智能饲喂器对哺乳母猪采食量体况和生产性能的影响 预览

为探究不同饲喂方式对哺乳母猪采食量、体况和生产性能的影响,满足哺乳母猪获得最大采食量并达到精准饲喂控制等需求,该文以哺乳母猪为试验对象,比较不同饲喂方式对哺乳母猪采食量、体况和生产性能的影响。试验共选用40只1胎母猪,随机分... 为探究不同饲喂方式对哺乳母猪采食量、体况和生产性能的影响,满足哺乳母猪获得最大采食量并达到精准饲喂控制等需求,该文以哺乳母猪为试验对象,比较不同饲喂方式对哺乳母猪采食量、体况和生产性能的影响。试验共选用40只1胎母猪,随机分为3组:试验1组采用智能饲喂器饲喂(6次/d)、试验2组采用人工饲喂(6次/d)、对照组采用人工饲喂(3次/d)。结果表明,在试验环境条件下,哺乳8~21 d、人工饲喂3次/d的采食量(6.46 kg)显著高于智能饲喂6次/d(5.22 kg)(P<0.05),2种饲喂方式在母猪的体质量变化、背膘变化、总产仔数、断奶后发情天数、仔猪日增体质量和用水量方面均无显著性差异(P>0.05);哺乳母猪在采食过多时可能引起厌食进而降低后期的采食量,应按照饲喂参数逐步增加饲喂量饲喂;在现有设备投资和工资水平下,智能饲喂器正常使用4.5 a可取代1名优秀饲养员。研究结果可为今后智能化饲喂替代有经验人工饲喂、根据饲养条件选择饲喂方式提供参考。 展开更多

A multilayer piezoelectric actuator,with dimension of 10 mm×10 mm×60 mm,which can output a tensile displacement directly by exploring the d31 effect of piezoelectrics,was fabricated using soft Lead Zirconate Titanate(PZT)ceramics.The performance of the actuator was characterized by a special home-made experimental setup under electric fields varying from 200 to 1 000 V/mm with the preload varying from-150 to 100 N at room temperature.Results showed that it can output a maximum tensile displacement of 12μm under unipolar electric field of 1 000 V/mm and preload was independent with generative displacement in the range of testing preload.Additionally,using the actuator,we built a micro loading apparatus,which can be used to test the fracture behavior of brittle materials. 展开更多

Carbon capture,utilization and storage (CCUS) is considered as a very important technology for mitigating global climate change.Carbon dioxide (CO2) injected into an underground reservoir will induce changes in its physical properties and the migration of CO2 will be affected by many factors.Accurately understanding these changes and migration characteristics of CO2 is crucial for selecting a CCUS project site,estimating storage capacity and ensuring storage security.In this paper,the basic principles of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologies are briefly introduced in the context of laboratory experiments related to CCUS.The types of NMR apparatus,experimental samples and testing approaches applied worldwide are discussed and analyzed.Then two typical NMR core analysis systems used in CCUS field and a self-developed high-pressure,low-field NMR rock core flooding experimental system are compared.Finally,a summary of the current deficiencies related to NMR applied to CCUS field is given and future research plans are proposed. 展开更多

Particle electrification in an apparatus with a draft tube operating in a fast circulating dilute spout-fluid bed regime

The intensity of the electrostatic charge accumulated during the flow of Cellets^■ particles in a modified Wurster apparatus is investigated in terms of the bed mass, and the initial moisture and velocity of the spouting gas. Particle electrification is proportional to the increase in the velocity of the spouting gas, which is connected with a higher velocity of the cores and the strength of their impact on the walls of the device. The presence of moisture in the bed facilitates electrification, but does not affect circulation, since moisture simultaneously lowers the bed resistance and reduces the relaxation time of particles, leading to rapid discharging if brought into contact with the conducting elements of the apparatus. Therefore, with regard to classic dry-powder coating, the velocity of the spouting gas should be minimized to ensure good circulation, with the particle moisture held at the maximum level admissible for a given product. The investigations show that a unique construction of the apparatus, which brings about an intense natural electrification of the cores, makes it suitable for the electrostatic dry-coating process by means of a high-voltage feeder with the controlled charging of coating powder in the spray nozzle. 展开更多

