Iron-based nan oparticles with un iform and high particle dispersi on,which are supported on carb on structures,have been used for various applications.However,their preparation still suffers from complicated synthesis involving multiple steps and from the high price of precursors and solve nts.In the prese nt work,a new carbon en capsulated iron-carbide nano particle supported on n itroge rvdoped porous carbon(Fe5C2@C/NPC)structure was introduced.It was made using a simple solid-state reaction with sequential thermal treatments.Fe5C2@C/NPC is a highly active and stable catalyst for the high-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction.It showed very high hydrocarbon productivity(4.71 gHc gcat^-1·h^-1)with high CO conversions(up to 96%). 展开更多

Solvent exchange is widely used to synthesize magnetic nanoclusters (MNCs).However,it remains a challenge to increase the production and decrease the addition ofsurfactants,both of which are important for the application and functionalization of MNCs.Herein,we use a rapid and tunable mixing method to control the assembly of Fe3O4 nanoparticles.This method involves shear-mixing in a channel of a Tjunction micromixer.Smaller and more monodisperse MNCs were synthesized with less surfactant,when compared with conventional bulk synthesis.Varying the mixing rate and the formula of the magnetic suspension allowed for the flexible adjustment of the nanocluster size while maintaining a uniformly sized MNCs.The flow synthesis and ease of scale-up make this method potentially suitable for broad industrial application. 展开更多

Given a target image containing several existing objects with shadows,and an input source object with a specified insertion position, the network generates a realistic shadow for the source object. The shadow is synthesized by a generator;using the proposed local adversarial and global adversarial discriminators, the synthetic shadow’s appearance is locally realistic in shape, and globally consistent with other objects’ shadows in terms of shadow direction and area. To overcome the lack of training data,we produced training samples based on public 3D models and rendering technology. Experimental results from a user study show that the synthetic shadowed results look natural and authentic. 展开更多

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), first synthesized in 1818 through the acidification of barium peroxide (BaO2) with nitric acid, is a clear and colorless liquid which is entirely miscible with water and variety of organic solvents such as carboxylic acid and esters. Anthraquinone process (an old production process of H2O2), a batch process carried out in large facilities is an energy demanding process that requires large facilities, and involves oxidation of anthraquinone molecules and sequential hydrogenation. Moreover, the direct synthesis method enables production in a continuous mode as well as it permits small scale, decentralized production. Many drawbacks associated with these processes such as, energetic inefficiency and inherent disadvantages have motivated researchers, industry and academia to find out alternative for synthesis of H2O2. Electrochemical route based on catalyst selectively reduce oxygen to hydrogen peroxide. O2 is cathodically reduced to produce H2O2 via 2-electron pathway or 4-electron pathway to get H2O. Electrolysis of water has an important place in storage and electrochemical energy conversion process where problem is to choose a sufficiently stable and active electrode for anodic oxygen evolution reaction. Most commonly used catalysts on the cathode are carbon based materials such as carbon black, carbon nanotubes, graphite, carbon sponge, and carbon fiber. In perspective of expanding demand of production and usage of hydrogen peroxide we review the past literature to summarize different production processes of H2O2. In this review, we mainly focus on electrochemical production of hydrogen peroxide along with other alternatives, such as anthraquinone method for industrial H2O2 production and direct synthesis process. We also review the catalytic activity, selectivity and stability for enhanced yield of H2O2. Monodispersed dihydrated zinc oxalate(ZnC2O4·2H2O)particles with characteristic morphology were synthesized by aging a mixed solution of zinc nitrate(Zn(NO3)2)and sodium oxalate(Na2C2O4)in the presence of a citrate ligand,with an average flat size of approximately 10–15μm.The important parameters,including the solution pH values and the concentration of the zinc ions and citrate ligand,were investigated using a series of experiments.It is verified that the citrate ligand significantly affects the morphology of zinc oxalate particles,probably via its multiple roles of chelating,dispersing,and selective absorption.Thermodynamic equilibrium of the distribution of zinc species in an aqueous solution of Zn(II)-citrate-oxalate-H2O was estimated to explain the experimental results and to clarify the size and morphological evolution mechanism of the precipitated particles. 展开更多

