针对现有果园机械化水平较低、缺少集成式设备问题,依据果园农艺要求设计了一种多功能果园田间管理机。该机器为自走履带式有级变速,装配有大块有机肥宽深开沟器、粉状与粒状无机肥开沟施肥回填一体装置等,以完成果园的开沟和施肥等多... 针对现有果园机械化水平较低、缺少集成式设备问题,依据果园农艺要求设计了一种多功能果园田间管理机。该机器为自走履带式有级变速,装配有大块有机肥宽深开沟器、粉状与粒状无机肥开沟施肥回填一体装置等,以完成果园的开沟和施肥等多环节的机械作业。通过快换装置实现开沟和施肥等功能的简便拆卸更换,以保障多功能管理机作业的可操作性和可靠性。经过田间试验,测知管理机能够完成35cm宽、0~40cm深的开沟,施肥深度可达到35cm,作业速度为350~2 000m/h,机身高度90cm,长度270cm。由于机型矮小,转弯半径最小1.8m,行走灵活,因此既可用于现代宽行矮砧密植果园,又可用于传统乔化果园。 展开更多

柔性电子器件的高度发展使得人们对可拉伸应变传感器的综合性能及其多功能化提出了更高的要求.本文采用一种简单、经济的方法,制备了一种基于橡胶、三维石墨烯泡沫和改性硅橡胶的应变传感器.该传感器具有高延展性和压力、应变传感,应变... 柔性电子器件的高度发展使得人们对可拉伸应变传感器的综合性能及其多功能化提出了更高的要求.本文采用一种简单、经济的方法,制备了一种基于橡胶、三维石墨烯泡沫和改性硅橡胶的应变传感器.该传感器具有高延展性和压力、应变传感,应变可视化以及焦耳加热等多种特性.石墨烯泡沫优异的电学性能结合改性硅橡胶理想的机械性能使传感器具有较宽的传感范围(应变检测上限为100%,应力检测上限为66 kPa)、较高的灵敏度(最大应变灵敏度系数为584.2,最大应力灵敏度系数为0.183 kPa-1)和较理想的使用寿命(循环拉伸次数超过10000个周期).此外,该传感器在5V的直流电压下5分钟内可加热35°C,并可根据温致变色原理使器件的颜色随应变值发生人眼可见的往复变化,从而实现应变的可视化.该柔性多功能应变传感器可作为实时、高精度检测物理刺激的电子皮肤,热疗或保温的穿戴式加热器,或可视化智能触摸面板. 展开更多

This paper echoes a tradition in agricultural geography by focusing on a single crop:cherries. It illustrates how developments associated with globalisation and growing urban markets are re-shaping rural areas. The interplay between global and local is investigated in two different contexts. A Chinese example reflects transformations affecting the countryside following national economic reforms. Focusing on the hinterland of Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi Province, it examines farmers’ responses to the changing socio-political context and the rising size and wealth of the local market. Individual initiatives backed by government support have spawned localised concentrations of cherry growing and increased horticultural production.Farm-based tourism is creating new relationships between farmers and consumers, with farms becoming more diversified and multifunctional. The second example is the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, where cherry growing is increasingly combined with direct sales to consumers and gastronomic tourism. The paper addresses contrasts and similarities between the two examples in the interplay between global and local, and a ‘multifunctional transition’ in farming. Concluding remarks include reference to new economic links forged between China and Australia through relaxations on cherry imports to China and new patterns of Chinese foreign direct investment into Australian cherry production. Catalytic transformation of cellulose into value-added chemicals is of great importance for utilization of renewable and abundant biomass. Due to the high oxygen content, cellulose serves as an ideal candidate for the production of oxygenates, in particular lactic acid which is a versatile building block in chemical industry. The efficient conversion of cellulose to lactic acid generally requires selective activation of specific C-O and C-C bonds, and therefore multifunctional catalysts that combine several key reactions including hydrolysis, isomerization and retro-aldol fragmentation are highly desirable. This review article highlights the recently developed catalytic systems and catalysts for the selective transformation of cellulose and cellulose-derived carbohydrates into lactic acid, lactates and/or its esters. Emphases will be put on the reaction mechanism and key factors that exert effects on the catalytic performances. In addition, the catalytic transformation of glycerol, a C3 compound over-supplied from biodiesel industry, will also be surveyed. Recent advances in the development of new catalysts or strategies are analyzed and discussed to gain insight into the transformation of C3 compound to lactic acid. 展开更多

Since the commercialization of the fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs), the polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell system has been actively improved as a powertrain for ultimate environment-friendly vehicle. During the FCEV operation, various transient conditions such as start-up/shut-down and fuel starvation occur irregularly, which deteriorates the durability of the membrane electrode assembly. In particular, when fuel starvation occurs, the carbon support in the anode is oxidized within few minutes, thus the mitigation of this phenomenon is essential for securing the durability. This short review introduces the concept of reversal tolerant anode (RTA), which is a mitigation method using an oxygen evolution catalyst and reviews some previous reports. In addition, new approach for RTA suggested by authors recently, which is the replacement of Pt anode catalyst by multifunctional IrRu alloy catalyst that simultaneously exhibits the activities for the hydrogen oxidation reaction and the oxygen evolution reaction is introduced. 展开更多

