两种氧化锆处理剂对氧化锆陶瓷粘接效果的影响 预览

目的评价两种氧化锆处理剂对氧化锆陶瓷粘接强度及耐久性的影响。方法CAD/CAM(computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing)切割制备直径5 mm、厚2 mm的氧化锆圆片(51个),经烧结、喷砂、超声荡洗、烘干后,按氧化锆处理剂... 目的评价两种氧化锆处理剂对氧化锆陶瓷粘接强度及耐久性的影响。方法CAD/CAM(computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing)切割制备直径5 mm、厚2 mm的氧化锆圆片(51个),经烧结、喷砂、超声荡洗、烘干后,按氧化锆处理剂种类分为3组:无处理剂组(A组);Z⁃Prime plus组(B组);Clearfil Ce⁃ramic Primer组(C组),每组17个样品。按操作规范涂布处理剂后,以扫描电子显微镜观察氧化锆表面形貌,并制作微剪切粘接试件,分别于水存3 d和冷热循环5000次后测试即刻粘接强度和老化粘接强度,并统计断裂模式。结果扫描电子显微镜观察可见,喷砂处理后氧化锆陶瓷表面呈高低不平的粗糙结构。涂布Z⁃Prime plus后,处理剂未完全覆盖氧化锆表面,呈岛屿状。涂布Clearfil Ceramic Primer后,处理剂完全覆盖于氧化锆陶瓷表面,无氧化锆暴露。能谱分析检测发现,处理剂涂布区域C、O、Si、P元素相对含量较高。涂布处理剂后,A组的即刻粘接强度最低,为(20.6±2.1)MPa,B组即刻粘接强度为(33.2±3.9)MPa,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组即刻粘接强度为(30.7±2.4)MPa,且B组与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在经过5000次冷热循环老化后,A组老化粘接强度最低,为(4.1±2.5)MPa,B组老化粘接强度为(23.1±2.3)MPa,C组老化粘接强度为(28.9±2.6)MPa,3组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B组老化粘接强度较即刻粘接强度下降(P<0.05),而C组老化前后粘接强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过5000次冷热循环老化,A组断裂模式中粘接破坏百分比由66%提高至100%,B组断裂模式中粘接破坏百分比由16%提高至53%,C组粘接破坏百分比由20%上升至24%。结论涂布处理剂于喷砂后的氧化锆陶瓷表面可增强氧化锆的粘接强度及粘接耐久性。 展开更多

背景:研究表明在氧化锆基体表面涂覆纳米羟基磷灰石涂层,既具有较高的强度和韧性又具有良好的生物相容性,是较为理想的硬组织替代材料,但涂层易从氧化锆表面脱落成为其致命缺陷。目的:应用梯度复合技术制备以纯氧化锆为基体、中间为梯... 背景:研究表明在氧化锆基体表面涂覆纳米羟基磷灰石涂层,既具有较高的强度和韧性又具有良好的生物相容性,是较为理想的硬组织替代材料,但涂层易从氧化锆表面脱落成为其致命缺陷。目的:应用梯度复合技术制备以纯氧化锆为基体、中间为梯度层、表面为纯纳米羟基磷灰石的功能梯度生物陶瓷,并筛选其最佳力学性能的设计方案及烧结温度。方法:以氧化锆和纳米羟基磷灰石粉末为原料,应用粉末冶金法中的叠层法制备陶瓷生坯试件,根据基体氧化锆层厚度的不同分为A组(40 mm)、B组(30 mm)、C组(20 mm),每组又根据氧化锆/纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料梯度层数的不同分为1组(3层)、2组(5层)、3组(7层),9组共162个陶瓷生坯试件,分别将坯体以不同温度烧结(1300,1350,1400,1450,1500,1550℃)为陶瓷试件,将其加工成矩形试样进行力学性能检测。结果与结论:①采用10 MPa单面垂直加压可形成氧化锆基纳米羟基磷灰石梯度功能材料生坯试件;②随着梯度层数及烧结温度的增加,各组功能梯度生物陶瓷的力学性能随之增强,当烧结温度为1550℃时,梯度层数为7、基体厚度为40 mm的功能梯度生物陶瓷力学性能最优,与其他8组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);③按最佳梯度设计方案,采用高温烧结技术制备的氧化锆基纳米羟基磷灰石功能梯度材料陶瓷试件具有较高的力学性能。 展开更多

Physicochemical Characterization and Valorization of Clay from Lobo and Ngoya in Cameroon Central Region 预览

Two samples clayed materials, LO and NG from central region in Cameroon were characterized for their valorization in the manufacture of refractory bricks and ceramics. In order to assess the technological properties of these clays, cooking tests were carried out on the test specimens at different temperatures. From particle size analysis, clayed materials studied have a spreading particle size and their plasticity index is between 18 and 47. The mineralogical study reveals the presence of Quartz, illite, kaolin, hematite and feldspars. High level of silica content explains the sandy nature of these clays. Linear shrinkage and density increase with temperature while compressive strength decreases with temperature. Analyses performed on the ceramic specimens after firing show that clay materials studied are suitable for the manufacture of refractory bricks. 展开更多

