Coal mine longwall gateroads are subject to changing loading conditions induced by the advancing longwall face. The ground response and support requirements are closely related to the magnitude and orientation of the stress changes, as well as the local geology. This paper presents the monitoring results of gateroad response and support performance at two longwall mines at a 180-m and 600-m depth of cover.At the first mine, a three-entry gateroad layout was used. The second mine used a four-entry, yieldabutment-yield gateroad pillar system. Local ground deformation and support response were monitored at both sites. The monitoring period started during the development stage and continued during first panel retreat and up to second panel retreat. The two data sets were used to compare the response of the entries in two very different geotechnical settings and different gateroad layouts. The monitoring results were used to validate numerical models that simulate the loading conditions and entry response for these widely differing conditions. The validated models were used to compare the load path and ground response at the two mines. This paper demonstrates the potential for numerical models to assist mine engineers in optimizing longwall layouts and gateroad support systems. 展开更多

Enhancing leadership and management in the aged care sector is likely to be achieved through adopting cultural changes that are aimed at promoting a healthy working environment in which employees have job satisfaction and are motivated to commit their efforts towards achieving the organizational goals. A conducive working environment offers support, inspiration, and harmonious social relationships among the workers in the aged care homes. Both management and leadership play a role in enhancing a healthy working condition obligatory for implementing new care initiatives, effective strategies and practices that should be appropriately articulated. The current research study aims at examining effective strategies and practices that enhance management and leadership in the aged care sector with the aim of ensuring that all care initiatives are successfully implemented. The research question for the study is focused on the leadership and management strategies used to promote the implementation of consumer-centered care in residential aged care facility. Analysis was aimed at understanding the importance of management and leadership in promoting the implementation of various initiatives surrounding new care models;in this case, the consumer-centered care model in the aged care facilities across Australia and other parts of the world. One major theme emerged from the analysis, which was transforming the organizational culture that was promoted through changing the organizational systems, embracing the “yes culture”, and changing the individuals’ work habits. The “yes culture” means that all individuals are dedicated to succeeding in making excellent decisions autonomously. The study identified that managers and leaders shifted their emphasis from compliance with laws and regulations to create a conducive work environment that empowers workers to support any new initiatives undertaken. BACKGROUND Mental health is one of the important dimensions of health,while depression is an important indicator of mental health evaluation.AIM To investigate the association between intergenerational emotional support and depression of non-cohabiting parents(≥45 years old)in China.METHODS We used the fourth wave data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(2015).The data was made up of ten main modules,the associated two datasets,and five constructed datasets.The first step is to select the corresponding module data according to the purpose of this study.Moreover,the data of the six modules are integrated by the unique ID code and we choose depression and non-cohabiting items as the selection conditions.4810 samples were selected,which mainly included data on intergenerational emotional support and the individual scores on depressive symptoms.RESULTS The average age of 4810 respondents was(60.56±14.613)years old.Females were accounted for more than half of the samples(52.6%).74.0%respondents from rural areas and approximately 63.3%of the participants had a chronic disease.The mean value of the CESD-10 score was 13.06(SD5.225).Both faces to face and phone contacts were protective factors on depression symptoms in the mid-aged and seniors in China(P<0.05).In terms of the frequency of face to face contact,the more frequently you met your parents,the lower your parents'depressive score was.Also,phone contact variable results are displayed as a positive correlation completely between inter-generational contacts from children and depressive symptoms in non-cohabiting parents in China.Children’s education level and income level were also reducing the risk of depression in noncohabiting parents.However,gender,children’s numerous,chronic disease and chronic disease number were the risk factors.CONCLUSION Intergenerational emotional support is associated with depressive symptoms in non-cohabiting parents in China.However,the relationship was also affected by other variables. 展开更多