A multifunctional integrated microfluidic biochip device was engineered to estimate the activity-toxicity and composition principle of medicine in a cell model in vitro. This biochip could be used for disease cells and healthy cells in two modules of 'Yin-Yang' on the same chip for detecting the medicine efficacytoxicity simultaneously, as well as adjust different gradient ratios of concentration through the Christmas tree structure in both 'Yin-Yang' modules autonomously for detecting the best compatibility of medicine in maximum efficacy and minimal toxicity. In the applicability experiment, the best concentration of three chemical compounds including dinatin, diosmetin and cisplatin, were detected using the biochip and traditional 96-cell plate. Biochip assays showed perfect positive correlation compared with the results of traditional 96-cell plate, in addition presented advantages as less detection time and much lower price than the traditional 96-cell plate, which indicated the biochip is both convenient and feasible.Thus, the novel microfluidic chip-based multifunctional integrated system congregated the virtues of high throughput, rapid, sensitive, specific, cost-effective, and similar to the physical environment of the human body, which was especially suitable for the medicine efficacy-toxicity and compatibility evaluation. 展开更多

A new design of dual-constituent triangular lattice metamaterial with unbounded thermal expansion 预览

Triangular lattice metamaterials composed of bi-layer curved rib elements (called the Lehman-Lakes lattice) possess unbounded thermal expansion, high stiffness and impossibility of thermal buckling, which are highly desirable in many engineering structural applications subjected to large fluctuations in temperature. However, the requirement of such lattice metamaterial is that it must be a hinged joint in order to achieve the bending deformation upon heating freely, which directly leads to poor manufacturability, especially in small dimensions. In this study, a new design of dual-constituent triangular lattice metamaterial (DTLM) with good manufacturability is proposed to achieve the identical unbounded thermal expansion. In this lattice, a special bi-layer curved rib element where layer one is partially covered by layer two is presented, where the hinge joints are not necessary because the flexural rigidity in the single-layer part is much smaller than that in the bi-layer part, and the desirable thermal bending deformation can be achieved. A sample fabricated by additive manufacturing is given in order to show the good manufacturability;simultaneously, the multifunctional performance of the tailored DTLM with zero, large positive or negative coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) can remain excellent, as well as the Lehman-Lakes lattice. Examples illustrate that the DTLM with zero CTE has about 34.2% improvement in stiffness and meanwhile has 17% reduction in weight compared with the Lehman-Lakes lattice. The stiffness of the DTLM has a moderate reduction when achieving the same large positive or negative CTE. In addition, the thermomechanical properties of the DTLM are given by the closed-form analytical solution and their effectiveness is verified by the detailed numerical simulation. 展开更多

A simple,convenient,and highly sensitive bio-interface for graphene field-effect transistors(GFETs) based on multifunctional nano-denatured bovine serum albumin(nano-dBSA) functionalization was developed to target cancer bio-markers.The novel graphene–protein bioelectronic interface was constructed by heating to denature native BSA on the graphene substrate surface.The formed nano-d BSA film served as the cross-linker to immobilize monoclonal antibody against car-cinoembryonic antigen(anti-CEA mAb) on the graphene channel activated by EDC and Sulfo-NHS.The nano-dBSA film worked as a self-protecting layer of graphene to prevent surface contamination by lithographic processing.The improved GFETbiosensor exhibited good specificity and high sensitivity toward the target at an ultralow concentration of 337.58 fg mL-1.The electrical detection of the binding of CEA followed the Hill model for ligand–receptor interaction,indicating the negative binding cooperativity between CEA and anti-CEA mAb with a dissociation constant of 6.82×10-10M.The multifunctional nano-dBSA functionalization can confer a new function to graphene-like 2D nanomaterials and provide a promising bio-functionalization method for clinical application in biosensing,nanomedicine,and drug delivery. 展开更多

The luminescent rare earth(RE)complex based multifunctional nanocomposites offer new potential applications of multimodal imaging(magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),fluorescent bioimaging,etc.)that can be associated with therapeutic activities.In this study,we report some results obtained with novel multifunctional Fe3O4/Si-amine/Eu(NTA)3 nanocomposites that are composed of europium(Ⅲ)complex with 1-(2-naphthoyl)-3,3,3-trifluoroacetone ligands(NTA)(Eu(NTA)3)and superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles.These nanocomposites were functionalized with an amine group for biomedicine application.The multifunctional Fe3O4/Si-amine/Eu(NTA)3 nanocomposites exhibit both good magnetic behavior of Fe3O4 nanoparticles as a core and strong fluorescent property of europium(Ⅲ)complex.Their characterizations were analyzed by XRD,SEM,EDX and FTIR spectra.The optical properties were studied in detail by UV-VIS spectra and luminescent emission spectra.The magnetic property was estimated by VMS.The effect of concentrations of luminescent Eu(NTA)3 complex on luminescent and magnetic properties is discussed. 展开更多

However, the administration of therapeutic peptides/proteins is mainly limited in parenteral approach. Oral therapy which was hampered by harsh gastrointestinal environment and poorly penetrating epithelial barriers often results in low bioavailability(less than 1%–2%). Therefore, delivery systems that are rationally designed to overcome these challenges in gastrointestinal tract and ameliorate the oral bioavailability of therapeutic peptides/proteins are seriously promising. In this review, we summarized various multifunctional delivery systems, including lipid-based particles, polysaccharide-based particles, inorganic particles, and synthetic multifunctional particles that achieved effective oral delivery of therapeutic peptides/proteins. 展开更多
