应用高效液相色谱检测平台,建立一种快速同时测定冷鲜肉中8种生物胺的检测方法。样品经三氯乙酸溶液提取,正己烷除脂,丹磺酰氯乙腈溶液衍生化,氨水结束反应。色谱条件:C18色谱柱分离,以水和乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测... 应用高效液相色谱检测平台,建立一种快速同时测定冷鲜肉中8种生物胺的检测方法。样品经三氯乙酸溶液提取,正己烷除脂,丹磺酰氯乙腈溶液衍生化,氨水结束反应。色谱条件:C18色谱柱分离,以水和乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测器,检测波长为254nm。结果显示:8种生物胺分别在0~200mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数R^2>0.99;8种生物胺加标回收率为81.2%~93.6%。结果表明,生物胺的HPLC检测方法,灵敏度高,精密度和重复性好,该方法可快捷、准确地对冷鲜肉中的生物胺进行检测。对市售3种冷鲜肉,即猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉样品中的生物胺含量进行分析,检测出生物胺总量范围分别为41.8~164、34.6~123、38.6~152mg/kg,属于目前安全标准范围之内。 展开更多

Metal halide perovskites are emerging as new generation optoelectronic materials due to their high carrier mobility, long carrier diffusion length and large light absorption coefficient, which have broad applications in solar cell, light-emitting diode, laser, photodetector and transistors. Perovskite single crystal is an ideal platform for discerning the intrinsic properties of these materials. In some cases, perovskite single crystals are better candidates to gain high performance optoelectronics. However, the growth of perovskite single crystals is time and cost consuming, which has an obvious disadvantage for device exploration. Therefore, fast growth technique is highly desirable in not only promoting the use of perovskites in commercial applications but also facilitating deep physical investigation of the materials. In this review, we summarize thoroughly the development of fast growth of the halide perovskites single crystal. Specifically, we highlight the progress of rapid growth techniques with emphasis on the optimization control. 展开更多

Gas content of the hydraulic system directly affects the rate of pressure change of the hydraulic system. The purpose of this paper is to establish a mathematical model of oil gas content, hydraulic system pressure and pressure rise rate, obtain corresponding oil pressure value when the pressure rise rate of different gas content is maximum, and verify the accuracy of this conclusion by the FLUENT simulation software. On this basis, a rapid pressure building device of the hydraulic system is developed and designed. The above oil pressure value is used as the working cut-off pressure of the rapid pressure building device, and then the hydraulic oil pump continues to pressurize to the highest working pressure required by the system. The research content can replace the hydraulic system from the initial low pressure to the rapid pressure build-up of the oil, thus increasing the construction pressure of the hydraulic system. The research results show that the rapid pressure building device effectively reduces the time for the hydraulic system to establish pressure. Through the analysis of theoretical derivation and the collected experimental data, the error is about 5.9%, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical formula. 展开更多

An elastic model that combines the dead-end and the orifice at the downstream end is proposed in order to study the hydraulic transients during the rapid filling in small-scale pipelines with submerged outlet.In this model,the unsteady water flow is solved by the method of characteristics,the water-air interface is traced by a shock fitting method,and the air phase is controlled by the polytropic law.The model is validated by a filling test in a pipeline with orifice.Then the proposed model is applied to the filling transient analysis in a small-scale pipeline with submerged outlet.Finally,the effects of the submerged depth of the downstream reservoir on the filling transients are analyzed.This model provides a reasonable approximation of the submerged outlet boundary condition in small-scale pipelines. 展开更多

Genetic variation drives phenotypic evolution within populations.Genetic variation can be divided into different forms according to the size of genomic changes.However,study of large-scale genomic variation such as structural variation and aneuploidy is still limited and mainly based on the static,predetermined feature of individual genomes.Here,using SCRaMbLE,different levels of loss of heterozygosity(LOH)events including short-range LOH,long-range LOH and whole chromosome LOH were detected in evolved strains.By contrast,using rapid adaptive evolution,aneuploidy was detected in the adaptive strains.It was further found that deletion of gene GLN3,long-range LOH in the left arm of synthetic chromosomeⅩ,whole chromosome LOH of synthetic chromosomeⅩ,and duplication of chromosomeⅧ(trisomy)lead to increased rapamycin resistance in synthetic yeast.Comparative analysis of genome stability of evolved strains indicates that the aneuploid strain has a higher frequency of degeneration than the SCRaMbLEd strain.These findings enrich our understanding of genetic mechanism of rapamycin resistance in yeast,and provide valuable insights into yeast genome architecture and function. 展开更多

