目的培养盐酸莫西沙星的单晶,并对其进行结构表征。方法通过溶剂挥发法制备盐酸莫西沙星单晶,并采用热重分析仪(TGA)–差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和粉末X射线衍射仪(PXRD)对其结晶形态进行了表征。结果制备得到盐酸莫西沙星无色透明针状结晶。... 目的培养盐酸莫西沙星的单晶,并对其进行结构表征。方法通过溶剂挥发法制备盐酸莫西沙星单晶,并采用热重分析仪(TGA)–差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和粉末X射线衍射仪(PXRD)对其结晶形态进行了表征。结果制备得到盐酸莫西沙星无色透明针状结晶。TGA-DSC结果显示盐酸莫西沙星单晶熔点为255℃。单晶X射线衍射结果表明该晶胞属于单斜晶系,P21空间群,分子式为C43H56Cl2F2N6O10,相对分子质量为925.84。结论采用X射线单晶衍射确证了盐酸莫西沙星单晶的结构,为盐酸莫西沙星的进一步开发提供了研究基础。 展开更多

目的 探讨具有降血脂作用的黄酮醇衍生物2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-4-氧代-4 H-色烯-3-基乙酸酯(4)晶体结构及旋光性。方法 采用X射线单晶衍射技术获得绝对构型及SGW○R-1自动旋光仪测定化合物旋光性。结果 X射线单晶衍射表明化合物4属... 目的 探讨具有降血脂作用的黄酮醇衍生物2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-4-氧代-4 H-色烯-3-基乙酸酯(4)晶体结构及旋光性。方法 采用X射线单晶衍射技术获得绝对构型及SGW○R-1自动旋光仪测定化合物旋光性。结果 X射线单晶衍射表明化合物4属于正交晶系,P212121空间群,晶胞参数a=7.763(2)7)A,b=13.930(4)7)A,c=14.906(4)7)A,α=β=γ=90.00°,V=1 611.91(8)7)A^3,Z=8;该晶态下分子间不存在氢键联系,分子以范德华力维系其在空间的稳定排列。从单晶数据可以看出,化合物4中二甲氧基取代的苯环相对于4 H-色烯骨架有33.9(2)°扭转,推测可能存在旋光性;进一步的旋光实验结果证明该化合物具有左旋光性,比旋光度为[α]19.1D=-5.077°。结论 从单晶结果可知,由于化合物4中,二甲氧基取代的苯环相对于4 H-色烯骨架有33.9(2)°扭转,形成手性,化合物具有旋光性。这类非黄酮苷类黄酮具有旋光性,未曾见报道。 展开更多

A new complex, [Zn(L)_2](1), has been hydrothermally prepared by the reaction of ZnSO_4·7H_2O with 2-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzoic acid(HL) incorporating 4-imidazolyl and carboxylate functional groups, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD). Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 9.8349(9), b = 7.4947(7), c = 24.104(2) ?, β = 92.889(2)o, V = 1774.4(3) ?~3, Z = 4, C_(20)H_(14)N_4O_4 Zn, M_r = 439.72, D_c = 1.646 g/cm~3, μ = 1.422 mm~(-1), S = 1.003, F(000) = 896, the final R = 0.0395 and wR = 0.0874 for 11386 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)). Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis reveals that complex 1 features a two-dimensional(2D) framework with 6~3-hcb topology. Moreover, the photoluminescent property of 1 was also discussed. 展开更多

Three new polyoxometalates K_2[H_2(As_3O_3)_2(Mo_6O_(18))(NiO_6)]×H_2O(1), K_2[H_2-(As_3O_3)_2(Mo_6O_(18))(Co O6)]×H_2O(2) and [Zn(H4,4?-bpy)2(H_2O)4][(As3O3)2(Mo_6O_(18))(ZnO_6)]×4H2O(3)(4,4?-bpy = 4,4?-bipyridine) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by IR, elemental analyses, XPS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, respectively. Compound 1 represents a new 3D framework structure constructed from polyoxoanion [(As3O3)2(Mo_6O_(18))(Ni O6)]4-via covalent bond. Compound 2 has an identical structure with 1. Compound 3 represents a new 2D layer structure constructed from transition metal coordination cations [Zn(H4,4?-bipy)2(H_2O)4]4+, lattice water molecules and polyoxoanions [(As_3O_3)_2-(Mo_6O_(18))(Zn O6)]4-via multi-point N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Two new coordination polymers {[Zn(Hbtc)(bpyb)]·H_2O}n(1) and {[Cd(Hbtc)-(bpyb)_(1.5)]·0.5 bpyb}_n(2)(H_3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bpyb = 1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)benzene) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The two compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 displays a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D supramolecular architecture through O–H···N/O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Compound 2 exhibits a 2D→3D polycatenated structure, which is further stabilized by O–H···N hydrogen bonds. The results indicate that the metal ion has significant effects on the formation and structure of the resulted coordination polymers. Furthermore, thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 are also discussed in detail. 展开更多

