地震勘探中的绕射体如断层、裂缝、地层尖灭、孔洞、盐体等地质异常体是常见的油气运移通道和(或)储集体,对它们的刻画和描述在油气资源勘探中具有重要意义。在常规地震数据处理中,绕射体往往被能量更强的反射体所掩盖,为更好地识别这... 地震勘探中的绕射体如断层、裂缝、地层尖灭、孔洞、盐体等地质异常体是常见的油气运移通道和(或)储集体,对它们的刻画和描述在油气资源勘探中具有重要意义。在常规地震数据处理中,绕射体往往被能量更强的反射体所掩盖,为更好地识别这些小尺度地质异常体,可对绕射体进行单独成像。为此,发展了基于行波分解的绕射波逆时偏移成像方法,得到了高分辨率的绕射体成像结果。其关键在于利用绕射波和反射波传播方向的差异,单独提取绕射体成像结果。主要步骤如下:构建解析波场,对源检端地震波场分别进行分解得到下左和下右行波;修改逆时偏移成像条件,利用分解得到的下左行波和下右行波对所有入射角度的绕射体和满足Snell定律的正、负倾角的反射层分别进行成像;得到“正倾角反射层+绕射体”和“负倾角反射层+绕射体”两种成像结果,并将两种成像结果进行相关,从而达到了压制反射波,提取绕射波的目的。模拟数据和实际数据应用结果表明:该方法得到的绕射波成像结果可以有效压制反射层能量,精准定位地下介质中存在的绕射体。 展开更多

Objective This study aimed to investigate how macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)regulates the interaction of signal transducer and activator of transcription 1(STAT1)with CD74,and affects colon cancer proliferation and invasion.Methods After transfecting MIF small interfering RNA into the SW480 cell line,the expression of STAT1 and CD74 mRNA was detected by qRT-PCR and western blotting.Transwell and MTT assays were performed to detect the colon cancer cell invasion and proliferation ability.Co-immunoprecipitation was used to detect the interaction between CD74 and STAT1 proteins in the treated and control groups.Results The cellular biological assays(MTT and Transwell)showed that the proliferation and invasion ability of colon cancer cells decreased after MIF knockdown;the results showed significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The results of the co-immunoprecipitation assay suggested that MIF knockdown in colon cancer cells could inhibit the binding of CD74 and STAT1 proteins;statistical difference was observed between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion MIF can increase the proliferation and invasion of colon cancer cells by promoting the combination of CD74 and STAT1. 展开更多

An attempt is made in this paper to present the dynamics of the Eastern Niger Rift Basin (ENRB) with references to the key features and processes of petroleum systems based on published information. The Eastern Niger Basin is a superimposed rift basin with sedimentary structures emplaced during two rifts episodes. The Cretaceous episode is characterized by large, tilted normally faulted blocks trending NW-SE, that were reactivated in the Paleogene, while the Paleogene episode is characterized by normal faulted blocks that trend NNW-SSE. The rifting resulted in different basin structures with the north section dominated by asymmetric half-grabens while the south section is dominated by full-grabens. Three source rocks each belonging to three different play fairways exist: 1) The Paleogene Sokor-1 Member source belongs to second cycle syn-rift play associated with fluvial/deltaic facies;2) Cretaceous Yogou and Donga sources from first cycle post-rift play associated with alluvial/fluvial/deltaic and marine clastic and carbonate facies;and 3) Cretaceous Yogou source from first cycle transitional play associated with mudstone and shale of transitional facies. The ENRB comprises two source-reservoir-seal assemblages: a lower assemblage of Upper Cretaceous and an Upper assemblage of the Paleogene. Except for the Yogou source which possesses a self-contained petroleum system, the rest of the source rocks release their oils into the Paleogene Sokor-1 Member reservoir sealed regionally by the Oligocene Sokor-2 Member. The Paleogene assemblage is charged from the Upper Cretaceous Yogou Formation through fractures emplaced during the rifting episodes. 展开更多

