A族链球菌毒力基因调控因子的研究进展 认领

摘要 A族链球菌(group A streptococcus,GAS)是链球菌中致病性最强的细菌,可引起呼吸道、皮肤软组织感染以及严重的侵袭性感染。GAS产生多种毒力因子,这些毒力因子的表达由多种毒力基因调控因子,如双组份调控系统、单独转录调控因子以及非编码小RNA等共同调控。因此,了解毒力基因调控因子的特性对于GAS致病性的研究具有重要意义,现就部分重要毒力基因调控因子的研究进展做一综述。 Group A streptococcus(GAS)is the most pathogenic bacteria in streptococcus,which can cause respiratory tract,skin and soft tissue infection and serious invasive infection.GAS produces multiple virulence factors.The expression of these virulence factors is regulated by a variety of virulence gene transcriptional regulatory factors,such as two-component signal transduction systems,stand-alone transcriptional regulators and small non-coding RNAs.It is important to understand the characteristics of virulence related transcriptional regulators for the study of GAS pathogenicity.In this paper,we will briefly review the research progress of some important virulence related transcriptional regulators.
