in 7000 series aluminum alloys is considered to be an effective way to modify its microstructure and promote mechanical properties.In order to study the effect of Sc element on ascast microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy,ingots containing different amounts of Sc were prepared by ferrous-mold cast.Microstructures were characterized by means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC),X-ray diffraction (XRD),optical microscope (OM) and scanning electrical microscope (SEM).The results indicate that when the Sc level exceeds a critical concentration,A13(Sc,Zr) primary phase would form in the melt and act as an efficient nucleant,resulting in very refined grain and an equiaxed grain structure.Sc element reduces the number of eutectic phases formed during solidification,coupled with an increase in the concentration of major alloying elements retained in the solute.This behavior suggests possible benefits in improving the integrated properties of terminal products. 展开更多

Ti, Al, graphite and diamond powders were used as raw materials to prepare Ti2AlC matrixbonded diamond composite using self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) method. The effect of diamond size and content on the fabrication of Ti2AlC-bonded diamond material was investigated. Results showed that Ti2AlC matrix-bonded diamond composites could be obtained by SHS. The phase composition and microstructure of the Ti2AlC-bonded diamond material were influenced by the diamond content and size. When the diamond(93 μm) additive amounts were 10% and 20%, the product phases included Ti2AlC, TiC and Al3Ti. However, excess Ti and Al persisted in the sample that contained 30% diamond. Diamond bonded well with the matrix in the sample that contained 10% diamond. Moreover, addition of coarse diamond particles with sizes of 93 and 125 μm produced a mainly Ti2AlC matrix. However, diamond adequately reacted with Ti to form TiC when finer diamond particles(5 and 10 μm) were used. 展开更多

The independently designed and manufactured ultra-high-strength aluminum alloy Al-12.18Zn-3.31Mg-1.43Cu-0.20Zr-0.04Sr was investigated via scanning electron microscopy observations,X-ray diffraction analysis,hardness tests,electrical conductivity tests,tensile tests,intergranular corrosion tests,and exfoliation corrosion tests.The effect of pre-recovery on the microstructure and mechanical properties of this aluminum alloy was also studied.The results show that the pre-recovery heat treatment releases deformation energy,inhibits recrystallization,and decreases the dislocation density.Although the pre-recovery heat treatment has little effect on the hardness,electrical conductivity,and elongation of this aluminum alloy,it can dramatically improve the alloy’s tensile strength(the maximum tensile strength increased from 785.0 MPa to 809.2 MPa).Moreover,the tensile properties of this aluminum alloy have a certain degree of isotropy,and the pre-recovery heat treatment does not affect this property.In addition,the rolled aluminum alloy exhibits good corrosion resistance,but the effect of the pre-recovery heat treatment on the alloy’s resistance to intergranular and exfoliation corrosion is negligible. 展开更多

The microstructure was studied using conventional and advanced characterization techniques. TiO2 particles were found to be dispersed uniformly in the composite. Clusters of TiO2 particles were observed at a higher particle content of 18 vol%. The interface between the TiO2 particle and the aluminum matrix was characterized by the absence of pores and reactive layer.Sub-grain boundaries, ultra-fine grains and dislocation density were observed in the composites. TiO2 particles improved the mechanical properties of the composites. However, a drop in tensile strength was observed at a higher particle content due to cluster formation. All the prepared composites exhibited ductile mode of fracture. 展开更多

The feasibility of aluminum recovery from secondary aluminum dross by extraction with NaOH solution and the subsequent synthesis of MgAl2O4 spinel by sintering the extracted slag were studied. The extraction percentage of soluble aluminum from the dross reached 80% at a temperature of 353 K, liquid-to-solid ratio of 12 mL·g^-1, stirring speed of 300 r·min^-1, and an extraction time of 15 min;the hydrolysis percentage of AlN reached 40% with an extraction time of 30 min. The activation energies of the soluble aluminum and AlN extracted from the dross were 7.15 and 8.98 kJ·mol^-1, respectively, indicating that their kinetics were controlled by outer diffusion without a product layer. The extracted slag was sintered in the temperature range 1373–1773 K;MgAl2O4 spinel with a compressive strength as high as 69.4 MPa was produced in the sample sintered at 1673 K for 3 h. This value exceeds the threshold (40 MPa) prescribed by the National Standard for the Magnesia and Magnesia-alumina Refractory Bricks of China (GB/T 2275?2007). These results establish the effectiveness of aluminum recovery from secondary aluminum dross and subsequent MgAl2O4 spinel synthesis. 展开更多

铝的析出电位比制氢的电位低,因而不可能从水溶液中电沉积铝,至今为止研发了许多使用非水溶剂的电沉积铝液,例如有机溶剂、高温熔盐、离子液体、低共熔溶剂,文章介绍了在上述四种非水溶剂中电沉积铝的发展和优缺点。

2013年-2016年平顶山市售油条、油饼中铝含量监测分析

目的了解2013年-2016年平顶山市售油条、油饼中铝含量状况,为食品安全监管提供依据。方法根据平顶山市经济和消费情况选择具有代表性的8个(县、区)作为监测点,从各监测点的餐饮店、农贸市场和路边摊位采集油条、油饼样品,按GB/T 5009.18... 目的了解2013年-2016年平顶山市售油条、油饼中铝含量状况,为食品安全监管提供依据。方法根据平顶山市经济和消费情况选择具有代表性的8个(县、区)作为监测点,从各监测点的餐饮店、农贸市场和路边摊位采集油条、油饼样品,按GB/T 5009.182-2003《面制食品中铝的测定》检测样品,根据GB 2760-2014 《食品添加剂使用标准》进行结果评价,并用SPSS 19.0软件对检测结果进行分析。结果 4年间共采集检测油条、油饼样品375份样品,平均铝含量为280.79 mg/kg(LOD~1 020.00 mg/kg),铝超标率为61.87%(232/375)。其中油条的平均铝含量为282.94 mg/kg,超标率为60.99%(197/323);油饼的平均铝含量为267.4 1mg/kg,超标率为67.31%(35/52);年份间油条、油饼铝含量的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.884,P=0.000);油条、油饼间铝含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同加工场所间油条、油饼铝含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论平顶山市油条、油饼的铝含量超标严重,加强监管力度可显著降低超标率。 展开更多