Development of pot-cover effect apparatus with freezing-thawing cycles

To study this phenomen... ‘Pot-cover effect’ refers to the phenomenon of moisture accumulation beneath the pavement under condensation or desublimation because the vapor transfer in the soil is blocked by the pavement. To study this phenomenon in the laboratory, we have developed the pot-cover effect apparatus with freezing-thawing cycles(PEAFC), which consists of three parts, namely, the vapor transfer system, the temperature control system, and the temperature and water content monitoring system. The major functions of this apparatus include: simulation of both vapor transfer and freezing-thawing cycling in the soil, real-time monitoring of the temperature and the water content in soil samples, and one-dimensional heat and moisture transfer in the samples. The FDR(frequency domain reflectometry) sensors of the apparatus are calibrated and a calibration formula is proposed to eliminate the water content measurement errors induced by temperature changes. Constant temperature difference tests and a freezing-thawing cycling test are conducted with the apparatus. Results indicate that the apparatus can control the water replenishment in the soil samples, monitor the vapor transfer in the samples in real time, and simulate the vapor transfer process under the condition of the freezing-thawing cycling in the soil. These tests verify the effectiveness and reliability of the apparatus, which indicates that the development purpose is achieved. 展开更多

Cilia are cellular protrusions containing nine microtubule(MT)doublets and function to propel cell movement or extracellular liquid flow through beating or sense environmental stimuli through signal transductions.Cilia require the central pair(CP)apparatus,consisting of two CP MTs covered with projections of CP proteins,for planar strokes.How the CP MTs of such‘9+2’cilia are constructed,however,remains unknown.Here we identify Spef1,an evolutionarily conserved microtubule-bundling protein,as a core CP MT regulator in mammalian cilia.Spef1 was selectively expressed in mammalian cells with 9+2 cilia and specifically localized along the CP.Its depletion in multiciliated mouse ependymal cells by RNAi completely abolished the CP MTs and markedly attenuated ciliary localizations of CP proteins such as Hydin and Spag6,resulting in rotational beat of the ependymal cilia.Spef1,which binds to MTs through its N-terminal calponin.homologous domain,formed homodimers through its C-terminal coiled coil region to bundle and stabilize MTs.Disruption of either the MT-binding or the dimerization activity abolished the ability of exogenous Spef1 to restore the structure and functions of the CP apparatus.We propose that Spefl bundles and stabilizes central MTs to enable the assembly and functions of the CP apparatus. 展开更多

Based on the principles of massive support and lateral support, a novel double-layered split die (DLSD) for high-pressure apparatus was designed to achieve a higher pressure-bearing capacity and larger sample cavity. The stress distributions of the DLSDs with different numbers of divided blocks were investigated by the finite element method and compared with the stress distributions of the conventional belt-type die (BTD). The results show that the cylinders and first-layer supporting rings of the DLSDs have dramatically smaller stresses than those of the BTD. In addition, increasing the number of divided blocks from 4 to 10 gradually increases the stress of the cylinder but has minimal influence on the stress of the supporting rings. The pressure-bearing capacities of the DLSDs with different numbers of divided blocks, especially with fewer blocks, are all remarkably higher than the pressure-bearing capacity of the BTD. The contrast experiments were also carried out to verify the simulated results. It is concluded that the pressure-bearing capacities of the DLSDs with 4 and 8 divided blocks are 1.58 and 1.45 times greater than that of the BTD. This work is rewarding for the commercial synthesis of high-quality, large-sized superhard materials using a double-layered split high-pressure die. 展开更多

