掺杂型镍钴锰三元素复合氢氧化物试样用盐酸溶解,于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪上(ICP-AES),选择合适的分析谱线,采用标准工作曲线法,在5%的盐酸介质中同时测定Al、Mg、Ti、Sr、Zr、La、Y等七种掺杂元素的含量。大量的镍、钴、锰基... 掺杂型镍钴锰三元素复合氢氧化物试样用盐酸溶解,于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪上(ICP-AES),选择合适的分析谱线,采用标准工作曲线法,在5%的盐酸介质中同时测定Al、Mg、Ti、Sr、Zr、La、Y等七种掺杂元素的含量。大量的镍、钴、锰基体不会对测定造成干扰,掺杂离子相互之间不干扰测定,此方法各元素的检出限在0.0005~0.008μg/mL之间,在对实际样品的测定结果其相对标准偏差不大于2.92%,加标回收率为95.4%~103.8%,具有很高的准确度和精密度,适用于实际产品掺杂型镍钴锰三元素复合氢氧化物中掺杂元素的测定。 展开更多

绵阳地区2292例0~6岁儿童Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg检测结果分析

目的了解绵阳地区0~6岁儿童Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg五种元素各年龄阶段的现状。方法采用BH2200S原子吸收光谱仪对2017年6月~2018年5月儿童保健门诊2 292例0~6岁儿童Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg五种元素进行检测,现对检测结果回顾性统计分析。结果绵... 目的了解绵阳地区0~6岁儿童Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg五种元素各年龄阶段的现状。方法采用BH2200S原子吸收光谱仪对2017年6月~2018年5月儿童保健门诊2 292例0~6岁儿童Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg五种元素进行检测,现对检测结果回顾性统计分析。结果绵阳地区0~6岁儿童Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg的缺乏率分别为43.28%、31.50%、0.79%、15.23%、0.65%。不同年龄组儿童缺Ca率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别比较仅缺Ca率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同季节五种元素的比较,冬春季节Fe缺乏情况较夏秋季节更易发生(P<0.05)。结论绵阳地区0~6岁儿童五种元素中Ca、Fe、Zn缺乏较多,尤以Ca为甚,应加强儿童保健的知识宣讲,优化儿童的饮食结构。 展开更多

目的:探究丙种球蛋白联用糖皮质激素(GCs)治疗重症肌无力(MG)的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 :回顾性分析我院收治的60例MG患者的临床资料,以治疗方式的不同分为两组,各30例。对照组采用GCs治疗,观察组采用丙种球蛋白[0.4g/(kg·d)... 目的:探究丙种球蛋白联用糖皮质激素(GCs)治疗重症肌无力(MG)的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 :回顾性分析我院收治的60例MG患者的临床资料,以治疗方式的不同分为两组,各30例。对照组采用GCs治疗,观察组采用丙种球蛋白[0.4g/(kg·d)]联合GCs治疗,两组治疗期间同时口服溴吡斯的明片。比较两组临床效果、免疫功能及不良反应。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+较治疗前降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组CD8~+、免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG较治疗前升高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 :丙种球蛋白联合GCs治疗MG的临床疗效较好,可改善患者的免疫功能,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

The high-strain-rate mechanical response of Mg alloy/SiC_p composite foams has received increased attention in recent years due to their light weight and potential to absorb large amounts of energy during deformation. Dynamic compressive properties of closed-cell Mg alloy/SiC_p composite foams with diff erent relative densities(0.162, 0.227 and 0.351) and diff erent SiC_p additions(0, 4 and 8 wt%) have been investigated using Split-Hopkinson pressure bar. It is shown that peak stress and energy absorption capacity signifi cantly increase as the relative density increases at the range of testing strain rates. Peak stress and energy absorption display strain rate dependence. The peak stress of specimens with 0 wt% and 4 wt% SiC particles additions grows with increasing strain rate. Meanwhile, the increment in the peak stress of specimens with 8 wt% addition is not signifi cant with strain rate increasing. The increase in strain rate increases the energy absorption capacity. The suitable amount of SiC particles addition has great advantages over increasing the peak stress and energy absorption capacity at the high strain rate. The strain-rate-sensitive matrix, cell morphology, morphological defects and gas pressure have an impact on the strain-rate sensitivity of Mg alloy/SiC_p composite foams. 展开更多

采用燃烧合成方法研究了添加微量Mg对MoSi2多孔材料的燃烧合成行为和产物性能的影响,分析了燃烧模式、燃烧产物宏观形貌、燃烧温度、多孔材料微观结构、抗氧化性和相组成。结果表明:试样在燃烧合成时燃烧波均以螺旋模式传播,在加Mg试样... 采用燃烧合成方法研究了添加微量Mg对MoSi2多孔材料的燃烧合成行为和产物性能的影响,分析了燃烧模式、燃烧产物宏观形貌、燃烧温度、多孔材料微观结构、抗氧化性和相组成。结果表明:试样在燃烧合成时燃烧波均以螺旋模式传播,在加Mg试样中,合成产物宏观形貌较反应前均发生明显体积膨胀,燃烧前后高度增加比例按加Mg多少顺序依次是2%,12.5%,20%,30%,37.5%;随着Mg含量的增加,燃烧波前沿蔓延速度逐渐增大,总孔隙度和开孔隙度均增大,开孔隙度占总孔隙度比例总体持平,在加Mg试样中实验测得燃烧温度逐渐升高;XRD图谱表明五组试样合成产物中主要成分为MoSi2,纯MoSi2的产物有少量Mo5Si3相,加Mg试样随Mg含量的增加MgO相略有增加;燃烧产物在500℃低温氧化比在1200℃高温预氧化后的低温氧化更易氧化,加Mg试样比纯MoSi2试样更易氧化。 展开更多