Porous Si3N4–Si3N4 composite ceramics were fabricated by 3D printing combined with low-pressure chemical vapor infiltration(CVI).This technique could effectively improve the designability of porous Si3N4 ceramics and optimize the mechanical and dielectric properties.The effects of process parameters including the deposition time and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of porous Si3N4–Si3N4 composite ceramics were studied.The study highlights following:When CVI processing time was increased from 0 to 12 h,the porosity decreased from68.65%to 26.07%and the density increased from 0.99 to 2.02 g/cm3.At the same time,the dielectric constant gradually increased from 1.72 to 3.60;however,the dielectric loss always remained less than0.01,indicating the excellent electromagnetic(EM)wave-transparent performance of porous Si3N4–Si3N4 composite ceramics.The maximum flexural strength of 47±2 MPa was achieved when the deposition time attained 6 h.After heat treatment,the porosity increased from 26.07%to 36.02%and the dielectric constant got a slight increase from 3.60 to 3.70 with the dielectric loss still maintaining lower than 0.01.It has been demonstrated that the porous Si3N4–Si3N4 composite ceramics are a promising structural and EM wave-transparent material suitable for high temperature service. 展开更多

Silicon carbide (SiC) ceramics have excellent properties and widely used for high temperature applications. So far, joining techniques have been applied to fabricate large SiC ceramics with complicated shapes. In this work, the additive manufacturing (AM) technique was examined to fabricated SiC ceramics with complicated hollow structures using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) type 3D-printer. To mold the hollow structure for the applications such as heat exchangers, the “support-less” condition must be achieved. Thus, extruded SiC-phenol resin compounds must be cured immediately after molding to keep the molded shapes. To increase the thermal conductivity of the SiC compounds, the combinations of commercial SiC powders with different average diameters were examined for increasing the volume fraction of SiC particles to the phenol resin. SiC compounds with optimized rheological properties for the modified FDM-type 3D-printer were successfully obtained. 展开更多

Porous ultra-high temperature ceramics(UHTCs)are promising for ultrahigh-temperature thermal insulation applications.However,the main limitations for their applications are the high thermal conductivity and densification of porous structure at high temperatures.In order to overcome these obstacles,herein,porous high entropy(Zr(0.2)Hf(0.2)Ti(0.2)Nb(0.2)Ta(0.2))C was prepared by a simple method combing in-situ reaction and partial sintering.Porous high entropy(Zr(0.2)Hf(0.2)Ti(0.2)Nb(0.2)Ta(0.2))C possesses homogeneous microstructure with grain size in the range of 100–500 nm and pore size in the range of 0.2–1μm,which exhibits high porosity of 80.99%,high compressive strength of 3.45 MPa,low room temperature thermal conductivity of 0.39 W·m^-1K^-1,low thermal diffusivity of 0.74 mm^2·s^-1and good high temperature stability.The combination of these properties renders porous high entropy(Zr(0.2)Hf(0.2)Ti(0.2)Nb(0.2)Ta(0.2))Cpromising as light-weight ultrahigh temperature thermal insulation materials. 展开更多

In this paper we report alumina based capacitive humidity sensor having exceptional sensing performance in wide range RH segment (10% - 90%). The developed sensor has an improvement of accuracy, reliability, and economic efficiency;apart from fast response and recovery time (~s), negligible baseline drift and high selectivity for moisture. The sensing mechanism was discussed based on their microstructures, such as surface area and mesopore volume. In general, at low humidity, surface area and water adsorption play the dominant role, while at high humidity, mesopore volume and capillary condensation become important. Standard characterization techniques such as AFM, FESEM, BET, XRD and impedance spectroscopy were employed for micro-structural and electrical characterization of RH sensor. The nano porous alumina film undergoes a huge change in dielectric upon adsorption of moisture, ensuing large change in capacitance. Additionally, a prototype RH meter has been developed with digital readout for humidity. The interface circuit was based on capacitor-to-duty cycle (CDC) converter. The proposed digital circuit has the advantage of performing adaptive measurements as a function of resolution and bandwidth. The prototype instrument can be used for sub ppm level moisture detection where stability and response are completely unaffected even in highly toxic ambience viz. 4% ammonia and 4% chlorine. 展开更多

The bone regenerative scaffold with the tailored degradation rate matching with the growth rate of the new bone is essential for adolescent bone repair.To satisfy these requirement,we proposed bone tissue scaffolds with controlled degradation rate using osteoinductive materials(Ca-P bioceramics),which is expected to present a controllable biodegradation rate for patients who need bone regeneration.Physicochemical properties,porosity,compressive strength and degradation properties of the scaffolds were studied.3D printed Ca-P scaffold(3DS),gas foaming Ca-P scaffold(FS)and autogenous bone(AB)were used in vivo for personalized beagle skull defect repair.Histological results indicated that the 3DS was highly vascularized and well combined with surrounding tissues.FS showed obvious newly formed bone tissues.AB showed the best repair effect,but it was found that AB scaffolds were partially absorbed and degraded.This study indicated that the 3D printed Ca-P bioceramics with tailored biodegradation rate is a promising candidate for personalized skull bone tissue reconstruction. 展开更多