Background:Myocardial injury due to ischemia‐reperfusion(IR)is aggravated in diabetes which is associated with oxidative stress.Alleviating oxidative stress via use of antioxidants has been shown to be effective at minimizing myocardial cell death and improving cardiac function.The aim of the present study was to evaluate the cardioprotective effect of phloroglucinol against myocardial reperfusion injury(MRI)in diabetic rats.Methods:Diabetes was induced in female rats with streptozotocin(50 mg/kg).The diabetic rats were orally treated with phloroglucinol(100 and 200 mg/kg daily for 28 days).After treatment the hearts were isolated and mounted on a Langendorff apparatus.The hearts were subjected to 15 minutes of IR to induce myocardial damage.Cardiac functions including heart rate(HR),resting and developed tension,and rate of change of contraction(+dP/dtmax)were recorded.Cardiac injury biomarkers lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase(CK‐MB)were measured in the heart perfusate.Levels of the antioxidant enzymes reduced glutathione(GSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured.Hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining was also performed.Results:After IR injury,a decrease in HR and+dP/dtmax in hearts from diabetic rat was seen compared to healthy rat hearts,which was reversed by phloroglucinol treatment.Myocardial infarct size,measured by H&E staining,was increased in diabetic rats compared to healthy rats and an increase in the activity of LDH and CK‐MB in the heart perfusate in diabetic rats was decreased by phloroglucinol treatment.An increase in MDA levels and a decrease in levels of antioxidant enzymes were observed in diabetic rats,which was reversed with phloroglucinol treatment.Conclusion:Phloroglucinol treatment has potential therapeutic promise in the treatment of MRI in diabetes. 展开更多

The DIA-type Kawai cell possesses a larger volume and a quasi-hydrostatic pressure environment and has been widely used in materials’ synthesis and x-ray diffraction experiments.However, few high-pressure in situ neutron diffraction experiments were performed in the DIA-type Kawai cell because there is no wide window for neutron diffraction and the second-stage anvils and guild block material attenuates the neutron signal significantly.In this work, we tentatively modified the normal DIA-type Kawai cell(MA 2-6-8) into a MA 2-8 mode by removing the six first-stage tungsten carbide anvils.As a consequence, the eight tungsten carbide anvils(Kawai cell) are directly driven by the guide blocks.The results of ex situ and in situ pressure calibration show that the cell pressure can reach 5 GPa with small truncation edge lengths(TEL) of 3 mm even at the load of 300 kN.It suggests that this MA 2-8 cell may open a new way for high-pressure and high-temperature in situ neutron diffraction. 展开更多

Expansion of the pressure range of Kawai-type multi-anvil presses (KMAPs) with tungsten carbide (WC) anvils is called for, especially in the field of Earth science. However, no significant progress in pressure generation has been made for 40 years. Our recent studies have expanded the pressure generation of a KMAP with WC anvils to 65 GPa, which is the world record for high-pressure generation in this device and is more than 2.5 times higher than conventional pressure generation. We have also successfully generated pressures of about 50 GPa at high temperatures. This work reviews our recently developed technology for high-pressure generation. High-pressure generation at room temperature and at high temperature was attained by integration of the following techniques:① a precisely aligned guideblock system,② a high degree of hardness of the second-stage anvils,③ tapering of the second-stage anvil faces,④ a high-pressure cell consisting of materials with a high bulk modulus, and ⑤ high thermal insulation of the furnace. Our high-pressure technology will facilitate investigation of the phase stability and physical properties of materials under the conditions of the upper part of the lower mantle, and will permit the synthesis and characterization of novel materials. 展开更多

为研究液化砂土的流动变形特征,开展了液化砂土的流体特性试验研究。基于边界层理论研发一套液化砂土表观黏度测试装置,主要由调速电机、电机调速器、圆柱转子、扭矩传感器等部分组成,该装置能有效测试液化砂土的表观黏度;开展了不同孔... 为研究液化砂土的流动变形特征,开展了液化砂土的流体特性试验研究。基于边界层理论研发一套液化砂土表观黏度测试装置,主要由调速电机、电机调速器、圆柱转子、扭矩传感器等部分组成,该装置能有效测试液化砂土的表观黏度;开展了不同孔压比、转速下饱和砂土表观黏度及圆柱转子所受摩擦力矩特性研究,着重分析了液化后砂土的表观黏度特性。结果表明,液化前孔压发展及液化后孔压消散阶段摩擦力矩均受到孔压比及转速的影响;液化后砂土孔压逐渐消散,强度恢复,流动能力衰减,表观黏度升高,表观黏度与孔压比呈现出一定的线性相关性;表观黏度随着剪应变率的增大而降低,且两者呈现出幂函数关系,表明液化后砂土具有典型幂律型剪切稀化非牛顿流体特征。 展开更多
