目的 了解翻转课堂教学在泌尿外科理论教学中的应用效果,为改进教学方法提供参考。方法 选择2014级五年制本科临床医学1班和2班,1班设为教改班,2班设为普通班,每班120人,教改班采用翻转课堂教学,普通班采用传统课堂教学。课堂结束后,进... 目的 了解翻转课堂教学在泌尿外科理论教学中的应用效果,为改进教学方法提供参考。方法 选择2014级五年制本科临床医学1班和2班,1班设为教改班,2班设为普通班,每班120人,教改班采用翻转课堂教学,普通班采用传统课堂教学。课堂结束后,进行考试测验和调查问卷评价教学效果。采用Graphpad Prism 6.1进行t检验和卡方检验。结果 在章节考试测验中,教改班和普通班的平均成绩分别为(80.78±9.02)分、(75.03±7.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);课堂综合素质得分分别为(82.09±8.89)分、(76.34±6.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,学生总体满意度为98.5%,81.67%的学生积极参与学习,91.67%的学生愿意继续参加翻转课堂教学,75.84%的学生认为可提高学习积极性,65%的学生认为可提高自学能力,73.33%的学生认为提高了对学习内容的掌握,84.17%的学生认为加强了师生间、同学间的沟通。结论 翻转课堂在泌尿外科理论教学中的实施效果明显优于传统教学,更容易被学生所接受,值得推广。 展开更多

目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂在护理本科健康评估实训教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取延安大学西安创新学院2016级护理本科学生1个自然班为对照组(55人)。另外一个自然班为观察组(54人)。对照组健康评估实训采用传统教学,观察组采用基于... 目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂在护理本科健康评估实训教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取延安大学西安创新学院2016级护理本科学生1个自然班为对照组(55人)。另外一个自然班为观察组(54人)。对照组健康评估实训采用传统教学,观察组采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学。通过课程考核、师生满意度测评和对观察组的调查评价效果,采用SPSS 21.0进行(检验和秩和检验。结果课程结束后进行课程考核,两组学生的实训成绩分别为:对照组(80.13 ±1.73)分,观察组(90.67 ±1.53)分;总评成绩分别为:对照组(76.36 ±2.05)分,观察组(84.21 ± 1.66)分。组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。师生满意度测评结果比较显示,教师评价基本满意和满意对照组占89.09%,观察组占98.15%,学生评价基本满意和满意对照组占94.55%,观察组占98.15%;两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组教学效果调查问卷显示,90%以上的学生满意。结论基于微课的翻转课堂教学能促进学生对健康评估课程理论知识和实践技能的掌握。 展开更多

The flipped learning model, which “flips” traditional in-class lectures with cooperative activities, has obtained lots of followers and backers in education. Usually teachers have a negative attitude toward flipped model. Teachers have their stance, and flipped model is still in the exploration stage in vocational education context at present. Studies and design models for flipped learning in secondary vocational education are insufficient. However, flipped classroom is an educational tool which may benefit students. This paper attempts to provide a foundation for further research and implementation for flipped learning in secondary vocational education. It was found that there is no quick answer to the question whether the flipped classroom should and can be introduced to secondary vocational schools or not, but teachers should implement flipped classroom positively. 展开更多

The appearance of flipped classrooms has broken the barrier of traditional education and provides a new train of thought for innovation and entrepreneurship teaching model reform in colleges and universities. 目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂应用于健康评估理论教学的效果。方法两个护理本科班分为对照组(48人)和实验组(48人),对照组采用传统教学即“预习-授课-复习-考试”的方法进行胸部体格检查的理论教学。实验组采用基于微课的翻转课堂,将教... 目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂应用于健康评估理论教学的效果。方法两个护理本科班分为对照组(48人)和实验组(48人),对照组采用传统教学即“预习-授课-复习-考试”的方法进行胸部体格检查的理论教学。实验组采用基于微课的翻转课堂,将教学内容制作成微课视频供学生课前学习,课中分别采用知识点回顾、小组协作及总结的方法进行知识内化,课后通过微课视频进行知识巩固。使用自我导向学习能力量表比较课前及课程结束后学生的自我导向学习能力,并比较课程结业理论考试成绩及学生对教学的满意度。采用SPSS13.0进行t检验。结果课前两组学生自我导向学习能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),课程结束后实验组学生自我导向学习能力评分(73.15±6.20)与对照组(55.88±7.17)相比,差异有统计学意义(t=-12.629,P=0.000)。实验组学生理论考核成绩为(78±11)分,与对照组[(69±13)分]相比,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.751,P=0.000)。实验组学生对教学的满意度也高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂提高了学生的自我学习能力,提升了健康评估理论教学的效果。 展开更多
