“Exploring petroleum inside source kitchen”: Connotation and prospects of source rock oil and gas 预览

Based on the transitional background of the global energy structure, exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas, and investigation of key basins, the unconventional oil and gas resources are divided into three types: source rock oil and gas, tight oil and gas, and retention and accumulated oil and gas. Source rock oil and gas resources are the global strategic supplies of oil and gas, the key resource components in the second 150-year life cycle of the future petroleum industry, and the primary targets for “exploring petroleum inside source kitchen”. The geological connotation of source rock oil and gas was proposed, and the models of source rock oil and gas generation, expulsion and accumulation were built, and five source rock oil and gas generation sections were identified, which may determine the actual resource potential under available technical conditions. The formation mechanism of the “sweet sections” was investigated, that is, shale oil is mainly accumulated in the shale section that is close to the oil generation section and has higher porosity and permeability, while the “sweet sections” of coal-bed methane(CBM) and shale gas have self-contained source and reservoir and they are absorbed in coal seams or retained in the organic-rich black shale section, so evaluation and selection of good 'sweet areas(sections)' is the key to “exploring petroleum inside source kitchen”. Source rock oil and gas resources have a great potential and will experience a substantial growth for over ten world-class large “coexistence basins” of conventional-unconventional oil and gas in the future following North America, and also will be the primary contributor to oil stable development and the growth point of natural gas production in China, with expected contribution of 15% and 30% to oil and gas, respectively, in 2030. 目前"十三五"进程过半,开展油气资源勘探开发规划中期评估,及时发现趋势性、风险性问题,提出加强和改善意见建议,有助于增强国内油气资源的供给能力。为此,基于我国《石油发展"十三五"规划》《天然气发展"十三... 目前"十三五"进程过半,开展油气资源勘探开发规划中期评估,及时发现趋势性、风险性问题,提出加强和改善意见建议,有助于增强国内油气资源的供给能力。为此,基于我国《石油发展"十三五"规划》《天然气发展"十三五"规划》等专项规划,结合国内外经济形势,评估了上述规划实施以来的油气储量与产量目标完成情况、重点任务实施进展情况,探讨了目前面临的主要问题,并提出了增强规划实施的意见和建议。评估结果表明:①截至2018年底,我国石油、天然气、煤层气和页岩气新增探明地质储量基本达到规划预期,相继发现鄂尔多斯盆地南梁、环江等多个亿吨级油田,鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田和四川盆地安岳气田等多个千亿立方米级大气田;②石油产量连续3年下降,天然气产量稳步增加,呈现出"油降气增"的态势,油气可持续发展形势较为严峻。结论认为:①规划执行情况总体良好,"十三五"后期需要切实采取有效措施,全力推进油气储量、产量持续增长,保障国家能源供应安全;②深层、深水盆地油气将成为未来增储上产的重点区域,是我国油气资源勘探开发的重要战略接替区;③非常规油气增储上产比重将逐步增大,致密油气、页岩气、煤层气和天然气水合物等非常规油气资源成为增储的重要组成部分;④我国将进入天然气储量、产量快速增长阶段。 展开更多

Gl obal recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands have been assessed by CNPC using a geology-based assessment method combined with the traditional volumetric method,spatial interpolation method,parametric-probability method etc.The most favourable areas for exploration have been selected in accordance with a comprehensive scoring system.The results show:(1)For geological resources,CNPC estimate 991.18 billion tonnes of heavy oil and 501.26 billion tonnes of oil sands globally,of which technically recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands comprise 126.74 billion tonnes and 64.13 billion tonnes respectively.More than 80%of the resources occur within Tertiary and Cretaceous reservoirs distributed across 69 heavy-oil basins and 32 oil-sands basins.99%of recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands occur within foreland basins,passive continental-margin basins and cratonic basins.(2)Since residual hydrocarbon resources remain following large-scale hydrocarbon migration and destruction,heavy oil and oil sands are characterized most commonly by late hydrocarbon accumulation,the same basin types and source-reservoir conditions as for conventional hydrocarbon resources,shallow burial depth and stratabound reservoirs.(3)Three accumulation models are recognised,depending on basin type:degradation along slope;destruction by uplift;and migration along faults.(4)In addition to mature exploration regions such as Canada and Venezuela,the Volga-Ural Basin and the Pre-Caspian Basin are less well-explored and have good potential for oil-sand discoveries,and it is predicted that the Middle East will be an important region for heavy-oil development. 展开更多

This paper summarizes the latest achievements and technological progress in oil and gas production engineering of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) and discusses the main four challenges faced: developing low quality resource at low oil price;keeping stable production of mature oilfields when well oil production drops year by year;low systematic efficiency, high cost, prominent environmental protection issue and short of technological strategy for high water cut ratio and high oil recovery ratio oilfields;and lacking of high level horizontal well drilling and completion technology to develop unconventional and deep reservoirs. Three technological development directions to address these challenges are put forward: developing fracture controlling stimulation and well factory to produce low quality resource economically, developing re-fracturing technology for old wells in mature oilfields, promoting the fourth generation separate layer water injection technology to stabilize the production of mature oilfields;innovating new technologies of water flooding with nano-material, injecting and producing through one well. 展开更多

