This paper, based on the novel wiseCIO (web-based intelligent service engaging Cloud Intelligence Outlet), presents digital archiving and transformed analytics via machine learning automata for intelligent UBC processes to liaise with Universal interface for human-computer interaction, enable Brewing aggregation (differing from traditional web browsing), and engage Centered user experience. As one of the most practical aspects of artificial intelligence, machine learning is applied to analytical model building and massive and/or multidimensional Online Analytical Processing (mOLAP) for more intelligent cloud service with little explicit coding required. DATA is central to useful information via archival transformation and analytics, and utilizable intelligence for Business, Education and Entertainment (iBEE) in support of decision-making. As a result, DATA orchestrates wiseCIO to promote ACTiVE XaaS that enables accessibility, contextuality and traceability of information for vast engagement with various cloud services, such as aCMS (archival Content Management Service), COSA (Context-Oriented Screening Aggregation), DASH (Deliveries Assembled for fast Search and Hits), OLAS (Online Learning via Analytical Synthesis), REAP (Rapid Extension and Active Presentation), and SPOT (Special Points On Top) with great ease.展开更多

Vast amount of data and information flow from ...Aquaponics are feedback and two player systems, in which fish and crops mutually benefit from one another and, therefore require close monitoring, management and control. Vast amount of data and information flow from the aquaponics plant itself with its huge amount of smart sensors for water quality, fish and plant growth, system state etc. and from the stakeholder, e.g., farmers, retailers and end consumers. The intelligent management of aquaponics is only possible if this data and information are managed and used in an intelligent way. Therefore, the main focus of this paper is to introduce an intelligent information management (IIM) for aquaponics. It will be shown how the information can be used to create services such as predictive analytics, system optimization and anomaly detection to improve the aquaponics system. The results show that the system enabled full traceability and transparency in the aquaponics processes (customers can follow what is going on at the farm), reduced water and energy use and increased revenue through early fault detection. In this, paper the information management approach will be introduced and the key benefits of the digitized aquaponics system will be given.展开更多

Safety surveillance is considered one of the most important factors in many constructing industries for green internet of things(IoT)applications.However,traditional safety monitoring methods require a lot of labor so...Safety surveillance is considered one of the most important factors in many constructing industries for green internet of things(IoT)applications.However,traditional safety monitoring methods require a lot of labor source.In this paper,we propose intelligent safety surveillance(ISS)method using a convolutional neural network(CNN),which is an autosupervised method to detect workers whether or not wearing helmets.First,to train the CNN-based ISS model,the labeled datasets mainly come from two aspects:1)our labeled datasets with the full labeled on both helmet and pedestrian;2)public labeled datasets with the parts labeled either on the helmet or pedestrian.To fully take advantage of all datasets,we redesign CNN structure of network and loss functions based on YOLOv3.Then,we test our proposed ISS method based on the specific detection evaluation metrics.Finally,experimental results are given to show that our proposed ISS method enables the model to fully learn the labeled information from all datasets.When the threshold of intersection over union(IoU)between the predicted box and ground truth is set to 0.5,the average precision of pedestrians and helmets can reach 0.864 and 0.891,respectively.展开更多