Rockbolt is widely employed all over the world as an effective ground reinforcement element in order to secure the underground workplaces.Ordinary encapsulated rebar or rebar rockbolt is most popular and commonly used as reinforcement in a ground support system because of its accessibility,cost effectiveness and easy practicability.Reinforcement elements in a seismic condition such as rock burst have to dissipate the energy release of the dynamic impact via their deformation and ultimate load capacity,knowing that the former is more important.In other words,achieving early stiff behaviour along with large deformation capacity in rockbolts are the goals for new development in rock reinforcement.Yielding rockbolts are expensive while some of them have large deformation capability with low ultimate load capacity.In this paper,modifications were made on encapsulation of rebar rockbolts to utilise it effectively as a yielding reinforcement in seismic conditions.Applying a sufficient decoupled length in the shank of rebar rockbolts which industry has regularly been using to control the bulking of the stress fractured ground,improves the deformation capacity of the bolt.Additionally,leaving a collar bonding underneath of the bearing pad and plate removes the weaknesses of the head anchorage of rockbolt.Therefore the dynamic performance of the bolt is improved by these easily applicable modifications.The behaviour and performance of encapsulated rockbolts have been discussed first,then the effects of modifications are illustrated.The proposed modification of the rebars is not only cost effective but also easy to apply in the field and improves the performance of reinforcements in seismic prone zones. 展开更多

传统试卷分析系统一般只是对考试成绩做简单的整体统计,如平均分、等级、不及格率等,用户缺乏对试题知识点掌握情况关联程度的准确了解。针对该问题提出一种基于用户反馈的关联规则挖掘算法。首先对原始数据进行预处理,得到试卷知识点... 传统试卷分析系统一般只是对考试成绩做简单的整体统计,如平均分、等级、不及格率等,用户缺乏对试题知识点掌握情况关联程度的准确了解。针对该问题提出一种基于用户反馈的关联规则挖掘算法。首先对原始数据进行预处理,得到试卷知识点评分权重表和二进制的学生得分率表。然后建立一个根据用户选择层数输出关联规则,以及查询与选定知识点相关的规则的新方案。最后,提出了一个考虑用户反馈、支持度和置信度阈值的关联规则挖掘算法,以过滤无用规则,提高挖掘效率。对VB试卷数据应用该算法,发现了基于用户反馈的有趣关联规则。实验结果表明基于用户反馈的关联规则挖掘优于其他关联规则挖掘算法,更易获得有趣的关联规则。 展开更多

Residuals-Based Deep Least Square Support Vector Machine with Redundancy Test Based Model Selection to Predict Time Series

The second LSSVM uses the fitting residuals of the f... In this paper, we propose a novel Residuals-Based Deep Least Squares Support Vector Machine(RBDLSSVM). In the RBD-LSSVM, multiple LSSVMs are sequentially connected. The second LSSVM uses the fitting residuals of the first LSSVM as input time series, and the third LSSVM trains the residuals of the second, and so on. The original time series is the input of the first LSSVM. Additionally, to obtain the best hyper-parameters for the RBD-LSSVM, we propose a model validation method based on redundancy test using Omni-Directional Correlation Function(ODCF). This method is based on the fact when a model is appropriate for a given time series, there should be no information or correlation in the residuals. We propose the use of ODCF as a statistic to detect nonlinear correlation between two random variables. Thus, we can select hyper-parameters without encountering overfitting,which cannot be avoided by only cross validation using the validation set. We conducted experiments on two time series: annual sunspot number series and monthly Total Column Ozone(TCO) series in New Delhi. Analysis of the prediction results and comparisons with recent and past studies demonstrate the promising performance of the proposed RBD-LSSVM approach with redundancy test based model selection method for modeling and predicting nonlinear time series. 展开更多

以80^#石蜡为相变材料,利用不同粒径膨胀石墨的多孔隙结构,以多层吸附、模压法压制方式制备了80^#石蜡/膨胀石墨定形复合相变材料。通过循环融冻实验分析了80^#石蜡的热稳定性和循环稳定性,滴定滤纸渗漏实验确定了不同组分复合相变材料... 以80^#石蜡为相变材料,利用不同粒径膨胀石墨的多孔隙结构,以多层吸附、模压法压制方式制备了80^#石蜡/膨胀石墨定形复合相变材料。通过循环融冻实验分析了80^#石蜡的热稳定性和循环稳定性,滴定滤纸渗漏实验确定了不同组分复合相变材料的渗漏率。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、HotDisk热常数分析仪等仪器对所制备复合相变材料的相变潜热、多孔基吸附结构、热导率、渗漏率等特性进行了分析。结果表明:当膨胀石墨的添加质量分数达到整体组分的8%时,复合定形相变材料的相变温度为80.86℃(吸热)和76.08℃(放热),相变潜热为130.12kJ/kg,且渗漏率小于0.3%。制备的复合定形相变材料具有形状稳定、渗漏率低、蓄热密度高的特点,且具有较长的使用寿命。 展开更多