Achievable supercooling for the formation of methane hydrate from water emulsions was studied in seven different crude oils and in decane.The experiments were performed under constant rate cooling from+20 to-15°C and a pressure of methane of 12 MPa.It was demonstrated that the shapes and positions of the resulting survival curves depend on the density,viscosity and dispersive power of oil samples used in the experiments,as well as on the degree of oil oxidation.In addition,results of the experiments on ice freezing under the same emulsions are presented.The results obtained in the work allowed us to discuss the possibility and features of primary and secondary nucleation of the hydrate and ice in the systems under consideration. 展开更多

The promotion of the competitive transfer of mining rights has continued, and Xinjiang has for the first time sold the exploration rights of five oil and gas exploration blocks through listing. The supervision of the fair opening of oil and gas pipeline networks has been strengthened, and oil and gas infrastructure will be opened to third parties. Market access for oil sales has been further relaxed, and restrictions on more than 30 foreign-funded chain gas stations requiring Chinese ownership have been lifted.The management system of oil and gas import and export has been improved, and non-state-owned trading enterprises in the free trade zone have for the first time been granted the right to import crude oil. The pricing mechanism of natural gas has been further improved;the price management of residential gas has been changed from the highest gate station price management to reference gate station price management so as to realize the connection between residential gas and nonresidential gas reference price levels. The promotion of the successful listing of Shanghai crude oil futures will promote the formation of Asian pricing power for crude oil and enhance China’s influence on pricing in the international oil market. 以微拟球藻和小球藻两种富油微藻为研究对象,研究了酸碱预处理,采用水酶法联合应用对两种微藻细胞酶解破壁后微藻油脂提取率的影响,并考察了萃取溶剂对油脂提取率和微藻油脂组成的影响。结果表明,在较低的温度下,通过对两种微藻碱预处理... 以微拟球藻和小球藻两种富油微藻为研究对象,研究了酸碱预处理,采用水酶法联合应用对两种微藻细胞酶解破壁后微藻油脂提取率的影响,并考察了萃取溶剂对油脂提取率和微藻油脂组成的影响。结果表明,在较低的温度下,通过对两种微藻碱预处理,采用商业化的纤维素酶、果胶酶和蛋白酶复合酶对微拟球藻进行酶解,而小球藻用纤维素酶酶解,然后使用双溶剂体系进行萃取,微拟球藻的油脂提取率可达95%以上,小球藻油脂提取率也可达77%以上。对提取油脂进行分析可知,采用不同双溶剂体系得到的微藻油脂组成有所不同,采用正己烷-乙醇为溶剂萃取的微藻油脂中可皂化物的含量相对较高。微藻油脂中的多不饱和脂肪酸中含有丰富的C20以上的长链脂肪酸,特别是二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、花生四烯酸(ARA)等对人体有益的营养成分含量较高,体现了微藻养殖的产业前景。本研究的方法和结果可对促进微拟球藻和小球藻高效节能的油脂提取参考,为微藻产业化应用提供技术支持。 展开更多