Introduction: Senegal has pioneered the implementation of peritoneal dialysis (PD) in West Africa, practicing it since 2004. Non-infectious complications are a significant cause of failure of this technique and the transfer of patients to haemodialysis. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence and the different types of non-infectious complications in our context. Patients and Methods: This was a 5-year, descriptive, retrospective study of patients on chronic peritoneal dialysis for more than 3 months. Results: During the study period, 75 patients were included. The prevalence of non-infectious complications was 88%, including 45.3% mechanical complications and 76% metabolic complications. Catheter migration was the most common mechanical complication (55.9%), followed by catheter blockage (23.5%). Metabolic complications were dominated by hypoalbuminemia (76.3%). Dyslipidaemia and hypokalaemia affected more than 50% of patients, occurring in 59.3% and 56.9% of cases, respectively. Conclusion: In our study, non-infectious complications related to PD were frequent and varied. They remain a significant cause of technical failure. Mechanical complications are often the cause of permanent transfer to haemodialysis. 展开更多

Repurposing Denosumab to Stabilize Acetabular Protrusio: Obviating Surgery 认领

Intrapelvic prosthetic migration prosthesis following hip arthroplasty can occur due to aseptic loosening, infection, injury and malposition of the cup with chronic instability. Revision surgery is the treatment option, but is often complex, is high risk owing to the co-morbidities of the patient, has higher complications and sometimes even patients refuse for the surgery. Osteoclast mediated bone resorption at the prosthetic bone interface is the main pathophysiology process involved in aseptic loosening associated intrapelvic migration. RANK/RANKL (Receptor Activated Nuclear factor κB Ligand) is the primary pathway responsible for the periprosthetic osteolysis, therefore, we have offered Denosumab which binds to RANKL and inhibits osteoclasts mediated bone resorption, to our two patients with intrapelvic prosthetic migration who have refused for the revision surgery. Here, we report the outcome of these two cases of Intrapelvic prosthetic migration following a hip arthroplasty that was treated using subcutaneous injection of 120 mg denosumab monthly for 3 months. Both the cases had good functional outcomes and radiographs showed good consolidation of bone around the prosthesis. These cases suggest denosumab can be repurposed to arrest further intrapelvic prosthetic migration due to its anti-resorptive and bone forming action and can avoid the need for a complex revision surgery. 展开更多

D-dopachrome tautomerase(DDT),a member of the macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)protein superfamily,is a newly described cytokine with chemokine-like characteristics.However,research on fish DDT remains limited.In this study,we identified a DDT homolog(LjDDT)from the Japanese sea bass,Lateolabrax japonicus.Sequence analysis showed that LjDDT had typical sequence features of known DDT and MIF homologs and was most closely related to DDT of rock bream(Oplegnathus fasciatus).LjDDT transcripts were detected in all tested tissues of healthy Japanese sea bass,with the highest expression found in the liver.Upon infection with Vibrio harveyi,LjDDT transcripts were significantly down-regulated in the three tested tissues,including the liver,spleen,and head kidney.Recombinant LjDDT(rLjDDT)and the corresponding antibody(anti-rLjDDT)were subsequently prepared.The administration of 100μg/g anti-rLjDDT had a statistically significant protective effect on the survival of V.harveyi-infected fish.Moreover,rLjDDT was able to induce the migration of monocytes/macrophages(MO/MФ)and lymphocytes both in vitro and in vivo,but without significant influence on the migration of neutrophils.rLjDDT exhibited chemotactic activity for lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated M1-type MO/MΦin vitro,but not for cAMP-stimulated M2-type MO/MΦ.Furthermore,the knockdown of LjCD74,but not LjCXCR4,significantly down-regulated the rLjDDT-enhanced migration of MO/MΦand relieved the rLjMIF-inhibited migration of MO/MΦ.These results indicate that LjCD74 may be the major chemotactic receptor of LjDDT and LjMIF in Japanese sea bass MO/MΦ.Combined rLjDDT+rLjMIF treatment had no significant effect on the migration of MsiRNA,LjCD74si-,or LjCXCR4sitreated MO/MΦcompared to the control group,suggesting that the roles of LjDDT and LjMIF may be antagonistic.In conclusion,our study demonstrates for the first time that DDT may play a role in the immune responses of fish against bacterial infection through chemotactic recruitment of MO/MΦvia mediation of C 展开更多