The demand for highly efficient solid-state luminophores is continuously growing due to their potential applications in optoelectrical devices,chemosensors,and biological applications.The discovery of luminogens with aggregation-induced emission(AIE)by Tang et al.in 2001 provides a good reponse to this demand.Among the exploited AIE luminogens,AIE-active polymers possess many advantages such as simple synthesis,convenient structrue modifications,and good processability,which offer an extensive platform for scientists and engineers.Herein,the design principles and latest synthetic advancement of AIE-active polymers are summarized,including click polymerization and multicomponent polymerization.Non-conjugated heteroatom-rich polymers were in situ generated and demonstated non-conventional clusteroluminoscence.Advanced applications including fluorescent sensors,stimuli-responsive materials,biological applications,circularly polarized luminescence,and electroluminescence are then introduced in detail.AIE-active polymers display the signal-amplification effect for sensitive and selective response to chemo/bioanalytes or stimuli and enhanced photosensitization effect for cancer theranostics.Retrospecting the expansion of this field can further strengthen our belief that AIE-active polymers are promising for conceptual innovation and technological breakthroughs in the near future. 展开更多

目的设计合成2个系列新型聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶-1(PARP-1)抑制剂并测定其体外抗肿瘤细胞增殖活性。方法以上市药物为先导化合物,设计合成了系列以6,8-二氟-2-硫代-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮及6-氟-2-硫代-2,3-二氢吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4(... 目的设计合成2个系列新型聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶-1(PARP-1)抑制剂并测定其体外抗肿瘤细胞增殖活性。方法以上市药物为先导化合物,设计合成了系列以6,8-二氟-2-硫代-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮及6-氟-2-硫代-2,3-二氢吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4(1H)-酮为母核结构的化合物。采用Alarm Blue法测定目标化合物对体外培养的人源乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-436的增殖抑制作用。结果与结论合成了10个未见文献报道的新化合物,其结构经1H-NMR、13C-NMR、质谱确证。初步体外细胞活性结果表明,目标化合物对MDA-MB-436细胞具有一定的增殖抑制作用(IC50值为14.1~1 246 nmol·L^-1);具有6,8-二氟-2-硫代-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮母核的目标化合物16a~16e对MDA-MB-436细胞的抑制活性普遍高于目标物16f~16j,其中,化合物16c的抑制活性略低于阳性对照药奥拉帕尼;6,8-二氟-2-硫代-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮母核具有一定的抑制肿瘤增殖活性,可为化合物进一步的结构修饰提供参考依据。 展开更多

Type Synthesis of Lower Mobility Parallel Mechanisms: A Review

Type synthesis of mechanisms aims to systematically determine all possible structures for a specific mobility requirement. Numerous methods based on di erent theories were proposed for type synthesis of lower mobility parallel mechanisms in past decades. However, there does not exist a comprehensive review on these approaches. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to give such a review, classifying the approaches proposed in the literature into three groups, namely, motion-based methods, constraint-based methods, and other methods. The motion-based methods include the Lie group based method, the GF set method, the linear transformation method, the POC set method,and the finite screw method. The constraint-based methods involve the screw theory-based method, the virtual chain method, the method based on Grassmann line geometry and line graphs, and the motion constraint generator method. Other methods contain the enumeration approach based on the general CGK mobility formula and the graph theory method. Upon thoroughly analyzing the characteristics and/or limitations of each method, this review provides a well reference to help researchers find an e ective synthesis method for innovative design and further scientific investigations for mechanisms. 展开更多

It was reported a facile strategy to fabricate magnetite(Fe3O4)single-crystal particles with critical single-domain size by employing graphene oxide(GO)sheets as template.In this method,the small-sized Fe2 O3 nanoparticles were first synthesized,and then low-temperature annealing under H2 would convert them into large-sized Fe3 O4 single-crystal particles.The synthetic particles with an average size of 100 nm exhibit high saturation magnetization(Ms)of 0.085 A·m^2·g^-1,which is very close to theoretical value,being among the highest values in ever reported for Fe3O4 made from chemical methods.On this basis,the small-sized Fe3 O4 particles(average size of 30 nm)were also fabricated by coating with Na2 CO3 shell. 展开更多

[目的]寻找高活性的嘧啶酰胺类化合物。[方法]以氰基乙酰胺为原料,通过缩合、环化、缩合等步骤合成了7个2-甲基-5-氰基-嘧啶苯甲酰胺化合物,并对目标化合物进行生物测试。[结果] 7个目标化合物通过1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和元素分析进行确证其结构。生物活性测试标明:化合物质量浓度在50 mg/L时,化合物4c对油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)、马铃薯晚疫病菌(Phytophthora infestans)、水稻纹枯病(Thanatephorus cucumeris)、小麦赤霉病菌(Gibberella zeae)具有中等抑制率;同时化合物4f在200 mg/L时对玉米螟虫(Pyrausta nubilalis)具有100%的致死率。[结论] 2-甲基-5-氰基-嘧啶芳甲酰胺化合物具有较好的生物活性,在其结构上进一步修饰,期望得到活性较高的化合物。 展开更多