We developed an in situ synthesis strategy for preparing well-dispersed CuO nanoparticles as aquathermolysis catalyst for viscosity reduction in Shengli heavy oil(China). A Cu(OH)2-contained microemulsion was employed as a carrier to disperse the precursor Cu(OH)2 to the heavy oil phase. Under aquathermolysis condition(240 ℃, 2.5 MPa of N2), the Cu(OH)2 precursors would first be converted in situ to well-crystallized and size-homogeneous CuO nanoparticles naturally, catalyzed by which the viscosity of Shengli heavy oil could be reduced as much as 94.6%;simultaneously, 22.4% of asphaltenes were converted to light components. The agglomeration of the in situ prepared monoclinic CuO nanoparticles could be negligible throughout the catalytic reaction. Based on the characterization results of 1 H NMR, elemental analysis and GC-MS of oil samples before and after catalytic aquathermolysis, the mechanism for viscosity reduction of heavy oil in the catalytic system was investigated.更多 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the in vitro antiproliferative action of essential oil from Salvia officinalis L.(S. officinalis) grown in Sicily(Italy), and its main components on hormone-dependent cancer cell lines. Methods: S. officinalis essential oil was prepared by hydrodistillation. The actions of the S. officinalis essential oil and its three principal components(毩-thujone, 1,8-cineole and camphor) were evaluated in LNCaP cells(prostate carcinoma), MCF7 cells(breast carcinoma) and He La cells(cervical carcinoma) at various dosages and diverse time points. Cell viability and proliferation were estimated using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay. Results: S. officinalis essential oil at doses of 100 μg/m L and 200 μg/m L induced a significant reduction of cell viability in MCF7, LNCa P and He La cell lines after a 48-hour incubation. The same cell lines also showed decreased cell viability when they were treated with a mixture of three major components of the essential oil, at doses of 100 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL, after a 48-hour incubation. Conclusions: These preliminary results could shed light on the formulation of new therapeutic agents with antiproliferative activity. Thus supplementary investigations are fundamental to examine the molecular mechanisms of the anticancer effects of this species of Salvia in cancer cells and to achieve confirmation of its in vivo anticancer activity. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the efficacies of 12 essential oil(EO) formulations from three Zingiberaceae plants(Alpinia galanga, Curcuma zedoaria, and Zingiber cassumunar) individually and in combination with an augmenting Eucalyptus globulus(E. globulus) EO against females of Aedes albopictus(Ae. albopictus) and Anopheles minimus(An. minimus). Methods: These formulations were evaluated for their ovicidal, oviposition deterrent and adulticidal activities against Ae. albopictus and An. minimus by a topical method, a double-choice method and a WHO susceptibility test, respectively. Results: It was found that all formulations of Zingiberaceae plants EOs augmented with E. globulus EO were more effective in oviposition deterrent, ovicidal, and adulticidal activities against the two mosquito species than all of the formulations used without E. globulus EO. Their oviposition deterrent, ovicidal and adulticidal activities were equivalent to those of 10% w/v cypermethrin. In contrast, 70% v/v ethyl alcohol as a control alone was not effective at all. The highest synergistic effect in effective repellency against Ae. albopictus was achieved by 5% Alpinia galanga EO + 5% E. globulus EO and against An. minimus was 5% Zingiber cassumunar EO + 5% E. globulus EO. Moreover, the highest synergistic effects in ovicidal activities against Ae. albopictus and An. minimus were achieved by 10% Zingiber cassumunar EO + 10% E. globulus EO and 5% Curcuma zedoaria EO + 5% E. globulus EO, respectively. For the adulticidal activities, the highest synergistic effect against two mosquitoes was achieved by 5% Curcuma zedoaria EO + 5% E. globulus EO. Conclusions: These results suggest that Zingiberaceae plant EOs augmented with E. globulus EO have a high potential to be developed into oviposition deterrent, ovicidal, and adulticidal agents for controlling populations of Ae. albopictus and An. minimus. 展开更多

This work aimed to evaluate the effects of the food supplementation with coconut oil(CO)on biometric and metabolic parameters in an animal model of obesity.Wistar rats fed a high-carbohydrate diet(HCD rats)develop metabolic disorders very similar to those found in human metabolic syndrome,including increased adiposity,insulin resistance(IR),non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and dyslipidemia.Although HCD rats had normal fasting glycemia,they developed IR as revealed by Homa-IR index and,after glucose overload,exhibited higher peaks of insulinemia and glycemia.These alterations were accompanied by a higher formation of advanced glycated end products(AGEs).The supplementation with CO improved IR,reduced AGEs formation and reverted NAFLD.These effects could be due to CO action of reducing visceral adipocyte size and take place without undesirable collateral effects on lipid profile,placing CO as an adjuvant in the treatment of the metabolic syndrome. 展开更多

为了考察粗酶水相提取大豆油过程中蛋白酶解和油脂释放状态,监测酶解过程中总油、总蛋白提取率以及蛋白相对分子质量变化,同时采用扫描电镜、考马斯亮兰与苏丹红Ⅲ染色显微观察技术研究酶解过程中油脂和蛋白在豆粉、水解液、乳状液中的... 为了考察粗酶水相提取大豆油过程中蛋白酶解和油脂释放状态,监测酶解过程中总油、总蛋白提取率以及蛋白相对分子质量变化,同时采用扫描电镜、考马斯亮兰与苏丹红Ⅲ染色显微观察技术研究酶解过程中油脂和蛋白在豆粉、水解液、乳状液中的分布状态。结果表明:随酶解时间延长,蛋白酶解程度加深,油脂释放量提升,水解蛋白中相对分子质量大于33 000 Da的多肽含量逐渐降低,而相对分子质量小于5 500 Da的短肽含量增加。酶解6 h时,总蛋白和总油提取率均达到最高,分别为90. 1%和94. 2%,此时蛋白水解液中短肽(<5 500 Da)含量最高,占49. 63%,相对分子质量大于33 000 Da的多肽仅占21. 15%。扫描电镜图显示由于酶解作用豆粉内的蛋白和油脂逐渐被分解和释放,原本充盈的细胞转变为空的残渣。光镜图显示,伴随豆粉酶解,水解液中蛋白含量逐渐增加,释放的油脂在水解液和乳状液中均有分布,随酶解时间延长油滴数量增加、粒径增大。 展开更多