Despite the increasing investment in integrated GPU and next-generation interconnect research,discrete GPU connected by PCIe still account for the dominant position of the market,the management of data communication between CPU and GPU continues to evolve.Initially,the programmer explicitly controls the data transfer between CPU and GPU.To simplify programming and enable systemwide atomic memory operations,GPU vendors have developed a programming model that provides a single,virtual address space for accessing all CPU and GPU memories in the system.The page migration engine in this model automatically migrates pages between CPU and GPU on demand.To meet the needs of high-performance workloads,the page size tends to be larger.Limited by low bandwidth and high latency interconnects compared to GDDR,larger page migration has longer delay,which may reduce the overlap of computation and transmission,waste time to migrate unrequested data,block subsequent requests,and cause serious performance decline.In this paper,we propose partial page migration that only migrates the requested part of a page to reduce the migration unit,shorten the migration latency,and avoid the performance degradation of the full page migration when the page becomes larger.We show that partial page migration is possible to largely hide the performance overheads of full page migration.Compared with programmer controlled data transmission,when the page size is 2MB and the PCIe bandwidth is 16GB/sec,full page migration is 72.72×slower,while our partial page migration achieves 1.29×speedup.When the PCIe bandwidth is changed to 96GB/sec,full page migration is 18.85×slower,while our partial page migration provides 1.37×speedup.Additionally,we examine the performance impact that PCIe bandwidth and migration unit size have on execution time,enabling designers to make informed decisions. 展开更多

Background:Conserving migratory birds is challenging due to their reliance on multiple distant sites at different stages of their annual life cycle.The concept of“flyway”,which refers to all areas covered by the breeding,nonbreeding,and migrating of birds,provides a framework for international cooperation for conservation.In the same flyway,however,the migratory activities of the same species can differ substantially between seasons and populations.Clarifying the seasonal and population differences in migration is helpful for understanding migration ecology and for identifying conservation gaps.Methods:Using satellite‑tracking we tracked the migration of Whimbrels(Numenius phaeopus variegatus)from nonbreeding sites at Moreton Bay(MB)and Roebuck Bay(RB)in Australia in the East Asian-Australasian Flyway.Mantel tests were used to analyze the strength of migration connectivity between the nonbreeding and breeding sites of MB and RB populations.Welch’s t test was used to compare the migration activities between the two populations and between northward and southward migration.Results:During northward migration,migration distance and duration were longer for the MB population than for the RB population.The distance and duration of the first leg flight during northward migration were longer for the MB population than for the RB population,suggesting that MB individuals deposited more fuel before departing from nonbreeding sites to support their longer nonstop flight.The RB population exhibited weaker migration connectivity(breeding sites dispersing over a range of 60 longitudes)than the MB population(breeding sites concentrating in a range of 5 longitudes in Far Eastern Russia).Compared with MB population,RB population was more dependent on the stopover sites in the Yellow Sea and the coastal regions in China,where tidal habitat has suffered dramatic loss.However,RB population increased while MB population decreased over the past decades,suggesting that loss of tidal habitat at stopover sites had less impact on the Whimbrel populations,which can use diverse habitat types.Different trends between the populations might be due to the different degrees of hunting pressure in their breeding grounds.Conclusions:This study highlights that conservation measures can be improved by understanding the full annual life cycle of movements of multiple populations of Whimbrels and probably other migratory birds. 展开更多

