农林类专业青年教师发展现状调查与对策建议——基于华南农业大学农林类专业青年教师的问卷调查 认领 被引量:1

摘要 农林类专业青年教师能安心本职工作是教学科研水平提高的前提,直接关系到农业高等教育事业的发展。以华南农业大学为例,通过对农林类专业青年教师的职业满意度、教学能力与科研水平等方面的问卷调查,分析了青年教师发展的现状,提出学校要制定青年教师发展规划和培训计划,加强青年教师职后学习;建立相应的资助和奖励制度,制定青年教师科研与教学能力提升的激励和约束政策;加强人文关怀,为青年教师创造良好的工作环境等一系列对策与建议。 The young teachers in agriculture and forestry specialties are willing to their work,which is the premise for improving the level of teaching and research and directly related to the development of agricultural higher education. Through the questionnaire survey on the career satisfaction,teaching ability and scientific research level of young teachers in agriculture and forestry specialties,the development status of young teachers was analyzed. A series of countermeasures were proposed,including that the school should formulate the development plan and training plan for young teachers and strengthen the post-employment learning of young teachers;and corresponding funding and reward systems should be established,incentives and restraint policies should be formulated for the improvement of young teachers’ research and teaching capabilities;the humane care of young teachers should be strengthened and a good working environment should be created for young teachers.