Ceramics are usually composed of randomly oriented grains and intergranular phases, so their properties are the statistical average along each direction and show isotropy corresponding to the uniform microstructures. Some methods have been developed to achieve directional grain arrangement and preferred orientation growth during ceramic preparation, and then textured ceramics with anisotropic properties are obtained. Texture microstructures give particular properties to ceramics along specific directions, which can effectively expand their application fields. In this review, typical texturing techniques suitable for ceramic materials, such as hot working, magnetic alignment, and templated grain growth(TGG), are discussed. Several typical textured structural ceramics including α-Al2O3 and related nacre bioinspired ceramics, Si3N4 and SiAlON, h-BN, MB2 matrix ultra-high temperature ceramics, MAX phases and their anisotropic properties are presented. 展开更多

目的探讨酸蚀是否对可切削陶瓷的表面形貌、内部微观结构产生影响。方法制备大小为4 mm×4 mm×2 mm的树脂渗透陶瓷、二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷试件各32个,经打磨、清洗后,随机分为4组(n=8):①4%氢氟酸;②9.5%氢氟酸;③MBEP;对照组。原... 目的探讨酸蚀是否对可切削陶瓷的表面形貌、内部微观结构产生影响。方法制备大小为4 mm×4 mm×2 mm的树脂渗透陶瓷、二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷试件各32个,经打磨、清洗后,随机分为4组(n=8):①4%氢氟酸;②9.5%氢氟酸;③MBEP;对照组。原子力显微镜测量试件的表面粗糙度及三维形貌,X射线能谱仪对树脂渗透陶瓷的元素Si/C、二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷的元素Si/K比率进行检测。结果两种材料的氢氟酸处理组表面粗糙度参数值均高于对照组。树脂渗透陶瓷的氢氟酸处理组元素Si/C比率均低于对照组。SEM显示两种材料9.5%氢氟酸处理组均有更具侵蚀性的表面酸蚀图案,MBEP组产生与对照组相似的表面蚀刻图案。结论酸蚀对两种可切削陶瓷的表面形貌、内部微观结构产生影响。MBEP有较为温和的酸蚀能力。 展开更多

The effects of the Ca0.7Nd0.2Ti O3 ceramic addition on the crystallization,densification,and dielectric properties of CaO–B2O3–SiO2–(Al2O3)glass(C1:CaO–B2O3–SiO2 glass and C1A03:CaO–B2O3–SiO2–Al2O3 glass)for low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)applications are investigated.The cristobalite phase crystallized from C1 glass was inhibited by adding Al2O3.During sintering,Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3 ceramic reacted with CaO–B2O3–SiO2–(Al2O3)glass to form the sphene(CaTiSiO5)phase.The amount of sphene phase increases with increasing sintering temperature.By adding 50–60 wt%C1 or C1A03 glass,Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3 can be densified at 850–900℃.The relative dielectric constants for Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3 added with C1 and C1A03 glasses were all 20–23.Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3 added with C1 glass exhibited a lower dielectric constant than C1A03 glass due to cristobalite phase formation.For Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3 ceramics added with 50 wt%glass,the variation in Q×f value presented the same trend as the sphene formation amount variation.The best Q×f value of 2380 GHz was achieved for Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3 ceramics added with 50 wt%C1A03 glass sintered at 900℃due to the dense structure and greater amount of sphene.Ca0.7Nd0.2TiO3 ceramics added with50 wt%C1A03 glass sintered at 900℃exhibited a dielectric constant of 22.8 and Q×f value of2380 GHz,which are suitable for microwave LTCC applications. 展开更多

A series of Y2.985Al5–xGaxO12:0.015Ce(YAGG:Ce,x=0,1,2,3,4,5)transparent ceramics were prepared via a solid-state reaction method.Two-step sintering technique was proved to be an effective approach to prepare functional ceramics with high Ga concentration,and Y3Ga5O12(YGG)transparent ceramic was successfully prepared for the first time.According to the variation of Al/Ga ratio,regulation of band structure and luminescence properties of YAGG:Ce transparent ceramics were effectively investigated.When Ga substitutes Al sites,the tetrahedral site is more favorable compared to the octahedral site for Ga to occupy according to the first-principle calculation.A continuous blue shift of the emission from 565 to 515 nm was achieved as Ga was gradually introduced into Y3Al5O12:Ce matrix.High quality green light was obtained by coupling the YAGG:Ce ceramics with commercial blue InGaN chips.Transparent luminescence ceramics accomplished in this work can be quite prospective for high power LED application. 展开更多