The chains of 1 and 2 are constructed by tetrametallic units of [Ln_4(OH)_2(pyba)_2], which are further linked by μ_4-k_1N, k_1O, k_2O′, k_2O″-pydca and μ_2-k_1N, k_1O, k_1O′-pyba to form 2D frameworks. The single crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.0991(10), b = 10.5280(12), c = 10.5777(11) ?, α = 97.230(9), β = 90.640(8), γ = 92.412(9)o, Mr = 1052.05, V = 1114.6(2) ?3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.567 g/cm3, F(000) = 542, μ = 1.029 mm–1, R = 0.0562 and w R = 0.1562. The fluorescence and electrochemiluminescence(ECL) of 1and HL ligand were studied. The luminescence properties of 1 can be attributed to the ligand-metal charge transfer. 展开更多

A novel luminescent coordination compound Eu(TTA)_3(DEDAF)(1, TTA = 1,1,1-trifluoro-3-(2-thenoyl)acetone, DEDAF = 9,9-diethyl-4,5-diazafluoren) has been synthesized and fully characterized by infrared spectrum, elemental analysis, UV-vis spectrum, etc. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 shows a mononuclear structure with the europium atom in coordinating to one DAF and three TTA ligands. The mononuclear structure units are assembled into a 3-D polymer by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. Photoluminescent property of 1 was investigated in detail at room temperature. Complex 1 emits strong red luminescence. However, it could be quenched even by small amount of water. The fluorescence intensity at 614 nm decreases linearly with the water content increasing(vol% in acetonitrile) in the range of 0.025~0.2% under 278 nm excitation. Thermogravimetric analysis has also been studied, which demonstrates good thermal stability of 1. 展开更多

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_1/n with a = 10.6273(7), b = 11.4184(7), c = 13.4215(8) ?, β = 108.290(2)°, V = 1546.38(17) ?~3, Z = 2, F(000) = 798, D_c = 1.667 g/cm~3 and m = 0.786 mm~(-1). Complex 1 exhibits a 3D network due to the existence of O–H···O interaction between coordinated water and nitrate anions. This complex possesses a 3-D structure constructed from [HSr_3(pda)_3(H_2O)_3Cl]_2 units and connected by coordinated carboxylate groups of pda2-ligands. Utilizing two polycarboxylic acids as primary ligands and 1,10-phenanthrolion as an auxiliary ligand in the existence of lanthanide nitrates, two lanthanide-based complexes formulated as [Nd_4(2,6-pydc OH)_6(Phen)4(H_2O)2](H_2O)2(1) and [Yb_2(mBDC)_3(Phen)_2]n(2)(2,6-H_2 pydc OH = 4-hydroxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, m-H_2BDC = isophthalic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been solvothermally synthesized. They have been fully characterized by satisfactory elemental analysis, FT-IR spectra, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction study reveals that 1 has a zero-dimensional structure and 2 exhibits a rare cds topological net structure. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibit strong characteristic emissions of Nd(Ⅲ) and Yb(Ⅲ) ions in the near-infrared(NIR) region. 展开更多

The compound was fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, infrared spectrum(IR), powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The strucrural analysis indicate that compound 1 shows a 3D pillared-layer framework constructed from a unique 1D Ag_2O_2 ribbon and pyridyl/carboxylicate mixed system, which features a 2-nodal(4, 6)-connected fsc net with a(44·610·8)(44·62) topology.Moreover, the photoluminescent properties have also been discussed. 展开更多

X-ray single-crystal diffraction determination reveals that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group with a = 33.811(12),b = 8.406(2),c = 17.296(4) ?,β = 120.593(2)°,V = 4232(2) ?~3,Z = 4,Mr = 1142.88,Dc = 1.794 Mg/m~3,μ = 1.783 mm~(-1),F(000) = 2320,the final R = 0.0338 and wR = 0.0827 for 3043 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compound 1 exhibits 1D Zn(Ⅱ)-carboxylate chains,which are connected into a 3D porous framework with large channels by dtb,and then three identical 3D networks are interpenetrated with each other.