Dendritic morphology evolution and microhardness enhancement of rapidly solidified Ni-based superailoys

The mechanisms of microstructure evolution and dendritic growth of Inconel alloys in a drop tube were investigated in this paper .The Vickers microhardness of the solidified alloy droplets was also measured to explore the effects of grain size and precipitated phase on the mechanical properties.From XRD results,the rapidly solidified Inconel 600,617,625,and 718 alloys are characterized by y phase solid solution with fbc structure.Further analyses based on EDS and SEM reveal that Laves phase precipitates at the grain boundaries of y phase in Inconel 718 alloy.With the decrease of droplet diameter(D),the dendritic morphology experiences a transformation of“orthogonal long dendrites->irregular stubby dendrites->equiaxed grains"in Inconel 600 alloy,"orthogonal long dendrites stubby irregular dendrites^^in Inconel 625 alloy and"orthogonal long dendrites^equiaxed grains”in Inconel 617 and 718 alloys.Although the dendrites become coarse locally,the dendritic grain size obviously reduces with the decrease of droplet diameter,leading to the increase of Vickers microhardness.For Inconel 718 alloy,the Vickers microhardness firstly decreases,when the droplet diameter decreases from 1000 to 900 pm,and then incfeases linearly with the decrease of droplet diameter.It is found that the Vickers microhardness of Inconel 625 alloy is the largest among the four alloys. 展开更多

Phosphomolybdic acid-modified highly organized Ti〇2 nanotube arrays with rapid photochromic performance

TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by means of an electrochemical anodization technique in an organic electrolyte solution doped with polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and were subsequently modified with phosphomolybdic acid (PMoA) to obtain PMoA/TiO2 nanotube arrays. The microstructure and photochromic properties were investigated via X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicated that the Keggin structure of PMoA and the nanotube structure of TiO2 were not destroyed, and there was a strong degree of interaction between PMoA and TiO2 at the biphasic interface with lattice interlacing during the compositing process. The XPS results further indicated that there was a change in the chemical microenvironment during the formation process of the composite, and a new charge transfer bridge was formed through the Mo-O-Ti bond. Under visible light irradiation, the colorless PMoA/TiO2 nanotube array quickly turned blue and exhibited a photochromic response together with reversible photochromism in the presence of H2O2. After visible light irradiation for 60s, the appearance of Mo^5+ species in the XPS spectra indicated a photoreduction process in accordance with a photoinduced electron transfer mechanism. 展开更多

Their utility, in comparison with conventional dietary and analytical follow-up strategies, has not been fully established.AIM To assess the performance of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and point-of-care tests(PoCTs) for GIP excretion in CeD patients on gluten-free diet(GFD).METHODS We conducted an observational, prospective, cross-sectional study in patients following a GFD for at least two years. Using the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale questionnaire, patients were classified at enrollment as asymptomatic or symptomatic. Gluten consumption was assessed twice by 3-d dietary recall and GIP excretion(by ELISA in stool and PoCTs(commercial kits for stool and urine) in two consecutive samples. These samples and dietary reports were obtained 10 day apart one from the other. Patients were encouraged to follow their usual GFD during the study period.RESULTS Forty-four patients were enrolled, of which 19(43.2%) were symptomatic despite being on a GFD. Overall, 83 sets of stool and/or urine samples were collected.Eleven out of 44 patients(25.0%) had at least one positive GIP test. The occurrence of at least one positive test was 32% in asymptomatic patients compared with 15.8% in symptomatic patients. GIP was concordant with dietary reports in 65.9% of cases(Cohen′s kappa: 0.317). PoCT detected dietary indiscretions. Both ELISA and PoCT in stool were concordant(concomitantly positive or negative) in 67 out of 74(90.5%) samples. Excretion of GIP was detected in 7(8.4%) stool and/or urine samples from patients considered to be strictly compliant with the GFD by dietary reports.CONCLUSION GIP detects dietary transgressions in patients on long 展开更多