硒,人类及动物不可或缺的微量元素之一,在地球化学循环中扮演着重要角色.自然界中的硒通过风化作用从磷化岩、煤矿等富硒源中释放,经沉降、挥发、大气循环、生物作用等方式在生态系统中迁移转化.在众多迁移转化途径中,微生物对硒的转化... 硒,人类及动物不可或缺的微量元素之一,在地球化学循环中扮演着重要角色.自然界中的硒通过风化作用从磷化岩、煤矿等富硒源中释放,经沉降、挥发、大气循环、生物作用等方式在生态系统中迁移转化.在众多迁移转化途径中,微生物对硒的转化尤为重要,主要包括异化还原、同化还原、氧化、甲基化和去甲基化5种方式.其中,异化还原是去除环境介质中SeO42-及SeO32-的主要方式,产物纳米硒(SeNPs)凭借独特的物理化学性质广泛应用于电子、医学、环境修复等领域.然而,关于生物源SeNPs合成的过程调控、机制解析,乃至生物信息学相关研究尚处于初步探索阶段.因此,本文综述了硒在环境中的迁移转化过程,着重阐述了微生物对硒的转化机理,以及生物合成SeNPs在化学传感器、抗癌领域及催化领域的应用,旨在为揭示硒元素的地球化学循环、微生物转化机制,及拓宽生物SeNPs的应用领域提供必要的信息及理论参考. 展开更多

目的:通过建立体外血脑屏障(blood brain barrier,BBB)模型,探讨人肺腺癌PC-9细胞在CXCR4/SDF-1轴作用下对BBB紧密连接蛋白的影响。方法:利用永生化的小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞Bends进行单层培养,建立体外BBB模型;通过跨内皮细胞电阻(transe... 目的:通过建立体外血脑屏障(blood brain barrier,BBB)模型,探讨人肺腺癌PC-9细胞在CXCR4/SDF-1轴作用下对BBB紧密连接蛋白的影响。方法:利用永生化的小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞Bends进行单层培养,建立体外BBB模型;通过跨内皮细胞电阻(transendothelial electrical resistance,TEER)测定及荧光素钠通透性实验判定体外BBB模型的功能状态以及观察PC-9细胞对体外BBB模型功能的影响。Western blotting检测PC-9细胞在CXCR4抑制剂AMD3100、SDF-1单独或联合(1μg/ml AMD3100,100 ng/ml SDF-1,AMD3100+SDF-1)作用下对BBB模型功能和内皮细胞紧密连接蛋白表达的影响,Transwell迁移实验检测CXCR4/SDF-1轴对PC-9细胞跨BBB模型细胞层迁移能力的影响。结果:Bends细胞单层培养可形成紧密连接的"屏障"并产生较高的TEER,第96 h达到(182.13±5.19)Ω·cm~2;同时行荧光色钠通透性实验结果显示,BBB具有良好屏障性能,其通透率低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。PC-9细胞作用后,BBB模型TEER逐渐降低,第24 h降至(46.7±4.35)Ω·cm~2;同时BBB通透率较作用前显著提高(P<0.05)。PC-9细胞在AMD3100作用下能够上调内皮细胞紧密连接蛋白的表达(P<0.05);AMD3100处理组的PC-9细胞穿过BBB的细胞数较空白组明显减少[(43±2)vs(81±2)个,P<0.05]。结论:AMD3100能够减弱PC-9细胞对Bends细胞建立的体外BBB模型紧密连接的破坏能力。 展开更多

Background Accurate preoperative evaluation of the levator palpebrae superioris(LPS)strength is required for specific calculation of anterior migration or shortening.This information serves as a surgical reference for more accurate correction of ptosis.Methods Between June 2017 and June 2019,155 eyes of 97 patients were studied.Patients were divided into the following 3 groups based on the ptosis degree:mild(28 cases),moderate(53 cases),and severe(16 cases).The LPS strength was evaluated preoperatively and used to calculate LPS anterior migration and shortening.The LPS aponeurosis and Müller’s muscle(L-M)complex was separated from the upper margin of the tarsal plate to the calculated height according to the levator muscle suspension system retention approach.The complex was subsequently fixed to the planned tarsal plate location.The upper eyelid margin(UEM)height,eyelid morphology,eyelid closure,eye symmetry,exposure keratitis status,and patient satisfaction were evaluated at 1 week and at 1 and 6 months postoperatively.Results In all cases,the UEM positions were normal,and only patients with severe ptosis exhibited lagophthalmos in the early posterative period.Six months postoperatively,13%of eyes in the severe group had residual ptosis;all mild and moderate cases exhibited good surgical outcomes.The eyelids closed well with no exposure keratitis.All patients were satisfied with the eyelid contour.Conclusions Accurate LPS anterior migration and aponeurosis shortening can eliminate various factors affecting surgical blepharoptosis treatment.These procedures not only reduce operation time but also enhance the stability of postoperative correction. 展开更多