The effects of Mg on the microstructure and growth kinetics of the hot-dip Zn-22.3 Al-1.1 Si-x Mg(x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6) coatings were investigated in detail. Scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction studies revealed the presence of η-Zn, α-Al, Zn/Al eutectoid,(Si), Al/Si eutectic, and Zn/Al/Mg2 Zn11 ternary eutectic on the top surface of these Mg-containing coatings. Especially, a small amount of MgZn2 phase appears in top surface of Zn-22.3 Al-1.1 Si-0.6 Mg coating. Five phases are found in the alloy layers, i e, Fe2 Al5, FeAl3, τ5C, τ5H, and τ1. The addition of 0.2% Mg can delay the emergence of FeAl3 phase. When the Mg content is more than 0.2%, the outer layers of coating change from τ5C to τ5H phase. The growth of the inhibition layer is diffusion controlled for various Mg content baths. Mg improves the corrosion resistance of the Mg-containing coatings, and the Zn-22.3 Al-1.1 Si-0.6 Mg coating possesses the highest protective properties. 展开更多

As-extruded Mg-Sr alloy, a kind of promising biodegradable biomedical material, was coated using micro-arc oxidation and also using a phosphate conversion coating. The corrosion behaviors were investigated using Hanks' solution. The corrosion of the as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy became more serious with increasing immersion time;that is, the corrosion pits became more numerous, larger and deeper, The micro-arc oxidation coating and the phosphate conversion coating were effective in improving the corrosion resistance of the as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy. The micro-arc oxidation coating was much more effective. Moreover, the as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy and the coated as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy exhibited lower corrosion rates than the as-cast Mg-Sr alloy and the corresponding coated as-cast Mg-Sr alloy, indicating that the corrosion properties of the coated samples are dependent on their substrates. The finer microstructure of the substrate of the as-extruded condition corroded much slower. The corrosion resistance of the coated Mg-Sr alloy depended on the coating itself and on the microstructure of the substrate. 展开更多

Brittleness is a dominant issue that restricts potential applications of Mg2Si intermetallic compounds(IMC).In this paper,guided by first-principles calculations,we found that Al doping will enhance the ductility of Mg2Si.The underlying mechanism is that Al doping could reduce the electronic exchange effect between Mg and Si atoms,and increase the volume module/shear modulus ratio,both of which are beneficial to the deformation capability of Mg2Si.Experimental investigations were then carried out to verify the calculation results with Al doping contents ranging from Al-free to 10wt%.Results showed that the obtained ductile-brittle transition temperature of the Mg2Si-Al alloy decreased and the corresponding ductility increased.Specifically,the ductile-brittle transition temperature could be reduced by about 100℃.When the content of Al reached 6wt%,α-Al phase started to precipitate,and the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the alloy no longer decreased. 展开更多

The application of a single pass of friction stir processing(FSP) to Mg-Nd-Zn alloy resulted in grain refinement, texture evolution and redistribution of second phases, which improved corrosion resistance.In this work, an as-rolled Mg-Nd-Zn alloy was subjected to FSP. The microstructure in the processed zone of the FS-400 rpm alloy exhibited refined grains, a more homogenous grain size distribution, less second phases, and stronger basal plane texture. The corrosion behavior assessed using immersion tests and electrochemical tests in Hank’s solution indicated that the FS-400 rpm alloy had a lower corrosion rate, which was attributed to the increase of basal plane intensity and grain refinement. The hardness was lowered slightly and the elongation was increased, which might be attributed to the redistribution of the crushed second phases. 展开更多

A new phase MgYZn4 in Mg-Zn-Y alloy was studied using aberration-corrected scanning-transmission electron microscopy and first-principles calculations. Nanometer-sized MgYZn4 precipitates were formed through ordered substitutions of Y with 50% Mg atoms in MgZn2. MgYZn4 has an orthorhombic structure with a space group of Pmnn, and lattice parameters a =5.2965∧, b =9.4886∧, and c =8.5966 ∧. Importantly, both size and structure of MgYZn4 are stable at 625 K for 5 h, showing higher thermostability than MgZn2, which should be important for applications at elevated temperatures. The enhanced thermostability of MgYZn4 is attributed to the lower formation energy and bonding enhancement due to Y substitution. 展开更多

Mg and its alloys are the lightest structural metals available and are extremely attractive for applications as lightweight components, particularly in the automobile, electronic, and aerospace industries. The global market for wrought Mg alloys has steadily expanded over the past decade. And numerous studies have been carried out to meet this increasing demand of high-performance Mg alloys. However, Mg extrusion alloys have had a very limited usage so far. To overcome existing industrial challenges, one desirable approach is the development of low-cost rare earth(RE) free Mg extrusion alloys with superior mechanical properties. This review will introduce the recent research highlights in the extrusion of Mg alloys, specifi cally focusing on low-cost RE-free Mg alloy. The results from both the literature and our previous study are summarized and critically reviewed. Several aspects of RE-free Mg extrusion alloys are described in detail:(1) novel alloying designs including Mg–Al-, Mg–Zn-, Mg–Ca-, Mg–Sn-, and Mg–Bi-based alloys,(2) advanced extrusion techniques, and(3) extrusion-related severe plastic deformation(SPD) processing. Accordingly, considering the large gap in mechanical properties between the current RE-free Mg alloys and high-performance aluminum alloys, new alloy design, processing route control, and recommendations for future research on RE-free Mg extrusion alloys are also proposed. We hope this review will not only off er insightful information regarding the extrusion of RE-free Mg alloys but also inspire the development of new Mg extrusion technologies. 展开更多
