To screen the lactic acid bacteria produced by the broad spectrum lactic acid bacteria from nature, single layer agar plate pore inhibition method was used. The haeterioein-isolated bacteriocin-C1 strain was identified as Lactococcus, the excretion of organic acids and hydrogen peroxide, and the fermentation broth still had strong antibacterial properties. After treatment with pepsin and trypsin, the bacteriostasis of the liquid decreased sharply, which proved that the lactic acid bacteriumhad the protein property and were lactic acid bacterium. In vitro antibacterial ex- periments showed that thelactic acid bacteria on Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria had antibacterial effect,with broad-spectrum antimierobial.