目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell,BMSC)来源的外泌体对前列腺癌细胞PC-3的增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用q PCR检测miR-21-5p在前列腺癌细胞系中的表达水平。采用电子显微镜观察BMSC分离... 目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell,BMSC)来源的外泌体对前列腺癌细胞PC-3的增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用q PCR检测miR-21-5p在前列腺癌细胞系中的表达水平。采用电子显微镜观察BMSC分离出的外泌体形态,Western blotting检测外泌体表面标志物的表达以及上皮间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)相关蛋白E-cadherin、N-cadherin和Vimentin的表达。采用双荧光素酶报告基因实验检测miR-21-5p和同源血小板富亮氨酸复重蛋白磷酸酶2(PH domain leucine-rich repeat protein phosphatase 2,PHLPP2)的靶向调控关系。向PC-3细胞培养液中加入10μl的BMSC外泌体悬液(Exo组)、转染sh-PHLPP2或antagomiR,CCK-8和Transwell实验检测PC-3细胞增殖和迁移能力。结果:miR-21-5p在前列腺癌PC-3细胞系中高表达。成功分离BMSC培养液上清中的外泌体,透射电子显微镜下观察到外泌体典型的囊泡状结构,且表达CD9、CD63和CD81等特异性蛋白。Exo组中PC-3细胞的增殖、侵袭[(421.34±22.45)vs(200.09±14.22)个,P<0.05]、迁移能力和N-cadherin、Vimentin和miR-21-5p的表达水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。证实PHLPP2是miR-21-5p的靶基因。与对照组相比,Exo组和sh-PHLPP2组PC-3细胞中PHLPP2的表达明显降低(0.66±0.09、0.42±0.05 vs 1.09±0.08,均P<0.01),细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移[(87.23±12.67)%、(82.45±10.13)%vs(66.46±9.13)%]能力均显著提高(均P<0.01),E-cadherin表达水平显著降低而N-cadherin和Vimentin表达水平显著升高(均P<0.05)。结论:miR-21-5p在前列腺癌PC-3细胞系中高表达,BMSC外泌体miR-21-5p通过靶向下调PHLPP2提高PC-3细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力。 展开更多

目的探究大蒜素对肾癌786-O细胞系增殖、侵袭和凋亡的作用,并对相应机制进行深入研究。方法对肾癌786-O细胞系进行分组,设为Control组,0.2 mmol/L组,0.4 mmol/L组,0.8 mmol/L组。BrdU染色鉴定细胞增殖;流式细胞术鉴定细胞凋亡;使用细胞... 目的探究大蒜素对肾癌786-O细胞系增殖、侵袭和凋亡的作用,并对相应机制进行深入研究。方法对肾癌786-O细胞系进行分组,设为Control组,0.2 mmol/L组,0.4 mmol/L组,0.8 mmol/L组。BrdU染色鉴定细胞增殖;流式细胞术鉴定细胞凋亡;使用细胞划痕实验进行细胞迁移测定;利用Transwell进行细胞侵袭鉴定;Western印迹检测细胞内AKT、mTOR、Cyclin D1和CASP3等表达情况。免疫组化鉴定组织中Ki67和CASP3的表达水平。结果与Control组相比,使用大蒜素处理后细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移能力均明显抑制,凋亡则明显促进(P<0.01);同时细胞内AKT相关分子通路水平表达下调(P<0.01)。所有大蒜素处理组中,随着大蒜素浓度的增加,与Control组的差异越显著。体内实验进一步发现,大蒜素处理后裸鼠细胞增殖受到明显抑制,但是细胞凋亡则受到显著促进(P<0.01)。结论大蒜素可以使得肾癌786-O细胞系增殖受限,侵袭和迁移能力降低,并发生明显凋亡;该过程可能是因为大蒜素抑制了肾癌细胞中AKT通路相关分子活性而实现。 展开更多
