柳杉半同胞子代测定林树高性状遗传变异研究 认领

Genetic Variation for Tree Height of a Half-sib Progeny Test Trial in Cryptomeria fortune

摘要 以营建于2018年的柳杉二代种子园半同胞子代测定林为研究对象,对其1~2年生林木树高性状遗传参数进行了分析,结果表明:生长量和表型变异系数均较高,表型变异系数分别为25.9%和20.5%;家系内单株生长量差异很大,家系间的生长量差异变化也较大;加性遗传方差、小区方差、单株狭义遗传力均显著;加性遗传变异系数较低,分别为3.1%和3.7%;单株狭义遗传力较低,分别为0.067±0.042和0.128±0.058;各家系遗传增益绝对值和排名变化很大。 Genetic parameters were analyzed for tree height from 1 to 2 year old of a half-sib progeny test trial of second generation orchard in Cryptomeria fortune which was established in 2018.Result shows that the growth and phenotypic variation coefficient are relatively high,and the phenotypic variation coefficient is 25.9%&20.5%,respectively.There are great differences in the growth of individual plants and between families.Additive genetic variance,plot variance&individual tree narrow sense heritability are significant.The additive genetic variation coefficient is 3.1%&3.7%,respectively.The individual tree narrow sense heritability is 0.067±0.042&0.128±0.058,respectively.The absolute value and rank of genetic gain of each family varied greatly.
